Abstract

This study aims to reveal the forms and values ​​of religiosity displayed by the main character in the novel Our Secret by Kak Nana. The main character in this novel lives in a pesantren environment and is depicted as having a strong religious character, which is reflected in his attitude, actions, and way of dealing with life's conflicts. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library method, and uses the theory of religiosity from Glock and Stark which includes five dimensions: belief, worship practices, religious experiences, religious knowledge, and the application of religious values ​​in life. The results of the analysis show that the main character shows religiosity through sensitivity to worship times, surrender to destiny, sincerity in praying, and commitment to preaching through a cultural approach. In addition, the character also shows moral and social values ​​such as patience, empathy, and responsibility towards others. These findings show that religiosity in literary works is not only present in symbolic form, but also real through the actions and life choices of the characters, making this novel a reflective medium for readers to understand the meaning of religiosity in everyday life.

Abstract

The problems in this study are 1) how the representation of the causes of early marriage in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini 2) how the representation of the impact of early marriage that occurs in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini. This study aims to 1) describe the representation of the causes of early marriage in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini and 2) describe the representation of the impact of early marriage that occurs in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with the type of research, namely library research, which produces descriptive data in the form of words that are analyzed and observed. The data is taken from quotations in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini. From the results of the study, researchers found that the causes of early marriage can be caused by internal factors such as education, precociousness, and pregnancy before marriage. And the external factor is caused by a bad environment. Researchers also found the impact of early marriage from various aspects such as psychological, social, biological health, economic, and educational.

Abstract

The research Analysis of Family Values in the Novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu by J.S. Khairen with a Literary Sociology Approach aims to describe the representation of family values in the novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu by J.S. Khairen, using a literary sociology approach. The research problem is how the representation of family values in the novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu by J.S. Khairen. To get the results of the research using descriptive qualitative methods with the type of library research. With the use of the theory of family values by Dunst, Trivette, the results show that the novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu by J. S Khairen contains family values. S Khairen's Novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu by J. S. Khairen contains familial values including, believing and committing to the improvement of the welfare and development of members in the family, rules, values, beliefs and behaviors that should not and can be accepted, sticking to life goals when things are good or difficult, sharing responsibilities, respecting personal rights between family members, having family traditions or special rituals, believing in the importance of being active and learning new things, believing that all problems can be resolved when the whole family works together, considering loyalty and integration in the family.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the forms of self-defense mechanisms experienced by the main character in the novel Pukul Setengah Lima by Tsana. The problem in this study focuses on how the main character deals with emotional conflicts that arise due to traumatic experiences in the past. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Primary data comes from the text of the novel Pukul Setengah Lima, while secondary data is in the form of theoretical literature from Sigmund Freud and Anna Freud, as well as relevant scientific studies. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation studies and reading and notes, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis with a psychoanalytic approach. The results of the study show that the main character uses seven forms of self-defense mechanisms, namely repression, rationalization, recognition, fixation, projection, reaction formation, and sublimation. Each form of protection appears in response to psychological pressure and inner tension experienced by the main character. These findings indicate that literary works can represent human psychological dynamics in depth and become a means of reflection on the individual's mental condition in dealing with trauma and emotional stress.

Abstract

This study investigates the sources and forms of education funding in Indonesia using a systematic literature review approach based on the PRISMA model. Twenty-five journal publications from 2013 to 2023 relevant to the research topic were analysed to collect data for the literature investigation. Twelve of the twenty-five articles were found to be relevant and were reviewed. Ten articles, according to the analysis findings, discuss the sources and forms of education funding in Indonesia with an emphasis on the effectiveness of education fund management. On the other hand, two articles were considered less relevant as they discussed the basics of funding and financing planning. The definitions and concepts of school finance, its legal basis, various forms, and sources—including government funds, private donations, and parental contributions—are all discussed in this paper. Planning, accounting, and evaluation are all part of the education finance cycle, which ensures that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently. This study offers a comprehensive overview of education financing in Indonesia, emphasising the important role of the government, society, and educational institutions in contributing funds to support the sustainability and quality of education in the long term.

Abstract

الهدف من البحث هو التّعرف على استخدام وسائل التّعليمية ببطاقة المفردات لزيادة إتقان المفردات العربيّة للطّلّاب قامت بالبحث سرلي أنديني، رقم التّسجيل 2219044 بقسم تعليم اللّغة العربيّة كليّة التّربيّة والعلوم التّعليميّة جامعة الشّيخ محمد جميل جمبيك الإسلاميّة الحكوميّة بوكيت تنجي بالموضوع: فعّالية استخدام بطاقة الدّومينو في إتقان المفردات لدى الطّلّاب في المدرسة الثّانويّة الحكوميّة ٣ بونجو، جامبي. وجدت الباحثة المشكلات في المدرسة الثّانويّة الحكوميّة 3 بونجو، جامبي. أنّ كثيرا من الطّلّاب لا يحصلون على نتائج الدّراسة الأعلى من المعاير الأدنى للدّراجة المتحصّلة (KKM). وأيضا يعتبرون أنّ اللّغة العربيّة مادّة صعبة بحيث قلّة اهتمام الطّلّاب بتعلّم اللّغة العربيّة. فعّالية استخدام بطاقة الدّومينو في إتقان المفردات لدى الطّلّاب في المدرسة الثّانويّة الحكوميّة ٣ بونجو، جامبي. بطاقة الدّومينو هي وسيلة تعليميّة بديلة يمكن استخدامها للتّغلب على هذه العقبات. في تعليم المفردات، يمكن أنّ تكون بطاقة الدّومينو وسيلة تعليميّة تمنع الطّلّاب من تجربة الملل والصّعوبات في تعليم المفردات العربيّة.

Abstract

This research investigated the challenges faced by eighth grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Bukik Barisan in the English learning process, especially concerning vocabulary mastery. Identified problems include students’ score were below the minimum completion criteria (KKM). Secondly, some students had difficulty in remembering vocabulary. Next, some students had difficulty in understanding the meaning of the vocabulary. Furthermore, students had difficulty pronouncing English words appropriately. Finally ,teacher still used conventional method when teaching English. So, the purpose of this research is to see the effect of using chain spelling games on students’ vocabulary mastery of eighth grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Bukik Barisan.This research used true experimental with pretest-posttest research design in experimental and control classes. Researcher used simple random sampling to determined the research sample. The samples of this research were class VIII.A as the experimental class and class VIII.B as the control class. To collect data, researcher used multiple choice tests and pronunciation tests in pre-test and post-test. The data in this research were analyzed using T-test formula with the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the mean post-test score for the experimental class (73.880) was significantly higher than the pre-test score (59.042), indicating that the chain spelling game positively affected vocabulary mastery. In conclusion, the use of chain spelling game had an effect to improve students' vocabulary.

Abstract

This The issue addressed in this research is the extent to which the school environment influences the religious behavior of students in Phase F at MAN 1 Bukittinggi. The school environment includes physical facilities, the quality of teaching, school culture, interactions between students and teachers, as well as programs that support the development of character and religious behavior. This study aims to determine whether the educational environment at MAN 1 Bukittinggi impacts the religious behavior of students in Phase F, where the students have had enough interaction with the school environment and have a better understanding of the learning atmosphere at the school. The research approach used is a quantitative correlational method, which aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the variables studied. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS software application with descriptive statistical testing. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the school environment and religious behavior, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.440. This value is classified as moderate according to correlation coefficient guidelines, indicating that the better the educational environment at the school, the more prominent the religious behavior practiced by the students. Therefore, this study proves that a supportive educational environment can contribute to enhancing students' religious behavior.

Abstract

Islamic Studies (SKI) learning is often perceived as monotonous by many students, requiring methods that can make the learning process more engaging and enjoyable. One solution that can be implemented is the use of gamification media, which incorporates elements from games into the learning process. The goal of applying gamification is to enhance student motivation, leading to increased participation in the lessons. At MTsN 3 Siak, the teacher of SKI for grade VIII has started to implement gamification in the learning process. This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, and challenges faced by the teacher in using gamification as a learning tool. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this research, with the key informant being the SKI teacher, and supporting informants including students, the school principal, and the curriculum supervisor. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis involved data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that gamification media has been applied in the classroom and has proven to boost student enthusiasm and motivation during SKI lessons. However, gamification was only implemented four times within one semester, and although most students had grasped the material before engaging with the games, some students still had difficulty following the games effectively.

Abstract

The reseach in this thesis are to know the effectiveness of using the inside outside circle cooperative learning model in teaching speaking skills to seventh grade students at the 10 Agam State Islamic Middle School. The reseach uses a quantitative with an experimental type. As for number of students in the seventh grade students at the 10 Agam State Islamic Middle School, the researcher used a quantitative with an experimental type. The reseach the sample is in chapter VII.2, as the control chapter, and in chapter VII.3 as the experimental chapter. The researcher uses the experimental design of shih test (Quasi Eksperimen) and analyzes the data using SPSS 26 program. The result of the reseach are: (1) steps for using the  inside outside circle cooperative learning model in teaching speaking skills.(2) there is an effectiveness in using the inside outside circle cooperative learning model in teaching speaking skills to seventh grade students at the 10 Agam State Islamic Middle School and is impact approximately 46 %
