Abstract

Purpose – The fact that madrasah diniyah is a part of the network of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia is thought to be detrimental to the institution's continued survival. Madrasah Diniyah, a school that emphasizes social functions to society so that they can continue to live and be civilized, is motivated by this challenge. Design/methodology/approach - This study is a sort of case study that employs a qualitative methodology. which emphasizes how Islamic boarding schools' curricula should be integrated into a complete curriculum synergy and uses research methods like interviews, observation, and documentation using valid cumulative data. Research limitations/implications – Combining a thorough curricular synergy with grass-roots theory to make it more adaptable for future madrasah. Findings/ Originality/Value – The Syarifuddin Islamic Boarding School's official curricula and madrasah diniyah were developed in concert. finished with the grass-roots approach. The only difference between the growth model and the one created by Beuchamp is that the latter does not employ the arena model..

Abstract

With the issuance of the decision of MK 46 / PUU-VIII / 2010 related to judicial review of article 43 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law, that children born out of wedlock only have civil relations with their mothers and families. This caused pros and cons among the community, followed by the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Accusation of Children Resulting from Zina and Treatment of Him. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting a more in-depth analysis of how the impact of the Constitutional Court decision on the rules or norms relating to the inheritance rights of children from serial marriage in the legal order in Indonesia, as well as how the status of inheritance rights of children resulting from serial marriage according to the compilation of Islamic law. Design/methodology/approach - The method used by this study is in the form of normative legal review using a legal regulatory approach that examines a norm rule and a linear case approach with the issue to be solved. Research limitations/implications – This paper aims to examine more deeply the implications of the Constitutional Court decision No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 on the legal order in Indonesia, more specifically the issue of children's rights. Findings – The issuance of Constitutional Court Decision No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 has implications for the order of marriage norms in Indonesia, especially regarding the position of children from serial marriages. The Constitutional Court formulated a new norm, that children born out of wedlock have ties not only to their mother but also to their biological father. Especially for those who perform istbat marriages or determine the offspring of children, which have been legalized through the decision of the Religious Court get recognition from the state and the rights inherent in it as heirs of their biological father. The norms of inheritance fiqh, which are based on the idea that if the marriage is valid, then the child of that marriage is also valid and has the status of the father's heir. Originality/value – In the above review, it has not been examined regarding the impact of the issuance of the Constitutional Court decision on the legal order in Indonesia, specifically the issue of inheritance rights and other rights that can be obtained from his biological father..

Abstract

Abstract Purpose – This paper is field research entitled "Implementasi Peningkatan Etos Kerja Islam pada Koperasi Syariah Alfa Mabruk. This research is intended to answer the formulation of the problem, namely: How is the implementation of the Islamic work ethic in the Koperasi Syariah Alfa Mabruk. And what is the contribution of the Islamic work ethic in improving the performance of employees in the Koperasi Syariah Alfa Mabruk.. Design/methodology/approach - This research is a case study type research at the Alfa Mabruk Sharia Cooperative institution. Findings – The results of this study concluded that the mechanism of the Islamic work ethic in Koperasi Syariah Alfa Mabruk, started from the recruitment stage of employees, and its implementation is carried out using a structural approach and cultural approaches and reward and punishment instruments. The impact of the implementation of the Islamic work ethic on improving employee performance can be seen in improvements in employee time and discipline, improvements in attitude towards co-workers with one performance activity, friendliness towards all people both fellow employees and customers, the emergence of self-encouragement employees to continuously improve their work results.. Originality/value – the application of the Islamic work ethic to improving employee performance can be seen in improving employee time and discipline, improving attitudes towards colleagues with one performance activity.

Abstract

Coping stress adalah strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa untuk menanggulangi stress siswa dari dalam mapun dari luar siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari siswa-siswa SMAN Jatiroto. jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda, Uji T, dan Uji F. Adapun fokus masalah yang diteliti adalah pengaruh Coping stress terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa di SMAN Jatiroto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Coping stress terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa di SMAN Jatiroto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Coping stress terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa di SMAN Jatiroto. dan hasilnya adalah signifikan dengan nilai t hitung = 2,351 dan signifikan 0,021. Sedangkan, dimensi coping stress yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai R square 6,2 %. Secara simultan variabel coping stress berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependennya yaitu Hasil Belajar siswa di SMAN Jatiroto.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat dan mempengaruhi semua aspek tidak terkecuali aspek pendidikan. Guru harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, metode tradisional seperti ceramah sudah mulai di rasa kurang efektif dalam penerapannya namun masih banyak guru yang menggunakan di SMPN 1 Randuagung proses pembelajaran yang digunakan guru sebagian besar masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Adapun fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Adakah perbedaan hasil nilai pada kelas control dan kelas eksperimen? (2) Adakah pengaruh metode pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pemahaman materi PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Randuagung? (3) Adakah pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis teknologi terhadap pemahaman materi PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Randuagung? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis quasi eksperimen yang dilakukan pada kelas VIII E dan VIII F dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, Tes, dokumentasi, kuesioner. Kemudian teknis yang dilakukan dalam analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Eviews. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian nilai pretest dan postes menunjukan perbedaan nilai, pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata rata 90 dan pada kelas control rata rata nilainya adala 70 sehingga disimpulkan treatment pembelajaran berbasis teknologi berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman materi PAI. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic menunjukkan bahwa nilai variable metode konvensional 0,947 >(0,05) maka tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable pemahaman, sedangkan variable pembelajaran teknologi 0,021 <(0,05) maka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable pemahaman.

Abstract

This study examines the construction of multicultural education in enhancing students’ tolerance at Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syarify Pandanwangi Lumajang. Using a post-positivist approach with an interpretative method, the research analyzes the implementation of multicultural values and identifies supporting and inhibiting factors. The findings indicate that values such as equality, justice, tolerance (tasamuh), deliberation (musyawarah), and brotherhood (ukhuwah) have been effectively integrated into the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and pesantren culture. However, challenges remain, including limited media resources and individual students' attitudes toward diversity. This study concludes that the construction of multicultural education in the pesantren plays a crucial role in fostering students’ tolerance. Despite existing obstacles, the pesantren continues to strive toward creating an inclusive and harmonious environment

Abstract

Attention to halal products for Muslims in the world is increasingly growing, especially in countries with minority Muslim populations. Labels for halal food and beverage products for Muslim minority countries are certainly very much needed because Islamic doctrine teaches its people to consume halal food and drinks. There are several Muslim minority countries in the world such as Brazil, Australia, Taiwan, Russia, Thailand, the Philippines and several other Muslim minority countries that require acceleration in the practice of Islam for Muslims in minority countries. The policy of a country as a determinant of the direction of the formation of social identity of the lives of adherents between diverse communities is a necessity. The presence and role of halal certification institutions that provide halal product guarantees (JPH) such as in Indonesia, is a concrete example that is a hope and opportunity for Muslims in minority countries. It is not surprising that since 2022 the Indonesian Ministry of Religion has provided assessments for foreign halal institutions (LHLN) in several countries, such as South Korea, New Zealand, the United States and others. This article describes how the industrialization of halal products in Muslim minority countries; between opportunities and challenges? Through qualitative methods with a literature study approach, this article is expected to provide a constructive contribution to the development of scientific studies on Islamic economics, especially in the discourse on halal product development.

Abstract

AbstractConsumer behavior towards halal products plays a crucial role in shaping a halal lifestyle, particularly in countries with a significant Muslim population. This study examines the factors influencing consumer behavior in adopting halal products and their impact on the development of a halal lifestyle. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that religious awareness, product certification, and social influence significantly affect consumer preferences for halal products. Moreover, branding strategies and government policies play a vital role in promoting halal consumption. The study highlights that a strong halal lifestyle is supported by a comprehensive ecosystem involving businesses, regulators, and communities. Therefore, strengthening halal awareness through education, marketing, and regulatory reinforcement is essential to ensure the sustainability of the halal industry. Abstract

This study aims to analyzes the position of pesantren in the national education system based on Law No. 18 of 2019, focusing on Formal Diniyyah Education (PDF) and Mu’adalah Education. As religious-based institutions, pesantren play a strategic role in human resource development. The 2019 Pesantren Law grants them official recognition within the national education system. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, this study reviews policy documents, academic literature, and research reports. Findings show that the law provides a strong legal basis for pesantren, recognizing PDF and Mu’adalah as equivalent to formal education. However, challenges remain in accreditation, curriculum standardization, and institutional management. The study concludes that integrating pesantren into the national system is a progressive step, but stronger government support in regulation and funding is essential. Recommendations are given to policymakers and pesantren administrators to enhance the implementation of PDF and Mu’adalah in achieving national education goals.
