One of the state-owned companies that exists to support the national economy is the Perkebunan Group. The Company of Perkebunan Group is fully aware of the internal and external challenges related to finances as well as tight business competition, one of which is profitability which influences investors' interest in the returns provided. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with a purposive sampling technique. Data processing uses tools in the form of the EVIEWS 12 statistical application with the best Random Effect Model (REM) test results. The results of the f test research show that Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Firm Size simultaneously influence Return on Assets with a probability value of 0.000000. The results of the t test research show that the Debt to Asset Ratio and Total Asset Turnover variables partially influence Return on Assets, while the Firm Size variable partially has no influence on Return on Assets. The research results of the coefficient of determination in this study were 0.6553, meaning that the ability to explain the model in this study was 65.5%. So this research can be used as a consideration in evaluating the performance of the BUMN Perkebunan Nusantara Group company to increase company value

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of each variable service quality, repurchase intention and consumer satisfaction as intermediary variables. The population in this study were students, lecturers and local people who had made at least 1 purchase at the Suryamart retail store, University of Muhammadiyah, Surabaya. The sample chosen was based on a formula calculation of 60 respondents and the method used was a non-probability sampling technique (non-random sample) which means that each population has the same probability of being used as a sample or can also be called purposive sampling. Data calculations are carried out using the SmartPLS tool. The stages carried out are instrument testing, model measurement (outer model), model evaluation (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable. The consumer satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. And, the service quality variable has a direct and significant effect on the repurchase intention variable through the consumer satisfaction variable. These results state that each variable has a positive and significant influence on other variables, because the P value is <0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the adoption of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) strategies within the mining sector of East Kalimantan, aiming to support a sustainable economic transition and mitigate ecological risks. Driven by the pressing need to address the severe environmental consequences of resource extraction, this research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing primary data derived from a questionnaire distributed to 28 managerial respondents. Findings indicate robust corporate commitment to GSCM, particularly in high-compliance areas such as Environmental Management Systems and Reverse Logistics. Reverse logistics has been proven to be the most critical component for mitigating post-mining ecological liabilities. However, GSCM adoption faces structural inertia in Green Distribution and Energy Transition. The perceived benefits are primarily strategic (improved corporate image), with high uncertainty regarding direct economic quantification. The study highlights the necessity of deepening GSCM penetration into pre-mining planning and integrating environmental accounting to realize sustainability goals fully.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Unit of Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The sample consists of 36 nurses selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that partially, work stress and workload have no significant effect on nurse performance, whereas simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 33.4% shows that work stress and workload together explain the variability in nurse performance, while the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that there are other dominant factors influencing nurse performance. The results of this study are expected to serve as an empirical reference for academics in developing studies related to human resource management in the health sector, as well as a practical consideration for hospital management in designing strategies to improve the performance of nursing personnel in a more holistic and measurable manner.
