Abstract. Technology-based learning in the covid-19 pandemic period faced manyobstacles and challenges. Consequently, the learning design and strategy are expected to be effective, efficient and able to empower student competencies appropriately. One of the important points in learning during the Covid-19 epidemic was an effective learning evaluation. One of the effective learning evaluation in pandemic period is the online multiple-choice test. However, multiple-choice tests in the form of online quizzes also have some short ages, for example, it is quite difficult to capture the student‘s mastery concepts evel in more depth and detail. Therefore an online multiple choice test evaluation form can be developed with a two-tier system, so that it can showed the level of students understanding and thinking further. Moreover, the certainty of response index also added to determine the level of student confidence in the answers given. The purpose of this study was to analyze the student‘s understanding with the Certainty of Response Index (CRI) on genetic material using two-tier online diagnostic test based on the I spring suite 8application. The method used is descriptive. The subjects were all 2018A IKIP Budi Utomo Malang students, with the total number of 18 students. The results showed that the CRI level of students tends to be low, the answers and reasons are not correct and related each other, so it seems that the students are answer randomly which unable to show logical reasons related to answers. Some factors that causing the low level of student understanding and CRI are the characteristics of genetic material that‘s abstract and difficult, the scope of the material are complex and complicated, the initial ability of students, and the use of learning resources that are not optimal.

Abstract. The study was carried out before the pandemic Covid-19 broke out, changing thecourse of lectures into distance learning. The initial idea of this study was to determine the intensity and familiarity of prospective Biology teacher students and their descriptions of how they used the Software in lecturing and completing Blended learning-based Microteaching assignments. This study also wants to illustrate the familiarity of respondents from some software that supports learning and teaching in Microteaching courses. All 71 respondents were undergraduate students, 88.7% were female, and 11.3% were male, aged between 18-23 years. Students must work on assignments given at the beginning of the semester to conduct teaching simulation (microteaching). Through this activity, students will gain their own experience to prepare their performance in microteaching, such as arranging lesson plans, developing learning media, and making presentations that are appropriate for their class. Therefore, the data collected meets the requirements for analysis using statistical Software. The study found that pre-service Biology teacher students have a high preference for the use of Android-based smartphones, Whatsapp, and internet cellular connectivity to fulfill their course work. Abstract

Abstract : Language development disorder is the inability or limitations in using linguisticsymbols to communicate verbally or delays in children's speech and language development abilities according to their age group, gender, customs and intelligence. Therefore, if speech and base disorders are not treated properly, there will be impaired reading ability, verbal ability, behavior, psychosocial adjustment, and poor academic ability. Parents or teachers need to understand this problematic behavior because "problematic children" usually appear in the classroom and they even show the problem in their behavior during interaction with the environment. Humans use language to communicate, socialize, and convey their thoughts. Early identification of language delays must solve two main problems namely the problem of the availability of reliable information from a child at some age when they experience limitations in communication skills. Furthermore, measurement techniques must be cost-effective by respecting time in a professional manner and widely able to be applied to children at various social levels and language backgrounds including bilingual. The second problem is the interpretation of the results of the identification process. Many children who experience language delays at the age of 24 to 30 months who will catch up in a few years later and do not need intervention. The challenge is to identify and use relevant information in improving diagnosis decisions regarding an individual child to prevent more significant developmental disorders. Keywords: language, communication, children
