Abstract

Organizational culture is the foundation for the formation of an organization, because organizational culture is the identity of an organization. There are several opinions about the notion of organizational culture, the most popular opinion is that organizational culture is the subject of solving external and internal problems. It is understood that the organization was founded to solve a problem. An education usually has an organization. Organizations in education have roles that can help support the quality of education. One of these roles is helping the role of teachers in improving the quality of human resources for students. Organization is an important component in life, especially in the sphere of education. Therefore, it should be grateful for the existence of an organization in life. Without organization, mankind may have difficulty in solving a problem.

Abstract

The existence of national standards makes this standard not only applicable to campuses in certain areas. But nationally, so long as the campus is standing in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. So this standard becomes a reference that must be obeyed and fulfilled. The existence of national standards in the conduct of research will certainly help achieve the research objectives. Universities must prepare standards consisting of National Standards for Higher Education in the field of Education, National Standards for Higher Education in the field of Research, National Standards for Higher Education in the field of Community Service, and Higher Education Standards in other fields, in accordance with the needs of universities in implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education to achieve university vision. College is not just a place for people to gain knowledge. But also become one of the contributors in developing science and technology in the country and also in the world. In accordance with applicable regulations, universities are expected to be able to support the implementation of research and community service. It is also intended to develop science and technology earlier. To support the achievement of these goals, there are a number of National Research Standards that must be understood and fulfilled by every university. It is hoped that with national standards like this, universities will not be careless in conducting research. However, it can ensure that the research and community service conducted is of good quality. At the same time the focus is on supporting research and community service goals.

Abstract

Sexual and gender education is an important issue in child development that often sparks debate in society, especially when linked to religious and cultural values. In the era of globalization, children are exposed to a rapid and open flow of information through both mass media and digital platforms. This situation makes it easier for children to access information related to sexuality and gender issues that may not be appropriate for their developmental stage. Therefore, providing sexual and gender education from an early age has become an urgent need to ensure that children develop a proper, healthy, and morally grounded understanding. Gender refers to the differences in roles, responsibilities, functions, and social constructions between men and women, shaped by culture, environment, and social systems. Gender differs from sex (biological differences), as sex is innate and determined by God from birth (such as being male or female), while gender is more of a social concept that can change according to societal contexts. In Islam, the distinction between men and women is a form of fitrah (divine nature) that must be respected. From an Islamic perspective, child education encompasses not only cognitive aspects but also moral dimensions. Islamic parenting views the role of parents as guiding children to grow into faithful individuals with noble character who can preserve their natural human disposition (fitrah).

Abstract

The problems of this research are that the students consider the Arabic language subject to be difficult to understand, the teacher’s lack of creativity in enhancing the students’ speaking skill, the results of the speaking skill test for primary school students, the students feel that the process of teaching speaking skill is less attractive, and the teacher did not use the phonetic method. In teaching the Arabic language. This research aims to find out the use of the phonetic method to improve the speaking skill of eighth grade students, and to find out the effectiveness of using the phonetic method to improve the speaking skill of eighth grade students. Based on the completion of the post-test in the experimental class and the control class in understanding vocabulary for seventh-semester students at the Bollan Campa Guidance Institute, the author found that in the experimental class in which the vocabulary card method with pictures was applied the average result of the pre-test was 52.09 and the post-test was 79.51 and in the control class in which Applying the method was repeated posttest with an average result of the pretest 61.40 and the posttest 68.43.

Abstract

This research stemmed from the lack of speaking skills in early childhood, prompting teachers to use audio-visual media to improve them. This study aims to obtain clear information on: 1) To determine the planning for using audio-visual media to improve speaking skills in grade A early childhood students aged 4-5 years at Al-Amin Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Simpang Empat in the 2023/2024 academic year. 2) To determine the implementation of audio-visual media use to improve speaking skills in early childhood students aged 4-5 years at Al-Amin Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Simpang Empat in the 2023/2024 academic year. 3) To evaluate the use of audio-visual media to improve speaking skills in early childhood students aged 4-5 years at Al-Amin Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Simpang Empat in the 2023/2024 academic year. Learning outcomes improved after using audio-visual media. This can be seen through evaluations, where PAUD teachers conducted guidance sessions for early childhood students who had difficulty understanding the material presented.

Abstract

Teachers play a very important role in education. The vital role of teachers becomes even more significant when education is understood as a formal institution, such as the school system. Teachers must be able to transform their students into better, more cultured individuals who are capable of building a modern nation, as described in Donni Juni Priansa's book on teacher performance and professionalism. This researcher uses a qualitative approach, as it emphasises the collection of qualitative data (not in the form of numbers). The type of research used in this study is a literature review (Library Research). A literature review is an analysis conducted to solve a problem that is essentially based on a critical and in-depth examination of relevant library materials. The results of the study show that teachers with academic qualifications of a bachelor's degree in education tend to be more experienced in their profession as educators, as evidenced by recognition from the relevant agencies through certificates of expertise in their profession. Their performance is excellent and they have professional competence in carrying out their duties as educators, such as in creating and archiving learning administration, carrying out teaching and learning activities, both inside and outside the classroom, such as extracurricular learning, and several other teacher performances related to learning at school. Teachers' profiles and performance have a positive role in motivating students to study religious education and develop character-building behaviour, as a reflection of someone who obediently follows religious teachings. The figure of a teacher in everyday school life can bring about a significant change in the thoughts and behaviour of students

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal: 1) Find out the fine motor skills of children in group B4 at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year. 2) Knowing the teacher's strategy for improving fine motor skills in group B4 children at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year. 3) Find out the teacher's evaluation in improving the fine motor skills of children in early childhood group B4 at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of this research show that: 1) Fine motor development in children at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year is developing according to expectations in accordance with standard indicators of children's development achievement levels, namely: drawing according to their ideas; imitate form; carry out exploration with various media and activities; use stationery and cutlery correctly; cut according to the pattern; paste the image precisely; and express yourself through detailed drawing movements. 2) Teacher strategies in developing fine motor skills in children at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year. In implementing learning, teachers use learning strategies in the form of; child-centered learning strategies; learning strategies through play; integrated learning strategies; problem-based learning strategies; and creativity-based learning. 3) Evaluation of teacher strategies in improving fine motor skills in early childhood group B at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 academic year using anecdotal notes and daily checklists which are carried out when the learning process is complete as a form of benchmark in seeing the level of fine motor development in children through teacher strategies in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principles of learning from the perspective of Islamic psychopedagogy and their implications for modern educational practice. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, examining classical Islamic literature and contemporary educational psychology theories. The results reveal that the learning principles in Islam such as readiness (al-isti‘dad), motivation (al-dafi‘), experience (al-tajribah), and repetition (al-tikrar) demonstrate substantial convergence with behaviorist, cognitive, and constructivist theories. Effective learning occurs when teachers nurture spiritual awareness, intrinsic motivation, and active learner participation. These principles highlight the integration of spiritual and rational dimensions within learning. Thus, Islamic psychopedagogy provides both normative and scientific foundations for developing holistic, character-based, and human-centered education.

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to the phenomenon of poor learning outcomes among children, which has prompted parents to seek ways to improve their children's academic performance. The objectives of this study were to describe the planning of parents' efforts to improve their children's achievements in Sekura Village, Kelumpang Hamlet, in 2019, and to describe the factors that supported and hindered parents' efforts to improve their children's achievements in Parit Raja Village, Sejangkung Subdistrict, during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The results of the study can be summarised as follows: 1) Parents' efforts to improve their children's academic performance in Parit Raja Village, Sejangkung District, in 2019 included various child-centred approaches, such as showing affection to their children and giving them rewards, which had a positive impact on the children and motivated them to study at home. Parents also collaborated with teachers to improve their children's learning and set a good example for their children. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in parents' efforts to improve their children's achievement in Parit Raja Village, Sejangkung District, during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020: Supporting factors include: appropriate use of technology, good social interactions in the community and a harmonious family, maintaining children's health and following health protocols, cooperation between teachers and parents to improve children's learning achievement, high interest and motivation to learn, a good family environment at home, and a good community environment. The inhibiting factors are: low parental educational background, lack of cooperation between parents and teachers in improving children's learning achievements, parents who do not pay attention to their children's education, including: being indifferent to their children's learning process, never paying attention to their children's interests and needs in learning, not managing their children's learning time, not providing or completing learning equipment, not wanting to know about their children's learning progress, and the difficulties faced by children in learning.

Abstract

This article discusses Integrative Epistemology: the synthesis of rationalism, empiricism, realism, and Sufism in constructing a modern scientific paradigm as an effort to build a holistic and transformative framework of knowledge amid the reductionist crisis of modern science. The main objective of this study is to formulate an integrative epistemological model that unites the strengths of rationality, empirical experience, objective reality, and spiritual consciousness into a coherent system of knowledge. This research employs a qualitative approach based on library research by examining relevant classical and contemporary literature in the fields of philosophy of science and Islamic thought. The results of the analysis indicate that rationalism provides a deductive-logical foundation for the structure of science, empiricism offers an objective verification mechanism through sensory experience, while realism maintains the relationship between knowledge and external reality. These three are perfected by the epistemology of Sufism, which places qalb (the heart) and ma‘rifah (intuitive knowledge) as the transcendental dimensions of knowledge. The integration of these four epistemological perspectives produces an integralistic scientific paradigm that not only explains phenomena rationally and empirically but also embeds ethical, spiritual, and ontological values. Thus, integrative epistemology serves as a conceptual alternative for the renewal of modern science so that knowledge is not only methodologically true but also theologically and existentially meaningful
