Abstract

Clothing entrepreneur partners today must be observant of the tastes and trends that are currently prevailing in society, besides that it is a challenge for entrepreneur partners to develop management, promotion and marketing that must be done. If you only rely on direct sales, of course, it must be supported by a variety of very good resources, such as a strategic location and an attractive spatial layout. Therefore, business partners need to penetrate into the form of online sales which of course requires various preparations that must be made, including by providing sufficient tools and human resources. Sirwal pants are one of the traditional clothing products that are currently quite popular among young people in the community. The opportunity to produce and market it is quite wide open, and the production process is relatively easy to do. To support the sales process progressively, of course, it is not enough to do it only by passive sales, but the online sales process must be carried out live within a certain period of time. The output of this activity is in the form of an account on an online sales application and the concept of live streaming or video sales applied to promotion and marketing by business partners.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide training to educators and prospective early childhood educators on the basics of learning and teaching strategies that are effective and in accordance with child development. This activity is motivated by the need to improve the quality of prospective educators of mosque-loving teenagers for the implementation of Ramadan pesantren activities at the age of PAUD and elementary school in understanding the characteristics of early childhood students and appropriate teaching methods. The participants who took part in this training activity were 40 people consisting of 3rd grade junior high school students, high school / MA / vocational students and students. The training is carried out face-to-face and contains theoretical and practical materials. The results showed that this training was able to increase participants' understanding of the principles of early childhood learning as well as their ability to design creative and fun learning strategies. Thus, this training is expected to make a positive contribution to the quality of early childhood education in the target area

Abstract

The pillars of democracy are an important foundation in the life of the nation and state that must be understood by the younger generation, especially high school students. This service activity was carried out in the form of counseling on the pillars of Indonesian democracy to students of SMAN 1 Kadipaten, as part of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in Phase F. The main purpose of this activity is to foster students' critical awareness of the importance of democratic values in daily life and instill an active attitude as a responsible citizen. The methods used in this activity include material presentations, group discussions, and participant reflections. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of democratic principles, as well as the emergence of student initiatives in conveying aspirations and opinions in an orderly manner. This activity is a concrete step in instilling contextual and applicable national values in the educational environment.

Abstract

This community service through workshops and creative design training activities is carried out as a form of contribution to increasing the capacity of the community in visual communication or expressing into the visual aspects of a concept or idea. The main goal of this activity is to transfer basic knowledge about the principles of graphic design and develop the ability of participants to pour ideas into a form of visual work that is communicative and has aesthetic value. The training is conducted with a participatory approach that combines theory and practice in a balanced manner, using digital media such as CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2022 to facilitate the learning process. Participants consisted of 12th grade high school/vocational/MA students from several schools from Majalengka Regency and Cirebon Regency who had needs in developing visual content for 3 days. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants in creating designs independently, as well as a growing awareness of the importance of creativity in supporting personal activities and in daily life. This activity also proves that graphic design training can be a means of empowering the community in facing challenges in the digital era. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out on a sustainable basis so that the impact is wider and more evenly distributed from various circles, not only for students.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out with the aim of developing entrepreneurial spirit and potential among Politeknik Mardira Indonesia  students through training activities and practice selling goods in the campus area. In this activity, students are given the subject matter of entrepreneurship, marketing principles, micro business financial management, and practical operational strategies. The implementation of the next process includes educational sessions, interactive training, sales simulations, and student business performance assessments. Based on the results of the evaluation, this activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the business world and training their skills in managing small-scale businesses. Furthermore, this program also fosters creativity, initiative, and confidence of students in starting a business independently. This activity is expected to be a sustainable means in producing a generation of young entrepreneurs from the university environment.

Abstract

The development of Islamic boarding school institutions can be carried out using an internet-based information medium to be publicly accessible and certainly requires infrastructure that meets the necessary criteria. Developing a website certainly requires skills and expertise to produce information that is easily accessible, attracts attention, and can be understood by its visitors. In developing the website for Pondok Pesantren Tanjung Salam, the community service team from STMIK Mardira Indonesia uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and the waterfall model in software development (Software Development Life Cycle). With the development that has been carried out, training for the management, especially the operators and administrators responsible for the website's content, is of course needed. The result of this website development provides free access to information for the public.

Abstract

Pengembangan lembaga Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid dapat dilakukan menggunakan sebuah media informasi berbasis internet agar dapat diakses secara public dan tentunya membutuhkan infrastruktur yang dapat memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Mengembangkan website tentu saja membutuhkan suatu keterampilan dan keahlian agar dapat menghasilkan informasi yang mudah diakses, menarik perhatian, dan dapat dimengerti oleh pengunjungnya. Dalam mengembangkan website DKM AL-HUDA ini tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari STMIK Mardira Indonesia menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta model waterfall dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunaknya (Software Development Life Cycle). Dengan pengembangan yang telah dilakukan tentu saja dibutuhkan adanya pelatihan bagi pihak pengelola, terutama operator dan admin yang bertanggung jawab terhadap isi dari website. Hasil dari pengembangan website ini menjadikan akses informasi bagi masyarakat atau public secara bebas dengan lebih mudah dilakukan dan dimengerti.

Abstract

This community service project aims to strengthen student competencies through the implementation of both pre-internship briefing sessions and industrial internship placement. The program was carried out by the Department of Informatics Engineering at the Indramayu State Polytechnic (Polindra) as part of its commitment to improving students’ job readiness and aligning vocational education with industrial demands. The activity involved a structured workflow including industry needs identification, coordination with the Industrial Internship Program Team (PMI), preparation of learning materials, arrangement of seminar logistics, on-site briefing seminars, and post-program evaluations. A total of 182 students were successfully placed in various partner industries for internship programs following the briefing seminar. The results show significant improvements in students’ soft and technical skills, confidence levels, workplace adaptability, and understanding of professional ethics. Partner industries also provided positive feedback regarding student performance and contribution. The program demonstrated the essential role of vocational institutions in bridging academic knowledge and industrial application, while offering measurable benefits to both students and industry partners.

Abstract

This community service program addresses the low literacy and limited exposure to emerging technologies Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) among Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMK PGRI Kandanghaur. In response to the competency gap between school curricula and industry demands in the Industrial 4.0 era, the program implements an interactive seminar designed to introduce fundamental concepts, practical applications, and the strategic relevance of these technologies. The activities include expert-led presentations, case-based discussions, and the distribution of digital learning materials to support further independent study. The expected outcomes include improved technological awareness and motivation among students, enhanced readiness for digital transformation, documented seminar outputs, and the publication of community service results. This initiative aims to strengthen students’ foundational competencies and support their alignment with current and future industry requirements.

Abstract

The development of social media offers new economic opportunities, but public understanding of strategies for utilizing it to generate income remains low. Lack of digital literacy, digital marketing skills, and content creation skills are major obstacles to optimizing social media as an economic tool. The seminar "Automatic Profit from Social Media: No Need to Be a Celebrity, Just Know the Tricks" was held to address these issues, aiming to improve participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies, personal branding, and social media monetization techniques. The implementation method used a participatory approach through interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with an average assessment score increasing by 25 points after the training. This seminar successfully improved participants' digital literacy and practical skills in optimizing social media as a source of income, thus potentially encouraging community economic independence.
