Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including transportation services such as car rentals, which demand operational efficiency and ease of information access. At Aga Travel, the car rental process is still conducted manually, resulting in unstructured data recording, service delays, and difficulties for customers in obtaining vehicle availability information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based car rental information system to address these issues and improve service quality. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using Blackbox and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, equipped with features for online car reservations, real-time vehicle availability checks, payment proof uploads, and administrative management of rental data and revenue reports. The results show that the system can improve transaction management efficiency, accelerate verification processes, and provide easier access to information for customers. UAT testing across various age categories indicated a high level of user acceptance, both in terms of usability and service speed. With the implementation of this system, Aga Travel’s business processes become more structured, fast, and accurate, thus expected to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan You Only Look Once Version 3 untuk sistempengenalan wajah siswa menggunakan dataset berisi 200 citra wajah yang dibagi menjadi data latih,validasi, dan uji. Model dilatih dengan bobot pralatih YOLOv3 menggunakan learning rate sebesar0,001, batch size 16, 80 epoch, serta early stopping untuk mencegah overfitting. Hasil evaluasimenunjukkan Accuracy sebesar 100,00%, Precision sebesar 48,76%, Recall sebesar 100,00%, F1-scoresebesar 65,55%, dan mAP@0.5 sebesar 68,35%. Nilai-nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa model memilikikinerja yang baik dalam mendeteksi dan mengenali wajah siswa, meskipun aspek precision masih perluditingkatkan. Sistem diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi web berbasis Flask yang terintegrasidengan MySQL, sehingga mendukung proses identifikasi siswa secara otomatis, cepat, dan efisien.

Abstract

An effective queuing system is one of the key factors in improving service quality in a cafe, particularly at the cashier section. This study discusses the implementation of queue and stack data structures in a web-based cashier queuing system. The queue structure is applied to manage customer service in a First In First Out (FIFO) manner, ensuring that each customer is served according to their arrival order. Meanwhile, the stack structure is implemented to handle special needs such as transaction cancellation or repeating the most recent data with the Last In First Out (LIFO) concept. The system development method uses web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for data storage. The results show that the combination of queue and stack structures simplifies queue management, reduces errors in transaction recording, and improves cashier service efficiency. Thus, this system can serve as an innovative solution for queue management in small to medium-sized cafés.

Abstract

In operating systems, CPU scheduling plays a crucial role in determining the execution order of processes to ensure efficient and fair processor utilization. One of the most commonly used scheduling algorithms in time-sharing systems is the Round Robin algorithm. This algorithm works by allocating an equal time slice (time quantum) to each process and then rotating unfinished processes back into the ready queue for subsequent execution. This mechanism makes Round Robin fair and responsive to all processes. This study discusses the implementation of a CPU scheduling program using the Round Robin algorithm in operating systems to solve process scheduling problems. The developed program simulates various process scenarios with different arrival times, burst times, and time quanta to analyze their effects on waiting time and turnaround time. The simulation results indicate that the selection of an appropriate time quantum significantly affects system performance: a too-small time quantum increases the frequency of context switching, while a too-large time quantum reduces system responsiveness. With an optimal time quantum, the Round Robin algorithm achieves a balance between efficiency and fairness in CPU process management, making it highly effective for modern time-sharing operating systems.

Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on the development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based garden monitoring system designed to assist in the automatic supervision of plantation areas. The problem addressed is the difficulty in detecting the movement of pest animals in real time; therefore, this study aims to build a system capable of detecting, recording, and sending rapid movement notifications to users via a Telegram BOT. The method used is an experimental approach involving the design and testing of a system consisting of an ESP32 microcontroller as the control center, a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor as a motion detector, an ESP32-Cam module as an image capture device, and a buzzer as an audio indicator. The research results show that the developed system works effectively in detecting the movement of animals or other objects, automatically capturing images, and transmitting monitoring results in real time through Telegram. The synthesis of these findings indicates that the integration of PIR sensors and ESP32-Cam provides an efficient solution for IoT-based garden security systems. It is concluded that this system not only improves the effectiveness of garden monitoring but also has potential for further development in terms of accuracy, detection intelligence, and integration with other monitoring systems.

Abstract

Algoritma First In First Out (FIFO) merupakan metode penjadwalan sederhana yang secara luas digunakan dalam berbagai sistem antrean. Prinsip utama algoritma ini adalah entitas yang datang terlebih dahulu akan dilayani terlebih dahulu tanpa mempertimbangkan prioritas tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma FIFO dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menghitung dan mensimulasikan sistem antrean berdasarkan parameter arrival time dan burst time, serta menghasilkan keluaran berupa start time, waitingtime, dan turn around time secara otomatis. Metode penelitian meliputi tahap perancangan algoritma, pengembangan antarmuka web, serta pengujian melalui berbagai skenario antrean sederhana. Hasil implementasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan hasil perhitungan secara akurat sesuai teori dasar FIFO. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang membantu pengguna memahami konsep sistem antrean dan penerapan algoritma penjadwalan proses secara praktis.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on increasing efficiency in administrative management in many institutions, for example in hospitals. Pandan Arang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Boyolali currently does not have a computerized system for the meeting room reservation process, which is still done manually, causing inefficiencies in services such as schedule conflicts, late confirmations, and errors in recording booking data. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based meeting room reservation information system to improve time efficiency in managing booking data. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a development method using the Waterfall method starting from the needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The results of the study succeeded in creating an information system that can be used by employees to make meeting room reservations independently, quickly, and in real time, and makes it easier for ATR officers to manage booking data in a more structured manner. Based on black-box testing, the system is proven to run well and each feature has functioned according to user needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konten Reels Instagram sebagai strategi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan brand awareness dan engagement konsumen pada jasa make-up artist Ke.malamakeup. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Penelitian berfokus pada perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran konten video singkat di Instagram Reels. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dirancang secara terencana dan estetis secara visual mampu meningkatkan engagement dan pengenalan merek secara signifikan. Berdasarkan survei, 82% responden menilai video Reels menarik dan profesional, membuktikan bahwa konten Reels efektif digunakan sebagai media promosi pada industri jasa kreatif.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi komputer, sumber daya manusia dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan komputer dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan pekerjaan. Perkembangan ini turut memengaruhi sistem informasi akuntansi perusahaan yang berperan dalam membantu penyusunan dan penyelesaian laporan keuangan secara lebih efisien. Proses penggajian pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kendal masih dilakukan secara manual melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan pembayaran serta potensi kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji. Kondisi tersebut juga berimplikasi pada rendahnya keamanan data dan risiko kehilangan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem akuntansi penggajian di PDAM Kendal serta merancang sistem penggajian terkomputerisasi yang lebih efektif dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penggajian berbasis Excel masih berjalan cukup baik, namun kurang efisien dan kurang aman. Oleh karena itu, sistem penggajian berbasis komputer diusulkan agar dapat meningkatkan ketepatan perhitungan, keamanan data, serta ketepatan waktu pembayaran.

Abstract

Surabaya is one of Indonesia's metropolitan cities with a rich culinary heritage characterized by distinctive flavors and high cultural value. However, with the passage of time and the influence of globalization, traditional Surabaya cuisine has become less familiar, especially among the younger generation. This study aims to reintroduce Surabaya's signature dishes through illustrated books as an effort to preserve local culture. The methods used include literature study, field observation, and interviews with sources related to Surabaya cuisine. The result is an illustrated book that features various traditional foods such as rujak cingur, lontong balap, tahu tek, sate kelapa, and semanggi, presented in an attractive and informative visual format. Through this illustrated book, it is hoped that readers will not only learn about the diversity of Surabaya's cuisine, but also understand the cultural values contained within it, thereby fostering a sense of pride and awareness to preserve the local culinary heritage.
