Abstract

Inclusive education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) seeks to ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students, including those with special educational needs. This paper explores how the implementation of various learning theories functions within inclusive education settings in madrasahs. Based on a review of existing literature and secondary data analysis, it is evident that employing theories such as behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism can enhance both the engagement and academic performance of students with disabilities. Nonetheless, the effectiveness of these approaches is closely tied to several factors, including teacher qualifications, the availability of supportive infrastructure, and the involvement of parents. To fully realize the goals of inclusive education in MI, learning strategies must be both adaptable and collaborative in nature.

Abstract

The background of this study is to determine the method of learning nahwu science because nahwu science is a very important science for understanding Arabic, the Qur'an, the Hadith of the Prophet SAW and classical books written by previous scholars, and the reason the researcher chose the Daar Al-Ikhlash Islamic boarding school as a place of research because its students have achievements in the field of qiroat al-kutub. This study aims to analyze the methods used in learning nahwu science, implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of learning nahwu science at MTs Daar Al-Ikhlash Mandailing Natal. And the type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. And the method of data collection in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and students. The results of the research conducted by the researcher: 1) the methods used by teachers in learning nahwu science are various methods, namely: qiyasiyah method, memorization method, muzakarah method, istiqroiyah method, and tathbiqi method. 2) the implementation of the nahwu science learning process at MTs Daar Al-Ikhlash Mandailing Natal through three steps, namely: preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. 3) supporting factors in the nahwu science learning process at this school are: additional study time, competitions at the end of the semester, tabliq activities, professional teachers, and the environment. While the inhibiting factors are: the students' previous educational background, and students' interest in learning. And the efforts made by teachers to overcome obstacles in the learning process and the application of nahwu science learning methods at MTs Daar Al-Ikhlash Mandailing Natal are: providing motivation to students, and emphasizing discipline.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly driven the widespread use of social media, including among children. However, the ease of access to information also increases the risk of exposure to pornographic content, contributing to the rise in early-age sexual violence cases. Early childhood sexual education should serve as a preventive solution, yet it remains a taboo subject for many parents and educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital pornography exposure on Generation Alpha children and formulate educational strategies based on technology and pedagogy. The method used in this study is a literature review of national and international scientific sources from 2020 to 2024, using a thematic analysis approach. The findings indicate that digital sexual literacy can serve as an effective educational bridge when integrated with social media and interactive learning tools, such as educational animations. The proposed "Sexual Education Animation" program involves schools, teachers, parents, and policymakers through a collaborative approach. Regular animation screenings, classroom discussions, and supplementary materials for parents constitute the core implementation strategy. These findings suggest that the synergy between technology and pedagogy can be the key to transforming sexual education into a safe, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning experience.

Abstract

The implementation of Civic Education (PKn) learning which is carried out from elementary school to higher education still requires improvement efforts until now, because the character problems of the younger generation are getting more complex, input from the results of the analysis is needed to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the dynamics of the implementation of PKn learning at the age of our beloved country which is 75 years old. The method used in this article is a literature study, by analyzing studies on civic education and then drawing conclusions. The results of this article are that efforts to improve the quality of PKn learning still need to be studied. One of the recommendations for improvement is first, to provide role models for students, both role models at school by teachers and role models by parents in the family environment. Second, increase teacher creativity in learning starting from learning innovation by implementing various learning models, methods and media. Third, improve institutions, both teacher organizations such as the Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) and associations from universities.

Abstract

This article explores the collaboration between KIP PAI scholarship students and lecturers at STAIN Mandailing Natal in improving study program accreditation and quality. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study highlights various forms of collaboration such as involvement in research, community service, and academic publishing. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed by data reduction, classification, and verification. The findings show that structured collaboration contributes significantly to institutional performance indicators and academic competencies. Barriers include lack of communication space and time constraints. The study concludes that student-lecturer collaboration is a strategic asset for academic development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth and detail about three main focuses, namely: (1) the implementation of the singing method by PAUD teachers in daily learning activities, including how teachers design, implement, and evaluate singing activities integrated with learning themes; (2) supporting and inhibiting factors that arise during the process of implementing the singing method, such as the availability of facilities, teacher skills, children's interests, and parental involvement in supporting children's communication processes; and (3) the impact on children's verbal and nonverbal communication skills aged 4-6 years, both in the context of vocabulary use, sentence structure, speaking courage, and expression through movements and mimics. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that allows researchers to explore phenomena in a naturalistic and in-depth manner. The research was conducted at PAUD [Place Name], with the research subjects consisting of PAUD teachers and early childhood children in group A aged between 4 to 6 years old. The research data were collected through direct observation of singing activities, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of related learning activities. All data were analysed systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, by applying triangulation of sources and techniques to increase the validity of the research findings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to students' understanding of mental health at the junior high school (SMP) level. The background of this research is based on the growing awareness of the importance of mental health among adolescents, as well as the strategic role of PAI in shaping character and spiritual values that can support mental well-being. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at one selected junior high school. The results of the study show that PAI learning provides a positive contribution to students' understanding of mental health, particularly through moral education materials, the exemplary behavior of teachers, and religious discussions that encourage students to better understand themselves, manage their emotions, and build healthy social relationships. Thus, PAI learning can serve as a preventive approach in supporting students' mental health from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role Islamic religious education in shaping students’ character at the junior high school level. Islamic education focuses not only on cognitive aspects but also on developing students’ attitudes and behaviors in accordance with Islamic moral values. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method at a public junior high school. Data were collected through observation, interviews with Islamic education teachers, and documentation of religious activities at the school. The findings indicate that Islamic education plays a significate role in character development, particularly in promoting discipline, honesty, responsibility, and tolerance. Activities such as congregational prayers, greeting habits, and classroom moral instruction have proven effective in instilling character values. Therefore, Islamic religious education contributes meaningfully to the holistic character formation of students within the school environment.

Abstract

This article discusses strategies for developing language skills in early childhood through enjoyable writing activities that are appropriate for their developmental stages. The main aim of this research is to determine how activities such as writing in sand, recognizing letters, and forming simple words and syllables can effectively enhance children's fine motor skills and language literacy. By involving active participation from parents and educators, as well as employing a holistic and sustainable approach, it is expected that children will develop their communication, social, and cognitive abilities optimally. The study's results indicate that early verbal stimulation and writing activities are crucial in supporting language growth and preparing children for subsequent educational levels, thereby strengthening their literacy foundation and overall social-emotional development.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how routine Friday religious studies as an extracuruculer activity can build understanding of Islamic teachings among junior high school students. This study uses a qualitative method with interviw, observation, and document analysis techniques. The results of this study show that routine Friday religious studies can improve understanding of islamic teachings among junior high school students by shaping good character, increasing spritual awareness, and forming behavior that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. The implementation of routine Friday religious studies in junior high school can be an effective method in building understanding of Islamic teachings among students.This study contributes to the develoment of religius education in junior high school and increases awareness of the importance of routine recitation in building understanding of Islmic teachings. Thus, Friday routine recitation can be one of the effective religious extracurricular activities in building understanding of Islamic teachings among junior high school students.
