Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara motivasi guru dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di MI Fathul Ulum Slumbung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket skala Likert sebanyak 20 butir pernyataan untuk mengukur motivasi guru sebagai variabel X, serta dokumentasi nilai asesmen sumatif siswa sebagai indikator hasil belajar sebagai variabel Y. Sampel berjumlah 16 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil uji normalitas dan linearitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan linear, sehingga uji korelasi Pearson digunakan karena sesuai untuk menganalisis hubungan dua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai r sebesar 0,602 dengan signifikansi 0,014 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,24% menunjukkan bahwa motivasi guru berkontribusi terhadap lebih dari sepertiga variasi dalam hasil belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru sebagai penggerak utama dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang produktif dan inspiratif, sehingga peningkatan motivasi guru direkomendasikan sebagai strategi kunci dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara interaksi sosial dan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada gejala rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa yang diduga berkaitan dengan kurang optimalnya kualitas interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 36 siswa kelas V SDN Palem 2 Ngawi yang diambil secara total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert 4 poin sebanyak 10 item untuk masing-masing variabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Pearson, dengan syarat uji normalitas dan linearitas terlebih dahulu dipenuhi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara interaksi sosial dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai r = 0,856, p = 0,000, dan r² = 0,733. Artinya, interaksi sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,3% terhadap variasi motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa interaksi sosial berperan penting dalam membentuk semangat dan keterlibatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak autis kelas III SD di SKh Elok Asri yang menunjukkan perilaku maladaptif berupa perilaku mengupil menggunakan jari dan perilaku menjilat jari setelah mengupil. Perilaku tersebut menyebabakan subjek mimisan, kurang fokus dalam pembelajaran dan pengerjaan tugas. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, peneliti akan mencoba melakukan modifikasi perilaku berupa penerapan metode Differential Reinforcement Of Alternative Behavior (DRA) pada subjek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode DRA dapat mengurangi perilaku maladaptif yang ditunjukkan subjek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan ststistik deskripstif yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan garfik. Frekuensi perilaku mengupil di sekolah pada baseline (A2) 37 lebih kecil dari hasil baseline (A1) 47. Adapun frekuensi perilaku menjilat jari setelah mengupil pada fase baseline 2 (A2) adalah 32 yang hasilnya dibawah fase baseline 1 (A1) 41. Selanjutnya perilaku mengupil di rumah pada baseline (A2) 26 lebih kecil dari hasil baseline (A1) 31. Adapun frekuensi perilaku menjilat jari setelah mengupil pada fase baseline 2 (A2) adalah 18 yang hasilnya dibawah fase baseline 1 (A1) 25. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di sekolah dan di rumah menunjukan bahwa metode DRA dapat mengurangi perilaku maladaptif pada subjek.

Abstract

Problem-solving ability is a skill that every individual must possess. Mathematical problem-solving is one of the skills that must be mastered in everyday life. This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on PBL to enhance students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results indicate that the PBL-based interactive media is suitable for use, with validation from subject matter experts at 97.2%, media experts at 97.6%, and product trials at 87.5%. The improvement in problem-solving skills was also measured through the N-Gain test, with an N-Gain result of 1, indicating a high criterion. The improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving skills increased after using PBL-based interactive media. This demonstrates the importance of media in delivering education. Media designed according to students' needs effectively and efficiently can enhance students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning.

Abstract

The development of illustrated story-based teaching materials to improve understanding of learning Indonesian in class II, has the goal of knowing the development of understanding of learning Indonesian that is valid, practical and effective. The type of research used by researchers in developing teaching materials based on picture stories is research and development, development refers to the ADDIE model consisting of analysis design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were class IIA and IIB students of Public Elementary School 95 Palembang with a total of 36 students. The data collection techniques used in the study were questionnaires and documentation, based on the results of expert validator research from the three fields, namely media, material, and language where the validator in In this development, there are 2 validators covering the three fields, so the validator percentage results from the two experts are 3.80 which are categorized as "valid". Then the teacher's response practicality test obtained a percentage result of 87.49%, categorized as "very practical", then the one to one trial obtained a percentage value of 87.49% categorized as very practical, then the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 79.27 %. And the last test of the potential effect test obtained a percentage value of 90.00% which was categorized as very effective.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research and uses qualitative methods. This research aims to analyze the factors of students' low interest in learning in grade IV science and science subjects at SD 190 Palembang, totaling 16 students. The sampling technique in this research uses the proportional sampling method, In this study, the data taken was in the form of interview data, questionnaires and documentation in carrying out this research. The first step taken by the researcher was distributing questionnaires to students. The questionnaire was closed with 5 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. agree, the questionnaire instrument consists of 21 statement items. Next, carry out the interview stage which is carried out after giving a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions and then carry out the documentation stage which shows that there are several students whose scores are below the Kkm, namely 75. So the indicator that can be concluded is the feeling of happiness indicator which is 12.79%, while The indicator of student interest was 13.21%, then the indicator of student attention was 14.5%, then the indicator of student involvement was 20.95%. In terms of indicators of student interest in science and science subjects, the percentage results were 13.21% with poor criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran Joyful Learning berbantuan media digital terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 178 Tuban dan UPT SP SDN 170 Mulyasri. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional dan kurangnya penggunaan media digital yang menarik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif komparatif, dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di kedua sekolah tersebut, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket minat belajar, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji-t (independent sample t-test) untuk melihat perbedaan minat belajar antara kelompok yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan pendekatan Joyful Learning berbantuan media digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan minat belajar siswa antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan Joyful Learning berbantuan media digital dengan yang tidak menggunakan. Siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Joyful Learning menunjukkan tingkat antusiasme, perhatian, dan keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa pada pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Joyful Learning berbantuan media digital berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru PAI lebih mengintegrasikan unsur pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan berbasis teknologi digital agar proses belajar menjadi lebih interaktif, menarik, dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group learning methods in improving the English skills of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 060878. Using a qualitative approach involving direct interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, this study identified three main problems that hinder the success of group learning: gender differences affecting group formation, difficulty ensuring the active participation of each member, and relatively long time for group management. The results of the study indicate that these problems cause group learning to be less effective and have an impact on the decline in students' English skills. Therefore, strategies such as forming inclusive groups, clear division of tasks, the use of participatory observation instruments, the utilization of technology, and the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning approach are recommended to improve the effectiveness of group learning and students' English skills. This study provides an important contribution to developing English teaching methods at the elementary school level by considering social aspects and more effective classroom management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the low English speaking and listening skills of 4th grade elementary school students at SD PAB 12 Sampali. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with interview methods to obtain in-depth data from teachers and students regarding the obstacles they face during the English learning process. The results of the study indicate that the main factors influencing students' limited speaking and listening skills include lack of practice, minimal use of interesting learning media, and internal factors such as lack of self-confidence and less than optimal pronunciation. These findings provide an important overview of the need to develop more effective and innovative learning strategies to improve students' communication skills in English at the elementary level. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for educators and educational institutions in improving the quality of English teaching in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research examines the development of English language skills among students at Elementary School 060878, focusing on challenges, influencing factors, and effective teaching strategies. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining quantitative data from student test scores and qualitative data from teacher interviews and classroom observations. The results indicate that students face difficulties in vocabulary mastery and speaking skills, influenced by limited exposure to English, traditional teaching methods, and psychological barriers. The study proposes interactive and student-centered strategies, such as project-based learning and digital media, to enhance engagement and outcomes. These findings provide insights for teachers and policymakers to improve English language instruction in elementary schools.
