Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on the motivation of teacher work in the Private MA Nururrodhiyah Kota Jambi. This research is a quantitative study using correlational research design, while data analysis techniques use normality and product moment correlation tests. The results of this study found that the sample of principals in 20 teachers who were sampled obtained an average score of 70, a median of 72,625, a mode of 72 with a standard deviation of 13,265. While the results of teacher work motivation from the data obtained an average score of 77.8, median of 77.5, mode of 74.5, and standard deviation of 27.72. The product moment correlation test rxy = 0.976 is greater than rtabel so it is known that at the significance level of 5% = 0.444 and at the significance level of 1% = 0.561 then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of infrastructure management at PAUD Nurul Ihsan Tanjung Jabung Timur which includes the procurement, distribution, maintenance and inventory of infrastructure. One of the efforts in improving the quality of PAUD is to meet adequate, quality infrastructure, in accordance with early childhood development, and ready-to-use infrastructure. Therefore, to improve the quality of PAUD, a good management of infrastructure is needed. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the procurement of infrastructure was carried out from the disbursement of BOP (Educational Operational Assistance) funds, community contributions and parents of students. Maintenance is carried out by educators and education personnel. Inventory is carried out recording goods for each receipt of infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Zulhijjah Islamic Boarding School, Batang Hari Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative approaches and research methods. The setting of this study is the zulhijjah islamic boarding school and the subjects of this study are santri and ustad / ustazah. The methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity using data types and data sources. The results of this study show that the Zulhijjah Islamic Boarding School has carried out steps to manage facilities and infrastructure; 1) Zulhijjah Islamic Boarding School conducts planning by recording the needs and provision of funds, 2) procurement of infrastructure according to the needs of the Islamic boarding school, 3) inventory is a recording of existing facilities and infrastructure in the Pesantren with details of the number and condition of goods in the Zulhijjah Islamic Boarding School, 4) maintenance of infrastructure as a whole, 5) elimination of facilities and infrastructure for damaged goods, and it is not worth using again according to the procedure of mutual agreement first.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the activities of coaching students at MA Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul 'Ibad Batang Hari. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informant selection technique uses snowball sampling. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive model analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that student development is based on the potential and interests of students which are contained in the form of student targets (achievement plans). There are two main components that are prepared in the development of students, namely accompanying teachers who meet the requirements as teachers in madrasahs and supporting facilities provided by involving the entire madrasah environment. In providing various learning services, MA Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul 'Ibad Batang Hari positions itself as an open system, so that madrasahs always make contact with the community and the surrounding environment to get support both pre, during and after the implementation of educational programs. Coaching intracurricular activities emphasizes more on character building and instilling a maturing culture which is reflected in the lack of regulations for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Student Management Implementation During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Mts Nurul Iman Kenali Asam Atas Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods. By using data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study in terms of planning, organizing, and supervision have gone well, but in the aspect of implementing learning in students, especially in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, there are still many obstacles, namely not involving parents of students so that many students do not participate in these online learning activities because some of their parents do not have android cellphones and there are many obstacles also those who already have but do not have a learning quota.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of public relations at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi which focuses on planning, implementing and public relations obstacles at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study show that the planning carried out by SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi compiles a public relations program that will be implemented by involving all school parties. The implementation of public relations is carried out in accordance with the public relations program plan that has been prepared. The hindrance factor for the public relations of SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi is that there is no special field of public relations so that the duties and responsibilities are still managed by the principal and school administration.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and discuss the management in the recruitment and placement of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Jambi City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with observational research methods, interviews, and documentation. The source of the data was obtained from the Head of the Madrasah, a Teacher who has taught in a Madrasah, and a new Teacher in a Madrasah. The results showed that: 1) The process of implementing teacher recruitment and placement was carried out by the Head of Madrasah and Foundation; 2) Recruitment is carried out when the Madrasa needs a vacant position, and the dissemination of recruitment information in the can be orally; 3) The placement of teachers is carried out by the Head of the Madrasah taking into account the place of residence of the applicant; 4) The obstacle encountered in the recruitment and placement of teachers is that information is not widely spread.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of computer-based management information system management on productivity in Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ummul Masakin. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational research design, while the data analysis technique uses normality and product moment correlation tests. The results of this study found that in the 12 employees who were sampled there were results of product moment correlation testing, it was found that at the significance level of 5% = 0.576 and at the significance level of 1% = 0.708 it was rejected and accepted.

Abstract

This study discusses the Management of the Head of Administration of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City. The research approach that the authors use is descriptive qualitative, while data collection is carried out by Observation, Interview, Documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Head of Administration in (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, Supervising) can help the Administration in improving its performance. The subjects in this study were the Head of Administration and Administrative Staff of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City. The object of this study is the Management of the Head of Administration of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City on the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City Administration. The results of this study found that the role of the head of administration has a significant impact on achieving the implementation of education in a school / madrasah. Because the existence of the head of administration plays a very important role. Administrative services will not run effectively without the role of the head of administration as a leader. In the implementation of administrative services, the head of administration is assisted by educational personnel. The condition of the administration in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City has been well organized as evidenced by the existence of a structural administrative organizational chart and the distribution of tasks in accordance with the field of subtlety. Because the administrative services of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City have been well organized, the quality of education in the school has become better, it is proven that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City has received "A" accreditation.
