Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived enjoyment on trust in online mutual fund investors through customer satisfaction with the Bibit mutual fund application. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to users of the Bibit Mutual Fund application. The research population consisted of all Bibit application users in the area of Malang City, East Java – Indonesia, and a sample of 120 users was selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument employed a questionnaire with 24 statements. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal a significant influence of perceived enjoyment on customer trust mediated by customer satisfaction with the Bibit mutual fund application. In conclusion, customer satisfaction serves as a mediating variable between perceived enjoyment and user trust in the Bibit Mutual Fund application. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of user experience and satisfaction in the context of online investment platforms, emphasizing the pivotal role of satisfaction in fostering customer trust.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, competence and work ability on employee performance at the Surabaya City Government Administration Bureau. With a quantitative and explanatory approach, data was collected through observations, questionnaires and documentation from 57 employees. Although the number collected was slightly reduced to 50 responses which could be analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and increased employee performance. However, although competency and work ability have an impact on performance, the relationship is not significant. The implications of this research underline the importance of organizational commitment in improving employee performance in the government sector. By understanding that organizational commitment has a strong impact, management can focus more on strategies to strengthen employee commitment to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the Surabaya City Government Administration Bureau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on PLN customer satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Cimahi Kota. This research method uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The population in this study is the average monthly PLN customer at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Cimahi City, namely 652 customers. Questionnaires using a Likert scale were distributed to a sample of 87 customers determined by the Slovin formula (error rate of 10%). As for statistical data analysis using simple linear regression analysis by testing the t test. The results of the study concluded that Service Quality affects PLN Customer Satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Cimahi Kota. The magnitude of the contribution of service quality to PLN customer satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Cimahi Kota amounted to 61.6% while the remaining 38.4% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study highlights the crucial role of service quality in customer satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Cimahi Kota, underscoring the need for focused improvements in this area to significantly enhance overall customer experience.

Abstract

The urgency of the research is that there is new research on the factors influencing tax avoidance. Based on the literature or journal reference collection, this research has novelty compared to previous research, namely adding independent variables, changing the company object, and updating the research year. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in the study were all manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Data collection is a step-by-step process for compiling data according to the character and needs of the research. The data collection technique in this research is the documentation method. Documentation is done by reading and taking notes from books, research journals and internet downloads. This research will test the moderating effect of audit quality on the relationship between corporate social responsibility, profitability and tax avoidance variables. This method is completed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This research shows that the first regression model shows no significant influence between corporate social responsibility and partial tax avoidance. The first regression model shows a significant negative influence between profitability and partial tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial networks, entrepreneur leadership, on innovation capabilities and MSME performance. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, obtaining a total of 247 samples of MSME owners in the culinary sector in Bojonegoro City. Research data was analyzed using SEM techniques with AMOS software. The research results show that entrepreneurial networking has a positive effect on the innovation ability and performance of MSMEs. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial leadership has no effect on the innovation ability of MSMEs, but has a positive influence on MSME performance. The implications of this research are that the development of entrepreneurial networks can be a crucial factor in enhancing innovation capabilities and performance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owners in the culinary sector in Bojonegoro City. Additionally, entrepreneurial leadership also plays a significant role in improving the performance of MSMEs, even though it does not have a direct influence on innovation capability. Therefore, in the effort to enhance the performance of MSMEs in the culinary sector, MSME owners should consider expanding their entrepreneurial networks and strengthening entrepreneurial leadership.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between self-efficacy, role conflict, job participation, and job satisfaction in the context of tourism village development volunteers. It also investigates the moderating role of Job Participation on the relationship between self-efficacy, role conflict and ambiguity, and job satisfaction. Data was collected from 225 volunteers and tourism village development managers in Bojonegoro Regency. The findings show that self-efficacy is positively related to job participation, while role conflict has no effect on job participation. Self-efficacy and role conflict also have a positive effect on job satisfaction. With regard to the moderating role of job participation, the findings show that there is an indirect relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction that is stronger with job participation. Additionally, the results of this study suggest that self-efficacy plays a crucial role in motivating tourism village development volunteers to actively participate in their roles, contributing to their overall job satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings highlight the importance of addressing and managing role conflicts to ensure a positive impact on job satisfaction among volunteers and tourism village development managers in Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

Evaluation of sustainable development that has been carried out becomes the main discourse in this study, as a basis for further development planning and creating regional economic sustainability. This issue will be analyzed using the Regional Sustaibility Account (RSA) method to quantify the primary sector sustainability situation in Gerbangkertosusila which significantly affects the capacity to create sustainable development pathways and industrial policies that are more reflective in understanding the implications of sustainable development cycles. The limitation of this method is that the values and data presented come from partial sources per Regency/City. Thus, the results presented are in the form of partial economic sustainability status as well. The results of the analysis found that regencies/cities in the national strategic area of Gerbangkertosusia with a large industrial support base experienced disruptions to the continuity of the primary supply base which in turn could lead to unsustainability. In general, the results obtained are Gresik and Bangkalan districts with Chronic unsustainable criteria. Mojokerto and Sidoarjo Regencies on the Almost unsustainable criteria. Surabaya City on Sustainable criteria and Lamongan Regency on Good sustainable criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of information technology quality and top management support on the performance of the city of Semarang. This research contributes to providing feedback for SME managers or owners in making decisions regarding the importance of digitizing accounting, in this case, the accounting information system. This quantitative research uses an explanatory research approach guided by a questionnaire that tests the relationship and influence between research variables. Data analysis was obtained using the SEM approach by analyzing 132 respondents who had used the accounting information system application for at least one year. The research results show that the quality of information technology use and top management support significantly affect SME performance. The implication of this research underscores the importance of investing in improving the quality of information technology and top management support for the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Semarang City. It indicates that the utilization of effective accounting information systems and active support from top management can enhance the competitiveness and operational efficiency of SMEs. Therefore, SME managers or owners need to consider adopting and optimizing accounting information systems in their strategic decision-making processes to enhance business performance and growth.

Abstract

This research analyzes entrepreneurial leadership and orientation's influence on business performance with competence as a mediating variable in Bakery SMEs in Surakarta City. The design of this research is explanatory causality research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples is determined using Slovin and simple random sampling of 189 respondents. The analytical tool used was SPSS description analysis. The study results showed entrepreneurial orientation, leadership, competence, and business performance perceptions. Entrepreneurial orientation in SMEs in Surakarta is empirically reflected by the courage to take risks, innovativeness, economy, and reactivity. The indicator of daring to take risks has the highest contribution value, especially regarding the courageous attitude of business actors to accept risks from the business they are running. Entrepreneurial Leadership in SMEs in Surakarta is empirically reflected by being brave enough to act, sociable, broad-minded, big-hearted, and self-confident. The self-confidence indicator has the highest contribution value, especially regarding the ability of bread SMEs in Surakarta to run a business that never gives up from the various obstacles they face. Knowledge, skills, self-concept, character, and motives empirically reflect competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of Pusdik Hanudnas Surabaya members. The study was carried out at the Surabaya Hanudnas Education Center, with a total of 70 respondents comprising non-commissioned officers and officers. This is census research. The analytical method uses several linear regression analysis techniques to determine the impact of the dependent variable (X) on the independent variable (Y). The study shows that motivation, work discipline, and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees at Surabaya Hanudnas Education Center. Motivation, work discipline, and a responsive work environment positively affect member performance by ensuring timely completion of tasks, with the work environment being the most significant factor and having the most impact on member performance. Quality, quantity, motivation, discipline, and the work environment all significantly influence the success of Pusdik Hanudnas Surabaya members. The research aims to provide valuable insights for practitioners and the Surabaya Hanudnas Education Center regarding how members' attitudes towards motivation variables, work discipline, and work environment impact performance. It can also serve as a reference for implementing strategic measures to enhance the performance of Hanudnas Pusdik members in Surabaya.
