Teachers are role models for their students, exemplary behavior at school is total exemplification, not only with regard to normative matters but as a whole. Likewise with reading, the example set by teachers at school will continue to stick with children until they return home, until they grow up. Because children can learn from observations and experiences they go through. As one of the assumptions of social cognitive theory is, "people can learn by observing other people". This theory has developed through research by Albert Bandura, Dale Schunk, Barry Zimmerman, quoted by Jeanne Ellis Ormrod (Ormrod, 2009). Therefore, if the teacher's reading interest is high, the teacher will influence students' reading interest. Teachers who are very interested in reading will try to foster a love of reading in their students.

In this study, the aim was to enhance the spoken English skills of native speakers of Bahasa Indonesia. A group of 50 participants was selected to undergo a comprehensive language learning program. The methodology included structured formal lessons, regular practice, diverse language learning tools, continuous feedback, and cultural immersion experiences. The results were highly promising. Participants demonstrated a significant 70% reduction in pronunciation challenges, reflecting the effectiveness of targeted pronunciation training. Additionally, there was a notable 65% increase in fluency, underscoring the impact of regular practice and real-life exposure to English. A remarkable 75% expansion of vocabulary indicated the success of incorporating diverse language learning tools. An impressive 80% boost in confidence was attributed to the combination of structured learning and practical experience. Furthermore, a 70% improvement in cultural competence highlighted the value of cultural immersion experiences. The findings suggest that a well-structured approach is highly effective in enhancing spoken English skills. Such proficiency is crucial in today's globalized world, opening doors to personal and professional growth. Educators and learners alike can draw on the insights provided by this research to improve spoken English skills among native speakers of Bahasa Indonesia. This study contributes to the broader understanding of language acquisition and proficiency and the role of cultural immersion in language learning.

This paper explores the intersection of digital learning platforms and the Independent Curriculum, aiming to elucidate effective strategies for their integration. Drawing on a comprehensive review of literature, this study examines the principles underpinning the Independent Curriculum and the potential benefits of digital learning platforms within this context. Key findings highlight the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and local relevance in curriculum design, as well as the transformative role of digital technologies in facilitating personalized learning experiences and fostering collaboration. The study identifies several strategic approaches for educators and policymakers to harness the potential of digital learning platforms effectively. Community-based marketing strategy is a marketing approach that emphasises building and managing an active community of consumers, users, or fans of a brand, with the aim of creating stronger bonds, increasing loyalty, and driving organic growth through positive social interactions. This approach relies on the creation of shared value between the brand and its members, where two-way communication and active customer participation in various activities are key. This strategy focuses on shared experiences, trust, and values shared within the community to drive engagement, positive word-of-mouth, and ultimately, sustainable market development over time. The research method conducted in this study uses the literature research method. The results show that community- based marketing strategies offer various benefits, including increased customer engagement, positive responses through word-of-mouth, and the ability to obtain real-time feedback that provides opportunities for innovation and fulfilment of customer needs more effectively. However, challenges such as the need for a large investment of resources and the difficulty in measuring short-term ROI mean that this strategy requires a patient and consistent approach. Community-based marketing strategies, with the right approach, can be the key for companies to develop markets in a more sustainable way and increase long-term profits.

Cooperatives are often regarded as the backbone of the rural economy, contributing significantly to the improvement of the socio-economic welfare of its people. The study method in this research uses the literature method. The results show that cooperatives have substantial potential to support rural economic development and diversification, but also require a strategic approach and appropriate policy support to fully realise their contribution. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of cooperatives in accelerating rural development and calls for more effective and coordinated development efforts.

In recent years, digital intelligence has developed significantly and plays an important role in the transformation of education. The research method conducted in this study is literature. The results show that advances in educational technology such as AI, VR, and the use of big data have provided innovative instruments to facilitate a learning process that is more of being split into autonomous and specialised. The adoption of these new tools seems to increase interaction and personalization in learning, providing opportunities for students to learn at their own time and pace. However, the literature also notes the challenges faced, including unequal access to technology, the need for infrastructure adaptation, and the demand for teacher capacity building. The results show that students who have complete and supportive access to digital intelligence show improvements in academic engagement and achievement.
