Abstract

This article explores the literature on social economy law, highlighting the importance of integration between legal and economic policy dynamics in achieving social welfare. Successful implementation of policies that are responsive to technological change and the global economy relies on the adoption of best practices, transparency and accountability. Public participation in policy oversight is also considered essential to ensure inclusive and sustainable welfare. Thus, the synergy between law and economy is crucial in addressing global challenges and creating a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

This article examines the role of innovation and technology in rural economic development through a literature review of global practices. It is found that digital technologies, precision agriculture and renewable energy contribute significantly to increased productivity, efficiency and sustainability in rural areas. Conducive government and policy support is also needed to encourage technology adoption through investments in infrastructure, technical training and access to finance. In addition, participatory approaches involving local communities are strongly encouraged to ensure innovations are appropriate to local needs and culture. With that, the importance of innovation and technology in empowering rural communities and reducing economic disparities between urban and rural areas.

Abstract

The role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in digital transformation is becoming increasingly important as a key driver of change in today's business environment. Digital transformation has demanded strategic adjustments that utilise technology to improve operational efficiency and create competitive advantage. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that First, HR management plays the role of facilitator, ensuring employees get the necessary training to deal with new technology, and supporting organisational culture change. Second, it reviewed its role in talent recruitment and retention in the digital age, using advanced technology tools to manage employee data and assist strategic decision-making. Finally, the impact of digital transformation on operational efficiency and employee productivity, leading to improved economic performance of the organisation, is discussed. Thus, the importance of effective integration between HR management and digital transformation strategies to ensure the economic success of organisations in this ever- evolving era.

Abstract

Cooperatives are often regarded as the backbone of the rural economy, contributing significantly to the improvement of the socio-economic welfare of its people. The study method in this research uses the literature method. The results show that cooperatives have substantial potential to support rural economic development and diversification, but also require a strategic approach and appropriate policy support to fully realise their contribution. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of cooperatives in accelerating rural development and calls for more effective and coordinated development efforts.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of infrastructure on economic growth in rural areas through a comprehensive literature review. Good infrastructure, including roads, bridges, clean water supply, and electricity, is proven to play an important role in promoting economic growth. Improved access and connectivity brought about by infrastructure development facilitate the distribution of goods and services, reduce transport costs, and expand access to markets. This not only increases the productivity of the agricultural sector and small and medium enterprises, but also opens up opportunities for economic diversification and attracts investment. In addition, adequate infrastructure contributes to improvements in the social aspects and welfare of rural communities. Public facilities such as schools, clinics and access to information technology improve people's quality of life, providing greater opportunities for better education and health services. As such, these improvements in the quality of human capital strengthen the foundation for long-term inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The study emphasises the importance of consistent investment in infrastructure development to achieve this goal.

Abstract

Rural economic empowerment through agribusiness development has become an important focus in efforts to improve community welfare and reduce economic disparities between urban and rural areas. The review in this study uses the literature method. The review shows that agribusiness development has the potential to increase farmers' income, create jobs, and drive local economic growth. However, to advance this, challenges such as limited access to capital and technology, as well as the need for more supportive policies, still need to be addressed. Thus, a holistic and collaborative approach involving various stakeholders is needed to maximise the positive impact of agribusiness-based economic empowerment initiatives in rural areas.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on customer loyalty through a literature review of various previous studies. The findings show that CSR has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. When companies demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental issues, this increases customers' positive perceptions, which in turn encourages their loyalty. Active customer participation in CSR initiatives also strengthens emotional connections and increases attachment. In addition, transparency and effective communication about CSR activities have been shown to strengthen customer trust and loyalty. Overall, the integration of CSR in a company's business strategy and active engagement with customers play an important role in creating and maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

This theoretical review of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation strategies in support of environmental sustainability highlights the importance of CSR integration into a company's business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and government policy support. The study emphasises that by making social and environmental responsibility an integral part of a company's vision and mission, as well as involving stakeholders in the process of planning and implementing environmentally friendly initiatives, the effectiveness of CSR programmes can be increased. In addition, supportive policies and regulations from the government will create a conducive environment for companies to implement sustainable practices. The synergy of these various elements is expected to strengthen the role of CSR in environmental conservation in an effective and sustainable manner.

Abstract

MSME empowerment strategies for local economic improvement demonstrate the important role of MSMEs in driving economic growth at the local level. This study examines various empowerment strategies that include education and training. The results show that education and training improve the skills and capacity of MSME actors, making them better equipped to face business challenges. Easy and flexible access to finance enables MSMEs to make the necessary investments for their business development. In addition, conducive policy and regulatory support from the government is also considered important in creating an enabling environment for MSME growth.
