Abstract

This research is a library research, there are two sources of data that will be used in this study. First, primary data sources, namely reference books which are the main source of research. Second, secondary data sources are supporting reference sources in this study. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique which is translated into content analysis or content study. The results of the research are that supervision carried out by school principals is useful for improving the quality of the educational institution itself and supervision of supervisors as an effort to improve the quality of processes and learning outcomes by increasing the competence and skills of teachers through the professional guidance of school supervisors

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (PTK) class X Beauty W1 at SMK N 3 Denpasar aims to improve the learning outcomes of creating simple dance movements with the application of the peer tutor method. The data collection techniques used are observation of the implementation of the action and the results achieved, and the action test of creating simple dance movements. While the data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis of the entire process of implementing dance learning in class X Beauty W1 SMK N 3 Denpasar using the peer tutor method and quantitative to test the results of students' action tests by comparing the average value of the completeness of learning outcomes. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of creating simple dance movements in class X Beauty W1 increased from cycle I to cycle II, which can be seen from the increase in the average obtained from the action test results. The average class score in cycle I was 79.64, the highest score was 86 and the lowest score was 68. The number of students who did not complete was 2 people (5.12%) while those who scored only at the KKM limit were 8 students (20.51%) and those who scored above KKM were 29 children (74.32%), while in cycle II the average class score was 82.53, the highest score was 87 and the lowest score was 78 and the number of students who scored above KKM was 39 children (100%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how librarians are prepared to face a fire disaster (Disaster Planning) at the Bung Hatta University Library. Various things can be a threat to collections or assets in the library both from damage such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, fires and others. Other threats can be caused by biological and chemical factors as well as humans, such as theft, vandalism or the like. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely research that describes phenomena, interviews, observations and documentation. The problems that exist in qualitative research are still temporary, and will develop or after researchers go into the field. This qualitative research requires data sources from informants. The use of the triangulation technique was carried out to test the credibility of the data by checking the data to the same source using different techniques. Such as data obtained from interviews, then checked by observation, and finally documentation. Careful planning of librarians in dealing with disasters will reduce the impact that occurs, including preparedness and actions for long-term risk reduction. The results of this research can theoretically contribute to the body of knowledge for the librarians of Bung Hatta University in dealing with disasters (disaster planning) in the library. Apart from that, it becomes input or recommendation and thoughts for the Bung Hatta University Library

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is structured as a complement to the previous curriculum with a more active and flexible learning approach and frees teachers and students to carry out the learning process based on religious values, Pancasila and the nation's culture. In this regard, the Central Government has given authority to each Central Vocational School of Excellence to develop and implement a learner-centered independent learning curriculum. The focus of this research is (1) How is the planning of learning Islamic religious education in the Independent Learning Curriculum at the SMK Muhammadiyah Sintang Excellence Center? (2) How is the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in the Independent Learning Curriculum at the Central Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah Sintang Vocational School? and (3) How is the evaluation of Islamic religious education learning in the Independent Learning Curriculum at the Central Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah Sintang Vocational School?. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques in data collection are multiple sources of evidence (data triangulation), data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Research findings (1) PAI teacher learning planning in the Independent Learning Curriculum; attending training, compiling teaching tools, making teaching materials in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile, adjusting learning methods and strategies and preparing media, tools and learning resources (2) Implementation of PAI teacher learning in the Merdeka Learning Curriculum is to use the MERRDEKA flow approach which is applied in initial activities, core activities and final or closing activities (3) Evaluation of PAI teacher learning in the Independent Learning Curriculum is to use a summative and formative evaluation model in the form of oral tests, products and projects

Abstract

Kindergarten which is a level of education prior to basic education must formulate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and have a SWOT strategy in order to compete with other schools in a healthy manner. This type of research is classified as qualitative and quantitative research. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The method of data analysis is the analysis of internal and external factors, IFAS, EFAS and SWOT matrices. In conclusion, based on the SWOT analysis, according to the Cartesian diagram, Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten is located in Quadrant I, namely internal factors with a score of (1.95) and external factors with a score of (1.37). Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten's SO strategy includes continuing to motivate and explore to add quality learning in order to maintain the school's A accreditation, more intensive promotions to stakeholders so that they want to become regular donors and have more trust in stakeholders so that they want to become regular donors and have more trust in this school , Make the funds provided by sponsors as support to increase development in schools such as mosques and libraries. Locations that are far from cities should make teachers more solid with good communication, Maintain good relations with other schools and accept suggestions and criticism if there are deficiencies. Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten's WO strategy includes adding new tahfidz teachers, reviving committee funds to fill the school's unique vacancies, implementing outdoor learning so that learning is varied and opening children's insights about nature, holding training, training and teacher work groups to improve quality and teacher performance as educators. Use BOP funds to buy, equip and fund schools to add school equipment and games. ST TK Yaa Bunayya's strategy includes improving communication with stakeholders, submitting a funding proposal to the regent to repair roads, improving services with stakeholders, changing the tahfidz schedule which previously could be 3x a week and adjusting the schedule to the condition of the teacher, providing evidence and attachments to financial documents that relevant for submitting funds to foundations. Yaa Bunayya's WT TK strategy includes increasing promotion and outreach to the community around the kindergarten, increasing government relations to make it easier to apply for funds to local governments, increasing stakeholders and promotions can be carried out outside the school district, holding scholarships for undergraduate education schools, applying for funds to foundations done remotely. Far in advance so that the proposed financing is not too late.

Abstract

This research departs from what researchers see in the field, especially from student learning outcomes which have decreased every year. From this, the question arises why this can happen, there are indeed many factors that influence student achievement outcomes, one of which is external factors, namely from teacher performance because as teachers we it is impossible to blame the students for that. The formulation of this problem is 1). Is there a significant influence between the principal's supervision on teacher performance at Sambas 1 Public Middle School? 2). Is there a significant influence between teacher performance on student learning outcomes at Sambas 1 Public Middle School? 3). Is there a significant influence between the principal's supervision on teacher performance and what impact does it have on student learning outcomes at Sambas 1 Public Middle School?. The results of this study can be concluded: 1) There is no significant effect of the supervision carried out by the principal on teachers in terms of advancing teacher performance in learning as evidenced by the sig value: 0.367 > 0.0r so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Ho: There is no significant influence from the supervision carried out by the principal on teachers in terms of advancing teacher performance. The results obtained in the data analysis obtained that only 2.9% had the effect of supervision on teacher performance and the remaining 97.1% was influenced by other variables. 2). There is no significant effect of teacher performance on student learning achievement, as evidenced by the sig value: 0.248 > 0.05; means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Ho: There is no significant effect of teacher performance on student achievement. As for the data analysis, it was found that only 2.9% had the effect of supervision on teacher performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. 3). There is no significant effect of the supervision carried out by the principal on teacher performance and has no impact on student achievement. This is evidenced by the results obtained in the path data analysis in the summary of the correlation coefficient, both the direct effect of  supervision on learning achievement and the  effect of  supervision simultaneously with teacher performance on learning achievement, there is no probability value smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

As a agent of change, an Islamic education is required to play a role in a dynamic and proactive. Among the major issues entanglement, he also confronted the challenges and prospects for the future. The development of intellectual creative insight and dynamic in various fields in the broadcast and integrated with Islam, is a major aspect that should be implemented, both in the realm of theory and praxis. In this discussion, we discuss some issues related to Islamic education contemporer in the globalization era that aims to find out more about the problem of Islamic education, discusses the challenges of Islamic education in the globalization era, and to know how big the role of Islamic education in the era of globalization. So in essence there are several solutions for the advancement of education in the contemporary Islamic include: immediately realized the community / communities Islamic education of professionals, both theoretically and practitioners of Islamic education, creating a condusif culture to be able to give birth again Muslim intellectuals that are reliable, conducting intensive dialogue, develop study models of education that is able to open dialogue with outside elements, and able to integrate Islamic values into the education system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the human concept according to Psychoanalytic Theory and Behaviorism.This study aims to determine the meaning of Psychoanalysis and the notion of Behaviorism. This research is a library research (library research). The results showed that: Psychoanalytic theory has several main concepts that are unique and different from other personality theories. According to Freud, these concepts are divided into 3 levels; First, awareness (conscious), which is everything that is realized related to meaning in everyday life; Second, namely Pre-conscious which is a layer of the soul below consciousness, and is in the middle between conscious and unconscious; and third, namely the unconscious which is the largest layer of mental life and is below the surface of the water. In addition, the unconscious is also a major part of psychoanalytic theory, which contains instincts or experiences. With words, memories are very difficult to appear in consciousness.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is the encouragement of students to achieve learning goals, for example understanding material or developing learning. So that to achieve student learning goals in the PAI subject at SD Negeri 3 Lampu, a cartoon film of Syamil and Dodo is needed which can foster understanding of the material for students. As in the material, let's carry out prayers, a cartoon film of Syamil and Dodo is needed, because in this material an explanation is needed that directly uses movement so that students are very easy to understand the material that has been conveyed. This study aims to describe student learning motivation after using the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo on the PAI subject at SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang, describe student responses to the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo, and describe the barriers for students and teachers to understand the messages in the Syamil cartoon film. and Dodo. As for the subjects in this study were PAI subject teachers and 15 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was done by using triangulation techniques and triangulation of sources. Therefore, the results show that (1) After watching the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo, students are motivated to learn the material, let's pray, among them the students look very enthusiastic about learning, are curious about what the teacher will teach, pay attention to what displayed by the teacher, and students look enthusiastic about doing the assignments given by the teacher.(2) The students' response to the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo was very good, because it made it easier for them to understand the lesson. During the lesson the students listened carefully to the cartoon film Shamil and Dodo. The material let's pray. (3) There are almost no barriers between students and teachers in understanding the messages in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo, because the messages conveyed are very clear and easily understood by both teachers and students. The only obstacle was felt by the teacher when broadcasting, sometimes the electricity went out, so that the showing of the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo was delayed.
