Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze students' mistakes in solving problems in the form of stories about circumference and circle area. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out in class VIII B of SMP Negeri 4 Touluaan, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects of the study numbered 13 students. Then given a test of the story questions around and the area of the circle to get data. The test results were then randomly selected 4 students based on different errors to interview. The data obtained are analyzed with the stages used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that out of the five questions given, most students made mistakes in answering story questions about the perimeter and area of the circle. Of the four types of problem solving polya the percentage of errors made sequentially with the largest to the smallest percentage is the error of re-examining with a percentage of 73.85%, the error of completing planning with a percentage of 46.15%, understanding the problem 40%, planning a solution 29.23%.

Abstract

This research is a study that uses qualitative methods aimed at analyzing the performance of School Administration employees at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. This research was conducted at the SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. Primary data collection was conducted through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved in the employee performance process. The results of this study describe that the quality of performance of School Administration employees at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District in West Seram Regency is generally categorized as not good, this is evidenced by the main tasks of the school administration which are not carried out optimally because the facilities / infrastructure at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency are not adequate so that it affects employee performance.

Abstract

Teaching services will run when supported by the availability of teachers who are proportional to the number of students. Teaching services that began with an online form for three months did not run well due to internet facilities, cellphones and the presence of students who had not been able to make adjustments. Due to this obstacle, an evaluation process was carried out and an anticipatory measure was carried out by changing the teaching pattern from online to face-to-face limited in groups with the permission of the village government. Through this teaching service process, it can be seen that public service actions carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic must continue to be evaluated so that the objectives of service delivery can be achieved through appropriate policy measures. Teaching facility services that occur to support the teaching and learning process are fulfilled by collaboration between schools, village governments and parents. The meaning that can be taken from the process of public administration in the service of teaching facilities is that to realize quality public services, every public organization cannot run alone but requires collaborative management with other parties including parents and village governments.

Abstract

Graduate competency standards play a very important role in preparing the curriculum every year. Graduate competence is measured by the ability to think, behave and act or the skills of each student to assess his knowledge and skills. Graduate competency standards are often known among schools as the curriculum. The curriculum is a path that must be passed for every student, if a student cannot complete the curriculum in an education, he is not declared to have passed. Graduation is also marked with the award of a diploma from the school concerned. The curriculum as a teaching program in an education is required to be able to compete with technological sophistication every year, curriculum changes will continue to be carried out according to the times and according to the needs of the community.

Abstract

The essence of the value system according to the understanding of paturalism, pragmatism and idealism. a) A value system that is based on Naturalism, is nature-centric (centered on nature), to the physical body, to the five senses, to things that are real; b) Different from naturalism is pragmatism, which is more concerned with its orientation to anthropocentric (human-centered) views, to the human mind, to the ability of creativity and human growth, to practical matters, intelligence abilities, actions in society and to oneself. human (individuality). Thus pragmatism also does not recognize that in humans there is the ability of morality and spirituality, because humans are creatures who depend only on the ability of creativity, intelligence, and ways of doing things in society.

Abstract

The research results show that; 1) The constructivism approach in social studies learning is considered to be able to bridge the gap between social studies learning in the classroom and the development of social dynamics in society. The flood of information and scientific progress should be balanced with continuous innovation in the learning process. Therefore, it is the teacher who holds the primary responsibility. Teachers can implement a constructivist learning approach with the following learning implementation procedures: (a) giving independent assignments to students; (b) make presentations using power point media; (c) presentations and discussions by students guided by the teacher; and (d) activities to access various learning resources in the community. 2) Teachers can further develop IPS learning with a constructivist approach while minimizing obstacles in the field. The steps that can be taken are as follows: a) students explore social issues; (b) students identify and formulate actual social problems; (c) students explore information from various learning sources; (d) students determine several alternative solutions to problems; (e) students formulate solutions to social problems in the field; (f) students determine an action plan to get support from the surrounding community; (g) students make scientific work on social issues; (h) students present findings of social problems in group discussions in class; and (i) teachers and students reflect on learning experiences

Abstract

School leaders also have the responsibility to carry out their leadership capacity in terms of curriculum leadership or curriculum leadership. Therefore, they must have basic knowledge of learning theory and curriculum, and even more importantly a clear understanding of school culture. The tasks in curriculum leadership are quite complex and challenging tasks. Curriculum developers and school leaders must have a certain amount of technical knowledge regarding curriculum concepts, processes and content. Curriculum developers and school leaders must be proactive in obtaining and securing all the necessary resources to support the curriculum development process. They must also ensure that teachers have adequate time, opportunity and staff to implement curriculum changes.

Abstract

Educational supervision is the best teaching and learning process, which involves teachers and students, through a series of actions, guidance and direction. Improvement of the teaching and learning process whose achievements. Supervision comes from two words in English, namely super and vision. Super means above and vision means to see, still allied with inspection, inspection and supervision, and surveillance in the sense of activities carried out by superiors, people in positions above, leadership of things that are below them. The development of science and technology (IPTEK) requires people to learn continuously. Especially teachers who have the task of educating and teaching. A little careless in learning will be left behind with developments, including the students being taught. Technology is a tool that facilitates the learning process. According to Nasution (1984) educational technology is the development, application of assessment systems, techniques and tools to improve and enhance human learning achievement.
