Abstract

This paper aims to find out what innovations exist in the management of public relations in schools and madrasas. This paper uses the library research method by critically and in-depth examining library materials that are relevant to paper material such as books and journals that are worthy of being used as references. From the results of the research it is known that the innovations being carried out by Public Relations at this time include using various information technology facilities, such as creating websites, creating several social media accounts, such as YouTube or Instagram. With these various tools, it is easy for public relations to socialize and introduce various programs and activities in educational institutions. Abstract

Along with the times, many students, especially in tertiary institutions, no longer display character as students. Politeness, manners, and morals have begun to be underestimated. So, it is important to implement multicultural education in tertiary institutions as an alternative and solution to make students with character through multicultural values. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting various data and sources, then analyzing and systematically explaining the urgency of multicultural education in character development in the era of society 5.0 in tertiary institutions. The results of the study found that the character of students in tertiary institutions began to decline. Multicultural cultural values have been abandoned. Many students have neglected manners, manners and manners and behavior, especially towards lecturers as teachers or educators. So, through multicultural education it is expected to be able to contribute in terms of forming character which is implemented by providing good examples such as the habit of respecting others, mutual respect and giving advice if there is bad behavior

Abstract

The principle view that is often adhered to by constructivism, students actively build knowledge, the pressure in the learning procedure is on students, teaching is supporting students, the learning procedure is more concerned with procedures than the final result. The curriculum emphasizes the involvement of students and educators as mentors. So it's not other people's experiences that are abstracted and compiled in the form of textbooks, but direct experience from oneself. Based on the description above, to develop learning achievement and active learning, the usual learning method used is the constructivist learning cycle method. This type of research is library research. The results of this study are that students must build this knowledge and give meaning through real experiences. The purpose of this learning cycle learning method is to give freedom to students to think critically and scientifically and to test the truth of various hypotheses by gathering information from test scores. Then students interpret, analyze, and finally draw conclusions that are expected to develop student performance. In addition, in the learning cycle, students actively interact with ideas and peers during the research phase. As a result of this hands-on learning, students can better understand the design and develop student learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of social cognitive and behavioral approaches on emotion regulation and emotional intelligence. The behavioral approach focuses on positive reinforcement and punishment techniques that help individuals control emotions and improve social skills. Meanwhile, the social cognitive approach involves understanding and changing mindsets that influence individual emotional responses. This research method uses the literature study method by collecting and analyzing relevant scientific literature. The research findings show that these two approaches have a significant positive impact on improving emotional regulation and individual emotional intelligence. The behavioral approach helps individuals recognize and regulate emotions in challenging situations and improve social skills. The social cognitive approach assists individuals in understanding and evaluating their own emotional responses as well as those of others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a deep Jigsaw learning model product in order to develop students' creative thinking skills in science learning Social in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research was conducted using a research and development approach. A validation test was performed on five madrasas with qualifications that are considered good, medium, and poor. This research was developed by way of experimentation and comparing models of jigsaw learning (KE) with conventional learning (KK). Test results validation showed that students' ability to think creatively turned out different between the test results of the experimental group (α ≤ .0001) and the group control (α≤ .0001). The results of this study concluded that: Jigsaw is a multifunctional structure of collaborative learning structures. Jigsaw can be used in several ways to achieve various goals but is mainly used for presentations and getting new material, this structure creates interdependence. Jigsaw-type cooperative learning is a learning method based on the multifunctional structure of study groups that can be used on all subjects and all levels to develop the expertise and skills of each group that they have previously learned at expert team meetings. In the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, there are home groups and expert groups. Home group, namely the parent group of students consisting of students with diverse abilities, gender, and family backgrounds. Expert groups, namely groups of students consisting of members of different home groups are assigned to study the topic and then explain it to members of the home group. The expert group is a combination of several experts from the original group.

Abstract

The ability to read the Koran is a basic skill that must be possessed by every Muslim. Remembering the Koran as the holy book of Muslims as well as a life guide towards the path of truth. This ability includes accuracy in reciting al- Qur'an readings according to the correct tajwid and makhraj. In learning the Qur'an using: (1) The Al-Qur'an learning method used is the Dirosa method. The Dirosa method is a pattern of fostering the Qur'an and Islamic foundations which is managed in a systematic, tiered and continuous manner, (2) The implementation of learning the Qur'an starts with the teacher carrying out the learning process using the classical and drill system. The dirosa learning program consists of; (a) classical program for beginners. This program is intended for participants who cannot read the Koran (from scratch), or who are still stuttering, not correctly pronouncing the letters (makhroj) and in short lengths and not yet tartil the Koran. (b) advanced program. This program is intended for participants who are fluent in reading the Qur'an but there are still reading errors (not yet perfect according to the rules of tajwid science). Dirosa's learning steps are: technique 1 (T1) the teacher reads the material, participants point to writing, technique 2 (T2) guides. The teacher reads the material then the participants imitate it, technique 3 (T3) read together, technique 4 (T4) imitate. Participants read one by one and imitated other participants, technique 5 (T5) reading in pairs, and reading independently.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the importance of developing religious and moral values from an early age in shaping good behavior and in accordance with prevailing values. Based on Piaget's theory, children's moral judgment and religious beliefs can be formed through two different processes, which depend on each individual's moral development. The research was conducted at TK Pembina 1 Medan on May 4, 2023 with 11 children in class B as research subjects, including Adypa, Alesha, Al-Ghazali, Azka Zein, Embun Hinata, Fathan, Jihan, Zevano, Raissa, and Valisa. There were 10 indicators of achievement identified, namely knowledge of the religion, modesty and politeness, honest behavior, wearing neat clothes, consumption of nutritious food, proper waste disposal, involvement in daily worship activities, diligence in listening to the teacher's explanation, saying greetings at the right time, saying thank you, asking permission when leaving the classroom, and apologizing when making mistakes. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the development of religious and moral values in early childhood and provide a foundation for the development of appropriate approaches and strategies in shaping positive behaviors in young children

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that influence language development in early childhood. This study uses the literature review method to find out what are the factors that influence language development in early childhood. The results showed that genetic factors play a role in the speed and ability of children's language development. A social environment that is rich in language interaction and stimulation has positive impacts, including the quality of conversation, exposure to vocabulary, and opportunities for role playing. Parental education also plays an important role in providing appropriate language stimulation. On the other hand, limited language stimulation and lack of parental support can hinder children's language development. This research highlights the importance of creating an environment that provides adequate language stimulation and involves the active support of parents to support early childhood language development.

Abstract

This study aims to understand some of the needs for Guidance and Counseling Management, especially in the field of learning (Academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas. This observation uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis of this study show that the need for guidance and counseling management in the field of learning for students at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas is adjusted to the regulation of the Minister of Education Number 111 of 2014 concerning guidance and counseling which includes basic services, responsive services, specialization services and individual participant planning education and system support. In the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, the methods carried out are according to previously formulated activity programs such as classical guidance, group counseling, individual counseling or group counseling as well as other methods that support BK activities such as case conferences, home visits, advocacy, consultations and case transfers (referrals). As for the management of Guidance and Counseling in the field of learning (academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas it is more focused on the Individual Consultation and Counseling method. Factors supporting the management of guidance and counseling in the field of learning (academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas in essence really need a good understanding of the entire academic community, both from the principal and teachers so that the implementation of guidance and counseling can run effectively and efficiently. In addition, the participation of students in working with guidance and counseling teachers makes the implementation more effective. In addition, the availability of facilities that are quite complete both in terms of guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure is also a supporting factor in Counseling Guidance services, especially in the field of learning (academic). The inhibiting factor in Counseling Guidance services in the field of learning is the lack of openness of some students about the problems they are facing. In addition, the very limited time allocation for the inclusion of BK Subjects in the class schedule is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of guidance and counseling, so that during the implementation of guidance and counseling, only use the sidelines of free time such as recess.
