Abstract

Thesis with the title "Application of Sustainable Innovation as a Sharia-Based Resto-Karaoke Business Development Strategy (Comparative Study at the Muslim Generation Restaurant, Sumenep Madura and K-Broo True Family Karaoke Syariah Sidoarjo)". Aims to: Analyze the implementation of the Sharia-based restaurant-karaoke business concept at Resto Generasi Muslim in Sumenep and K-Broo True Family Karaoke Syariah in Sidoarjo. 2. Analyze the application of sustainable innovation at Resto Generasi Muslim in Sumenep and K-Broo True Family Karaoke Syariah in Sidoarjo. 3. Analyze the most effective business development strategies implemented in sustainable innovation to increase sales at Resto Generasi Muslim and K-Broo True Family Karaoke Syariah. This research utilizes a phenomenological approach and a qualitative comparative study. Data sources include primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants include owners, managers, supervisors, employees, and customers of the Muslim Generation Resto in Sumenep and K-Broo True Family Karaoke Syariah in Sidoarjo. Data analysis is performed using techniques from Creswell.

Abstract

Pembiayaan berdasarkan akad murabahah merupakan salah satu bentuk pembiayaan yang banyak digunakan dalam lembaga keuangan syariah, termasuk di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah. Namun, proses perhitungan margin dan mekanisme pengajuan pembiayaan murabahah perlu dianalisis dengan baik untuk memastikan keabsahan akad, keadilan bagi kedua belah pihak, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan margin dan mekanisme pengajuan pembiayaan murabahah di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang praktik pembiayaan murabahah dan prosedur yang terkait. Data primer dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf dan manajemen Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah yang terlibat langsung dalam perhitungan margin dan pengajuan pembiayaan murabahah. Data sekunder juga digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang prinsip-prinsip akad murabahah dalam konteks lembaga keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah memiliki mekanisme yang baik dalam perhitungan margin dan pengajuan pembiayaan melalui akad murabahah. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perhitungan dan mekanisme pengajuan pembiayaan akad murabahah. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjadi referensi berharga bagi lembaga keuangan syariah lainnya dalam pengembangan praktik terbaik dalam pembiayaan akad murabahah.

Abstract

Pembiayaan berbasis akad murabahah menjadi pilihan Koperasi wanita Safirah untuk memperoleh pembiayaan dari PT. BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Cabang Lamongan. Namun, seperti produk keuangan lainnya, pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah tentunya memiliki risiko yang perlu diidentifikasi dan diatasi dengan tepat untuk menjaga operasional bamk serta meminimalkan kerugian potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi risiko akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan koperasi wanita safirah di PT. BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Cabang Lamongan, serta merumuskan strategi mitigasinya dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan staf PT. BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Cabang Lamongan. Data sekunder digunakan untuk memahami pembiayaan murabahah dan risikonya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat risiko yang mempengaruhi pembiayaan pada Koperasi wanita Safirah di PT. BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Cabang Lamongan, seperti risiko pembiayaan, pasar, operasional, dan reputasi. Strategi mitigasi yang direkomendasikan meliputi penerapan prinsip 5C, batasan pembiayaan murabahah dalam valuta asing serta melakukan upaya lindung nilai, pengawasan internal yang kuat, serta transparansi sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan membantu PT. BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Cabang Lamongan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan koperasi wanita safirah dengan efektif. Hasil penelitian juga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah lainnya untuk mengembangkan mitigasi risiko yang sesuai dengan pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah are part of the LKNB sector in charge of providing loans with collateral of general value in some of its products. Product categories owned by PT. Pegadaian Syariah include the rahn category, arrum category, savings category and installment category. In addition, claims from PT. Pegadaian Syariah that explain their products are in accordance with sharia principles. Some of the latest released products are Sharia KUR which has a similar implementation to Arrum BPKB but with claims without collateral (guarantee). This is reinforced by a letter of agreement that states the use of the rahn tasjily contract in the Sharia KUR agreement letter and not the qardh contract which in fact from the rahn tasjily contract requires a letter or certificate underlying the collateral as a condition of the implementation of the contract. Thus, there are problems arising from the application of the appropriate rahn tasjily contract or vice versa. The method used in this study is juridical normative (legal research). The results of the study explained that KUR Syariah and Arrum BPKB proved to be in accordance with its implementation with sharia principles. The conclusion obtained that PT. Pegadaian Syariah must explain frankly to customers the Sharia KUR products that make business assets as collateral and without claims that the product is without collateral (guarantee) with its implementation equivalent to Arrum BPKB products.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of ease of digital payments, zakat literacy and religiosity on the behavior intentions of the generation to pay zakat through zakat management organizations. This research uses structural analysis Equation Model-Partial Least Square ( SEM-PLS). The research used a questionnaire data collection technique which was distributed online to Generation Z Muslims , with a total of 199 respondents or samples. The results of this research show that the variables of ease of digital payments and religiosity have a significant effect on generation Z's behavioral intentions to pay zakat through zakat management organizations. Meanwhile, the zakat literacy variable has no effect on generation Z's behavioral intentions to pay zakat through zakat management organizations. Overall, behavior intentions to pay zakat through zakat management organizations is explained by the variables ease of digital payment, zakat literacy, and religiosity at 31.1%, the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

In every financial institution, the risk of problematic financing is an absolute must to face. Therefore, every financial institution must implement appropriate strategy and risk management in distributing financing to customers to minimize the risk of problematic financing in the future. The focus of this research is: 1). How is strategic management implemented at BMT NU Singgahan in channeling financing to minimize the occurrence of financing problems? This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and field research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis stages used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as data validity using source triangulation techniques. T The conclusion in this research is 1) Project or Product Selection Determining the project or product that will be financed using murabahah financing. This selection must consider potential benefits, risks, and conformity with sharia principles. 2) Financing Structure: Determine the appropriate murabahah financing structure, including buying and selling price, profit margin, term, and payment schedule. It must comply with sharia principles, including the prohibition of riba (interest) and speculative elements. 3) Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks associated with murabahah financing. This includes credit risk, market risk, operational risk, etc. 4) Performance Monitoring Conduct regular monitoring of projects or products funded with murabahah financing. This includes monitoring finances, project progress and use of funds. 5) Sharia Compliance Ensure that all transactions and activities related to murabahah financing comply with sharia principles. This involves rigorous auditing and monitoring to ensure compliance. 6) Product Development: Striving to continue developing murabahah financing products that are in line with market needs and sharia principles. This involves product innovation and marketing strategies. 7) Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all murabahah financing activities comply with applicable regulations in the company or financial institution's operating area. 8) Liquidity Management Efficient liquidity management to ensure the availability of sufficient funds for planned murabahah financing. 9) Evaluation and Adjustment Carry out regular evaluations of the murabahah financing strategy and make adjustments if necessary based on the results of the evaluation.

Abstract

Maqasid Syariah encourages the economic empowerment of Muslims. Online buying and selling transactions can provide opportunities for Muslim entrepreneurs to develop and compete in the global market, thereby achieving this goal of economic empowerment. Overall, online buying and selling transactions can be a means to achieve the goals of Maqasid Syariah, as long as they are carried out with integrity, fairness and comply with the principles of Islamic law. Good online business practices must align with Islamic values ​​and moral goals and contribute to the overall welfare of society. Research focus The online buying and selling transaction process is seen from Maqasid sharia. Research Method This research is a qualitative descriptive research. In this qualitative descriptive research, researchers here use library research to look for information through books, magazines, newspapers and other literature to form a theoretical basis. This research is also to examine written sources such as scientific journals, reference books, literature, encyclopedias, scientific essays, scientific works and other sources either in written form or in digital format that are relevant and related to the object being researched. The object of this research study is in the form of texts or writings that describe and explain the online shop business/enterprise that is mushrooming in Indonesia. The results of this research are 1) maintaining religion, in online buying and selling transactions you must have good intentions and the goods being sold match the picture and what was sent. 2) Maintain Product Quality Ensure that the product or service you purchase is safe to use. When possible, read reviews and do research on the product, especially if it concerns health and safety. Dangerous Product Monitoring If you sell products or services that could impact consumer health or safety, ensure they meet applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Respect for Consumer Rights Make sure you understand consumer rights in online transactions, including the right to return defective or unsuitable goods. Make sure that sellers respect these rights. 3) maintain common sense, avoid rash actions, don't rush to make decisions. If you feel pressured or pushed to make a transaction immediately, you should be careful and consider your decision carefully. 4) maintaining lineage Maintaining lineage (descendants) in online buying and selling transactions refers to the practice of maintaining business relationships with integrity and honesty as well as upholding moral and ethical principles in all aspects of online business. 5) maintain honest assets towards oneself and the goods being sold.

Abstract

This research discusses Islamic arts in Sumenep Regency, one of which is Sintung Arts. This art is a depiction of Madura's Islamic spiritual culture. However, many people in Sumenep, especially young people, do not know about this art, even though it has quite large potential to become a halal tourist destination in Sumenep Regency, as well as a means of da'wah for Muslims. Based on this problem, researchers are interested in researching in more depth how Sintung members introduce this art to the public and trying to formulate or design a marketing model for Sintung Art so that it can be known to the general public, so that this art can continue to develop and be preserved. The method used in this research uses an exploratory qualitative approach. The data used in this research uses primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis stage was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, in substance Sintung Art can become a halal tourist destination, both in terms of the art itself, the provision of adequate space, as well as support from the government and the community. Meanwhile, the marketing carried out by Sintung is only limited to spreading traditions to schools in Ambunten. In this way, the marketing model offered through the marketing mix can be an alternative choice for this art so that it can continue to develop and be preserved because this art is unique in its music , vocals and dance movements.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of the existence of Asta Sayyid Yusuf religious tourism on improving the economy of the people of Talango Village, Sumenep Regency. Asta Sayyid Yusuf's religious tourism is increasingly attracting more and more visitors and is becoming increasingly well known by the people of Madura Island and people outside Madura Island, which of course has a positive impact on improving the community's economy. This is one of the reasons researchers are interested in researching in more depth the impact of the existence of Asta Sayyid Yusuf religious tourism on improving the economy of the people of Talango Village. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, then data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis stage was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the existence of Asta Sayyid Yusuf religious tourism on improving the economy of the Talango Village community. Based on the research results, the existence of Asta Sayyid Yusuf religious tourism has had a positive impact on the economy of local communities, especially those around the Asta Sayyid Yusuf religious tourism area. One of the impacts that occurs is an increase in people's income, business opportunities and employment opportunities for the community

Abstract

The development of Sharia Banks in Papua is currently considered good, this is marked by the existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat. However, existing sharia banks are not yet in great demand by customers because there is tight competition between sharia banks and conventional banks in Papua, especially Keerom Regency. This research was conducted in Keerom Regency, Papua Province, while the research was carried out from April to June. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative research. Service quality is 3.505. The size of the ttable at α = 0.05 is 1.675. The tcount for service quality is 3.505 > from ttable 1.675 with a significance figure of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant positive effect on banking development. Banking services have a significant positive effect on banking development. This result can be seen in the t test which has tcount = 2.906 > from ttable 1.675 with a significant number of 0.006. Thus, it can be concluded that banking services have a significant positive effect on banking development. Based on the results of the F test analysis, it shows that the F¬count is 18.358 and the F¬table value is 3.18 or (18.358 > 3.18) with a sig of 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) there is significant influence between service quality (X1) and banking services (X2) on banking development (Y). This shows that if simultaneously the quality of banking services increases, it will have an impact on increasing banking development and vice versa.
