Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pemberdayaan Kelompok Kerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (KKG-MI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan latar belakang penelitian pada KKG MI Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancaran mendalam, dan kajian dokumen dalam pengumpulan data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis data mengalir, serta penerapan trianggulasi dalam pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan KKG-MI meliputi empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogis, keperibadian, sosial dan profesional. Kegiatan pemberdayaan kompetensi pedagogik ditemukan lebih optimal daripada kompetensi lainnya. Sementara pemberdayaan pada kompetensi lainnya belum menjadi prioritas. This study aims to describe the empowerment activities of the Islamic Primary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) Teacher Working Group (KKG-MI). This study is a descriptive qualitative research with a background of research on KKG MI Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This study employed observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document review in data collection and then analyzed by flow model analysis, as well as the application of triangulation in checking data validity. The results of the study found that the empowerment of the KKG-MI included four competencies namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competence. Empowerment of pedagogic competencies was found to be more optimal than other competencies. While empowering other competencies has not been a priority. Abstract

Sertifikasi pendidik merupakan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, atau dengan kata lain pemilikan sertifikat pendidik oleh guru merupakan representasi kualitas kinerja guru itu sendiri. Dengan adanya sertifikasi juga diharapkan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan utama diadakan program sertifikasi adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kinerja, kreatifitas, serta mampu menjalankan fungsi-fungsi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk mengungkapkan fenomena ini kedalam sebuah bentuk penelitian.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi yang telah didapatkan guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah. Sertifikasi merupakan sarana atau instrumen untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, bukan tujuan itu sendiri. Perlu ada kesadaran dan pemahaman dari semua pihak bahwa sertifikasi adalah sarana untuk menuju kualitas. Kesadaran dan pemahaman ini akan melahirkan aktivitas yang benar, bahwa apapun yang dilakukan adalah untuk mencapai kualitas. Kalau seorang guru kembali masuk kampus untuk meningkatkan kualifikasinya, maka belajar kembali ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga mendapatkan ijazah sarjana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of human resource management in improving the quality of Muaro Jambi Extraordinary School. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that SLB Muaro Jambi applies two management functions in managing its SDM, namely the planning and implementation functions. Human Resource Management consists of planning the needs and development of educators and education personnel; procurement of capacity building training for teachers and staff/employees. The implementation of human resources involves committees, teachers, and staff/ employees to realize the activities that have been planned. Human Resources Management can effectively improve the quality of education in SLB.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications of applying quality culture in SMA Islam Al-Falah Jambi. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed the application of quality culture has implications for students. Quality culture is applied through activities: 1) reading the Quran in class; 2) pray dhuha; 3) prayer dzuhur and asr congregation; 4) tadarus / reciting the Qur'an after dzuhur prayer; 5) memorize the surahs in the Qur'an; 6) mentoring; and 7) the night of the building of faith and taqwa (Mabit). This habituation helps students understand religious knowledge and be able to apply it well in their daily lives. Quality culture is also a characteristic for schools and becomes a system that forms learners into intelligent and skilled individuals in academic and non-academic activities while remaining faithful and godly to Allah Almighty.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of recruitment of educators in MTs Darussalam Muara Tembesi. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the procurement of well-managed education personnel includes several activities, first, establishing the number of teachers needed. Second, the determination of quality and placement of teachers according to the needs based on job description and job specification. Third, determine the number of teachers received according to the needs of madrasah based on the right man in the right place and the right man in the right job. Fourth, establish teacher welfare and career development so that teachers are always motivated to improve their skills in academic and non-academic fields. A well-managed recruitment process can produce qualified human resources in MTs Darussalam Muara Tembesi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement of the professionalism of education personnel in MTs Pondok Karya Pembangunan (PKP) Al-Hidayah Jambi City. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed the improvement of the professionalism of education personnel in MTs PKP Al-Hidayah implemented through training programs for staff / employees in training, providing course facilities for staff / employees to improve performance in the field of administration. The activity is an effort to develop, brief knowledge, and skills of attitudes and behaviors of staff / employees to be able to meet the needs both now and in the future.

Abstract

This thesis discusses Management Information Systems in the Public Relations and Information Sub Division of the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. This research is a qualitative study, while data collection is done by interviewing, documenting, and observing, analyzing through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University with the subject of the research being the Head of Sub Division of Public Relations and Information, while additional information was determined by the Staff of Public Relations and Information. The study found a Management Information System in the Public Relations and Information Sub Division of the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, namely the application of a management information system in the public relations and information sub-section, which was carried out by means of an offline system and the second via online. Supporting factors for the implementation of management information systems in the public relations and information sub-sections namely having their own website and the inhibiting factors that occur when inputting news are network dependency, other obstacles such as in the individual staff section because each staff has different majors backgrounds, lack of coordination between organizers and public relations and lack of cameras to cover events. Efforts are made to provide 1 camera for 1 staff so that when there are activities staff have their own cameras, attempt to add public relations staff, then public relations establish communication links between public relations with the faculty and the University through a letter that is making a letter to the faculty and university.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of the principal in fostering the professionalism of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Fathul Ulum Tebing Tinggi. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the coaching of teacher professionalism in Madrasah Aliyah Fathul Ulum was carried out through several activities, namely holding teacher coaching once a week; include teachers in workshops and seminars; hold apples every morning for all teachers; and coaching through supervision. The head of madrasah always tries to provide motivation and reward to teachers to continuously improve their skills and become professional teachers in work, especially in providing knowledge to students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of MPI students to the academic services of FTK UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Research using quantitative approach method with non experiment type survey method. Variables used include independent variables, namely student satisfaction levels, and dependent variables that are academic services. Data is collected through observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study found the results of calculations with product moment correlation techniques obtained rhitung 0.673 greater when compared to apostates at a significant level of 5% = 0.138 and a significant level of 1% = 0.181. So the Zero Hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is student satisfaction with academic services. While the alternative hypothesis is accepted, there is no student satisfaction with the academic services of the faculty of tarbiyah and teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the leadership of madrasah heads in empowering teachers in MTs Nurul Iman Ulu Gedong Jambi City. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found there are three forms of empowerment of teachers in MTs Nurul Iman Ulu Gedong Jambi City conducted by the principal, first, forming a teacher learning group so that each teacher can exchange experience, knowledge and information about learning. Second, include teachers in workshops, workshops, seminars, conferences, and trainings related to teaching methods/methods, making RPP, Syllabus, and implementing learning strategies. Third, conduct motivational training for teachers to always improve their learning and teaching skills.
