Abstract

Tan Malaka’s thought, as summarized in Madilog, presents a critical philosophical approach to colonialism and Indonesia’s struggle for liberation. This article examines the concept of Madilog in the context of mystical logic, exploring the application of dialectical materialism in interpreting the realities of social, political, and economic life during the colonial period in Indonesia. Using a literature review method, the article focuses on three main elements in Madilog (Materialism, Dialectics, and Logic) as intellectual strategies to resist colonial injustice, particularly in terms of critical and analytical thinking. This study concludes that Tan Malaka’s approach in his book Madilog represents a fundamental influence on the history of Indonesia’s political philosophy movement during the colonial era, with potential applications in modern political studies. This foundational influence not only shaped the early resistance against colonial power but also continues to resonate in contemporary political discourse. By revisiting Madilog, scholars and activists can draw valuable lessons on the importance of critical thinking and collective action in the ongoing struggle for justice and equality

Abstract

Participation of Catholic Youth in Attending Church Activities Together in St. Sirilus Nul. The problem in this study is the very low level of participation or involvement of young people in church activities. The purpose of this research is to identify the condition of Catholic youth and their involvement in church activities in St. Sirilus Nul Station. Youth participation is an important aspect of church life because it reflects the spirit of faith, fellowship, and responsibility toward the Church as the next generation who bring renewal. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews and observations. Data processing was carried out by categorizing and determining that most youths were less active in participating in church activities. The results of this study indicate that Catholic youth show low participation in communal church activities in the Station environment

Abstract

Learning is a central aspect in the educational process in an educational institution. This study began with the low interest, enthusiasm, and achievement of students in thematic learning skills in elementary schools, which can affect the quality of education in the school. To achieve the expected results, researchers used the digestive system Tube media for the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject. Students for low skills felt that the learning method and media were less interesting. The application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method in digestive system learning in grade V showed an increase in student learning motivation. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) involving 21 grade V students at SDN Punten 01 Batu. The implementation of actions at the research location was carried out in two cycles. This is evidenced by the increase in the average score. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the PjBL learning model with Tube media is effective in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of grade V students in the human digestive system material at SDN Punten 01 Batu.

Abstract

This journal aims to explore the role played by ethics in shaping the identity and values of Christianity that form the foundation of an individual's character within the Christian belief system. Through an exploration of the concept of Christian ethics, this article delves into the depth of moral values, principles, and teachings that serve as the cornerstone for the development of Christian character. The discussion revolves around the interaction between ethics and Christian identity, highlighting how ethics shape an individual's perspective on morality, truth, and obligations in the context of everyday life. Further discussions encompass the process of building Christian character, examining practical approaches such as education, spiritual practices, and the application of moral values in shaping individuals who adhere to Christian teachings. This abstract also considers the social implications of Christian character, exploring how Christian values influence individual behavior in social interactions and how Christian individuals make moral decisions within a broader societal context. The emphasis on the practical application of Christian ethical values in daily life remains the primary focus, illustrating how Christian character is reflected in the actual actions of individuals and their relationship with their environment.

Abstract

The integration of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies has become an important innovation, transforming 21st-century learning environments with immersive, interactive learning experiences. This study aims to systematically review previous research on the integration of VR and AR technologies in education and professional training, focusing on innovation, effectiveness, and implementation challenges. The study employs a qualitative approach, using library research to analyze scholarly articles and international publications on immersive learning technologies. The findings indicate that VR and AR enhance student engagement and conceptual understanding through realistic simulations and interactive visualization. However, successful implementation depends on pedagogical design, technological infrastructure readiness, and educators’ ability to integrate immersive technologies effectively. The study highlights the importance of aligning technological innovation with instructional strategies to maximize learning benefits in modern education systems.

Abstract

Production plays a fundamental role in economic activities by utilizing labor, capital, and technology to generate goods and services that create economic value. This study aims to conceptually analyze the role of labor, capital, and technology in modern production processes and their contribution to value creation. The research employs a qualitative approach, using library research to review scholarly articles, books, and international research publications on production theory and economic growth. The findings indicate that technological advancement significantly improves productivity and production efficiency, while labor quality and capital investment remain essential in supporting sustainable production systems. However, rapid technological development also presents challenges to labor markets due to changes in job structures and skill requirements. The study concludes that effective integration of labor, capital, and technology is crucial in achieving sustainable economic value creation in modern production systems.

Abstract

As an agricultural country, agriculture is one of the most important industries in the world. In Indonesia, this is reflected in the role of the agricultural sector in providing land. Foreign exchange contribution through labor, food supply, exports, etc. The development of the times has led to an increase in the direction of the agricultural sector. Even industrial areas where companies were established or residential areas were expanded. In writing this scientific work the author uses a descriptive analytical method whose approach is qualitative and quantitative. Land is a limited natural resource. Land is important because its existence is necessary for human survival in carrying out their activities. Agricultural land is a production factor that plays a very important role in agriculture compared to other production factors. Without land there is no agriculture. Land is the place where agriculture can operate. There are several factors that cause the price of vegetables in Agam Regency to be high, including land conversion. The impact of land conversion is to cause changes in the economic activities of land converters or farmers. This change is very significant. The economic activities carried out were initially related to agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work motivation, compensation, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on technician performance at PT Tri Cahaya Teknik Bandar Lampung. Using an associative quantitative method, data were collected through questionnaires from 36 technicians as research samples. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The test results show that work motivation and compensation have a partial significant effect on performance. In contrast, the K3 variable does not have a significant effect independently on technician performance at this company. Collectively, the three variables have a positive effect with a contribution of 77.6% on technician performance.

Abstract

Accurate inventory recording and valuation plays a crucial role in the preparation of financial statements, as errors at this stage can affect the calculation of cost of goods sold, profit, and the value of current assets presented in the balance sheet. Accurate inventory information is crucial for both internal and external stakeholders in the economic decision-making process. Therefore, Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 14 serves as a reference to ensure that all inventory recording, measurement, and reporting activities are carried out consistently, transparently, and verifiably. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and field documentation at Sabang Marauke Mart. The analysis stages include data reduction, presentation of results, and drawing conclusions to obtain a true picture of the application of Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 14 in the company's inventory accounting system. The results show that Sabang Marauke Mart uses the periodic (physical) recording method and the FIFO (first-in, first-out) valuation method. Although this implementation is in accordance with PSAK No. 14 guidelines, its effectiveness is not optimal, because the recording process is still done manually and has not been digitally integrated. The lack of human resources with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards is also a factor inhibiting the optimization of the implementation of this system.

Abstract

Early childhood creativity and art mentoring is very important to develop, because early age is the golden age, which is the foundation for development in the next age. One of the ways to develop children's creativity and art is through collage activities. Collage activities include innovative activities and use more interesting materials. Creativity is the ability to create or develop something new based on ideas and concepts that are combined to become new, better and more useful works. Collage is one of the activities to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years and an innovative and interesting learning activity for children. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the study were children in group B at Tkk Ade Irma Suryani Aimere, totaling 23 children. Problems related to the lack of creativity and art in children. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation of the results of the work.
