Abstract

Ibis Hotel and Candi Land Apartment located at Diponegoro street currently are built into the new residential alternative in Semarang. This will trigger trip generation in the future, thus will increase congestion in the area. Therefore, it is important to assess the impact of the hotel and apartement operations. This study aims to predict the trip generation, evaluate the performance of the existing road network, predict the performance of the network after the operation of Ibis Hotel and Candi Land Apartment and propose the solutions to encounter the conditions. Analyses of the performance of segments, signalized intersection and roundabout refer to IHCM 1997. Trip generation prediction of hotel and apartment refer to Department of Transportation regulation. Based on the analysis, Ibis Hotel and Candi Land Apartment trip generation amounted to 341 pcu/hour. The existing degree of saturation (DS) of the nearest road segments are 1.40 on Sriwijaya street, 1.64 on Diponegoro street, 1.00 on Veteran street, 0.57 on Pahlawan street, 0.85 on Kawi street, 0.84 on Sultan Agung street, and 1.55 on S. Parman street. The degree of saturation of Pahlawan intersection is 1.92 (North). Thus, the degree of saturation of Diponegoro Park roundabout is 1,00 (CD inweave Diponegoro street – Kawi street). After the operation of Ibis Hotel and Candi Land Apartment, the degree of saturation of Pahlawan intersection will increase up to 6,97%. The Degree os saturation of Diponegoro Park roundabout will also increase for about 5,12%. The proposed solution on Pahlawan intersection are to make Veteran street a one way road leaving the intersection and reset the green time. This treatment will decrease the degree of saturation up to 21 – 32 %. The proposed solution on the nearest road segments are to widen the road segments that cause a decrease on the degree of saturation for about 17-31%. Whilst, the proposed solution for Diponegoro Roundabout is to give road signs which are expected to reduce conflict on the weaving area.

Abstract

Warhol Residences Apartment is one of the candidates for the skyscrapers that will soon be built in strategic areas Simpang Lima Semarang. These Apartments are located at No. 137 Ahmad Yani Street Semarang. By carrying out the minimalist and modern design, these apartments are expected to meet the needs of the residents of Semarang and foreigner the comfortable dwelling. In this thesis, Warhol Residences apartment’s structure is designed based on the method SRPMK or Special Moment Frame Structure bearers. The main guidelines in this plan are taken from Concrete SNI 03-2847-2002 and RSNI 03-1726-2010 Earthquake. The modeling is made, performed using software Extended Three-Dimensinal Analysis of Building Systems (ETABS) version 9.2.7. Beside that, it also use some other kind of supporting software such as Structure Analysis Program 2000 (SAP 2000), PCACOL, and Auto Cad. Some work items are taken into account include the overall structure of the work of both Primary and Secondary element. Primary structural elements include: Beams, High Beams, Columns, Shearwall / Corewall, joint and Bore Pile Foundation. While the secondary elements are: the plates, and the plate Basement Walls, Stairs, Ramp, and Lift. The analysis showed that the structure of the apartment safe and capable Warhol Residences accounted for analytically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh diameter dan kuat tekan inklusi terhadap kuat tekan mortar. Untuk mendapatkan kuat tekan inklusi yang bervariasi, inklusi dalam penelitian ini adalah agregat buatan dari material mortar yang dimasukan ke dalam benda uji. Penelitian sejauh ini mengatakan inklusi berbentuk silinder adalah bentuk yang memberikan kuat tekan paling tinggi. Oleh karena itu muncul usulan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti bagaimana pengaruh diameter dan kuat tekan inklusi bentuk silinder terhadap kuat tekan mortar. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 4 variasi diameter inklusi yaitu ukuran 11,7 mm, 20,8 mm, 29,7 mm, dan 45,7 mm serta 5 variasi kuat tekan inklusi yang didapat dari variasi campuran semen dan pasir berupa 1:3,81; 1:3,21; 1:2,62; 1:2,02 serta 1:1,42. Penelitian ini meninjau pengaruh diameter dan kuat tekan inklusi dari benda uji berukuran 100x100x50 mm. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan pembebanan uniaksial (satu arah) dan menggunakan load cell untuk mengetahui beban maksimum yang dihasilkan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan, selain mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kuat tekan benda uji, dapat juga mengetahui hubungannya terhadap pola retak benda uji dapat diamati saat pengujian dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan SAP 2000.

Abstract

Volume growth in road traffic is increasing rapidly, especially in the city of Semarang. This makes the occurrence of congestion in the city of Semarang at peak hours, especially at intersections. The problems at the intersection can be overcome by the use of lights at signalized intersections so there is no conflict and clash, but the use of a signal at the intersection also raises its own problems, such as delays and queues occur, especially if there are a lot of adjacent signalized intersections in the road as well as on the road Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo Semarang who are familiar with the way Dr.Cipto. This study aims to smooth traffic flow on roads Dr.Cipto coordinated way Kartini intersection and Sidodadi intersection. The data was collected by surveying directly at the two junctions at peak hours in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The data is taken from the volume of vehicles that pass through each intersection, signal timing, vehicle travel speed through two intersections, queue length, and geometric intersection. The survey results are then processed using the guidelines Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) in 1997 to obtain the performance of the existing condition, then performed traffic control and compared the results of its performance in optimal condition and scenario conditions. Best performance at each intersection are then used to create a draft of coordination between the two junctions. Results in the condition of existing intersection analysis showed unsatisfactory performance, at the intersection of Kartini shows the degree of saturation is still high in some approach, a large value of the vehicle stop, and delay simpangnya was still great. In planning the optimal conditions has a better performance than optimal conditions seen from the DS and the average intersection delay is smaller than the existing condition, while the condition of scenario planning produces a worse performance than the optimal conditions, so the recommended optimal conditions for used in coordination signalized intersections Kartini and Sidodadi. To perform coordination between the two signalized intersections, planning done is create two junctions cycle time has the same value, the morning peak hour cycle time changed to 82 seconds, the peak daylight hours to 75 seconds, and afternoon peak hours to 100 seconds. Of the distance between the intersection and the vehicle speed obtained offset value is 36 seconds while the bandwidth at peak hours in the morning for 25 seconds, 22 seconds during peak hours, and the afternoon peak hour by 32 seconds. While the efficiency of the coordination of the two junctions of 30.48% for the morning, 29.33% for the day, and 32% for the afternoon. Estimated at morning peak hour north approach can release 2238 vehicles/hour, the afternoon peak hour of 2160 vehicles/hour, and the afternoon peak hour of 2376 vehicles/hour. Coordination performance was good enough for the level of short-term treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of intersections to be better in terms of the initial conditions.

Abstract

Kota Jakarta merupakan Ibu Kota Indonesia yang memiliki perkembangan dan kemajuan yang sangat pesat diberbagai bidang sektor. Kondisi seperti ini menyebabkan tingkat populasi yang tinggi, sehingga setiap tahunnya kendaraan yang melintasi kota Jakarta mengalami peningkatan. Maka dari itu Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta membangun prasarana transportasi umum baru yaitu Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Hal ini menjadi pemicu utama kemacetan lalu lintas, salah satunya adalah di jalan M.H. Thamrin. Sehingga akan menyebabkan kinerja ruas jalan (derajat kejenuhan dan kecepatan) dan biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) meningkat. Perhitungan kinerja ruas jalan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada PKJI’14 dan MKJI’97, sedangkan metode untuk perhitungan BOK menggunakan metode Pacific Consultant Internasional (PCI). Data primer yang diperlukan berupa data arus lalu lintas, geometrik dan data kecepatan saat konstruksi berlangsung. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari instansi terkait. Angka kelayakan pelayanan jalan ditunjukan dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan/degree of saturation (DS), dengan syarat DS ≤ 0,85. Hasil analisis data menunjukan kapasitas jalan M.H. Thamrin pada tahun 2013 sebelum konstruksi sebesar 7893,6 skr/jam, mengalami penurunan kapasitas saat konstruksi tahun 2017 menjadi 7550,4 skr/jam, nilai DS tahun 2013 sebesar 0,84 menjadi 0,52 pada saat konstruksi tahun 2017, kecepatan kendaraan pada tahun 2013 sebesar 43,9 km/jam menjadi 39,18 km/jam pada saat konstruksi tahun 2017 dan BOK pada tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 906,67 mengalami kenaikan menjadi Rp. 1.158,36. Untuk tercapainya kinerja dan tingkat pelayanan lokasi tinjauan yang lebih baik adalah dengan melakukan pelebaran jalan sehingga dapat menambah kapasitas jalan saat konstruksi berlangsung.

Abstract

Cipero weir is located at Tegal, The weir was built in 1888 and functioned to fulfill Rambut irrigation area water needs. The condition of Cipero weir is not able to fulfill all of Rambut irrigation area water needs. This condition is caused by several things. It is because of the reduction of Cipero catchment area in the upstream, more over the sedimentation in the upstream of Cipero make the weir is not functioning optimally. the solution is necessary to build Cipero long storage, Long storage Cipero is an elongated building, located at Cipero River that will increasing the availability of water for Rambut irrigation area. The analysis in the planning of Cipero Long Storage consists of three main parts. The first is hydrological analysis, then Hydraulics calculation phase and design phase of the building. Hydrological analysis phase aims to determine the flood discharge, the discharge mainstay, and the water needs in Rambut irrigation area. The second phase is the phase of hydraulics calculation, This phase aims to determine the dimensions of long storage building. , The third stage is the phase of design, This is a calculation of the cost of Cipero long storage. In this study is showed that the long storage can fulfill the water needs in the amount of 40.835.047,680 m3 every year. it can be concluded that the Cipero long storage can increase the amount of available water for irrigation area Rambut.

Abstract

Semarang is the capital of Central Java province having many potential, likes economic, social, cultural, and tourism. In increasing the potential of Semarang, need to be supported with adequate the road transport facilities. In some locations, such as Pandanaran street which has a value degrees of saturation (DS) between 0.79-1.02, MH.Thamrin street with DS 0.78, and Pemuda street with DS 0.85. This indicates that on the roads have high traffic density so that it does not cover the possibility in the coming year can increase returns. The purpose of this study is to identify the performance of intersections and road segments and distribution solutions for efficient traffic management by implementing a one way traffic system. The implementation of one way system is expected to produce the traffic an orderly, smoothly, safe, comfortable, and efficient. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative. This study was preceded by a preliminary literature review and survey and followed by data collection through traffic counting and related measurements. Analysis of data based on mkji 1997 in order to evaluate the performance of existing road and do an analysis by applying a system of one way system. Based on the analysis of performance of the existing conditions on the roads, there are a few low performing street with DS>0.75, as in Pandanaran street with DS 0.79-1.02, MH.Thamrin street with DS 0.78, and Pemuda street with DS 0.85. In addition, existing conditions analysis of the results obtained with low performing “simpang” with DS>0.75, is Simpang Gajah Mada/Depok with DS between 1.09-2.17 and Simpang Pandanaran/MH.Thamrin with DS between 0.92-1.66 and some other parameters, such as capacity, average delay, the length of the queue, the number of vehicles lining up, and the cycle time parameter support. Analysis of the results obtained two scenarios plan offered, scenario 1 (Pemuda street, MH.Thamrin street, Pandanaran street, and Gajah Mada street impose one way system) and scenario 2 (Pemuda street, MH.Thamrin street, and Pandanaran street impose one way system, except Gajah Mada street who keep developing two way system). After compared with method scoring, scenario 2 obtain highest score to street and simpang, is 82 and 28, to create value DS in Pandanaran street being declined between 0.09-0.53 and Pemuda street 0.26; as well as Simpang Gajah Mada/Depok between 0.82-0.87.

Abstract

Pasar tradisional umumnya disediakan macam bahan pokok keperluan rumah tangga dan biasanya berlokasi di tempat terbuka. Pasar Karangayu dan Pasar Sampangan adalah salah satu pasar tradisional di Kota Semarang. Lahan parkir yang tersedia di wilayah kedua pasar tersebut sangat terbatas, sehingga tidak mampu untuk menampung jumah kendaraan yang masuk ke area parkir. hal ini menyebabkan banyak kendaraan memilih parkir di badan jalan dan mengganggu arus lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kegiatan parkir di halaman pasar, menganalisa kebutuhan ruang parkir dan pengaruh kinerja jalan akibat parkir di badan jalan kaitannya dengan dampak lalu lintas, memberi rekomendasi penyelenggaraan parkir dan mengetahui nilai pelayanan yang dibutuhkan untuk menentukan biaya optimum.Pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa survei lapangan dan data sekunder sebagai acuan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan ruang parkir dan pengaruh kinerja jalan akibat dampak lalu lintas di Pasar Karangayu dan Pasar Sampangan.Adapun hasil penelitian dengan metode distribusi kedatangan didapatkan rata-rata di Pasar Karangayu dan Pasar Sampangan yaitu 36 dan 32 kend/jam, untuk distribusi waktu pelayanan didapatkan rata-rata di parkir Pasar Karangayu dan Pasar Sampangan yaitu 57 dan 46 menit, dipadukan dengan disediakan ruang parkir konsep kedua pasar tradisional adalah tipe A, ruang parkir Pasar Karangayu untuk mobil yaitu 550 m2 dan motor 229,5 m2. Pasar Sampangan untuk mobil yaitu 300 m2 dan motor 463,5 m2. Nilai derajat kejenuhan sesuai MKJI jalan di depan Pasar Sampangan tahun 2016 adalah 0,93>0,75 digambarkan bahwa kinerja jalan dalam kondisi macet karena adanya aktifitas pasar yang digunakan parkir di badan jalan dan Pasar Karangayu dari arah timur sebesar 0,58<0,75 kinerja jalan dalam kondisi lancar walau ada aktifitas pasar.Dapat disimpulkan dengan ditentukan nilai rasio luas lahan parkir harus disediakan terhadap luas bangunan pasar maka area parkir dapat mencukupi kendaraan parkir hingga 5 tahun ke depan dibuat dapat semakin lancar kendaraan yang akan mencari ruang parkir ataupun yang keluar dari area parkir pasar tersebut. Sehingga Pemerintah Daerah bisa menjadikan patokan setiap adanya pembangunan pasar baru ataupun renovasi pasar lama agar dapat menggunakan rasio luas area parkir sebesar 0,24 untuk area parkir motor dan 0,20 untuk area parkir mobil terhadap luas bangunan pasar sebagai syarat perizinan

Abstract

The traffic growth volume continues to rise rapidly, especially in the city of semarang. This makes the occurrence of the traffic congestion during the rush hour especially at the intersection, one of the roads as well as on the road Dr. Cipto Semarang. This analysis aims to expedite traffic on the road Dr. Cipto by way of coordinating intersection and intersection Sidodadi Kartini. Survey data was collected directly at the second intersection at peak hours in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The data used is the flow of the vehicle, signal timing, vehicle travel speed, queue length, and geometric intersection. The survey results are then processed using the guidelines Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Analysis calculated intersection with three conditions, namely existing, optimally, and scenarios. After comparing the results obtained between the existing, optimized, and the scenario it was decided to use the optimal conditions due to a better outcome. Then do the coordination with the optimal conditions, to coordinate both the signalized intersection, the planning is done is to equate the two junctions cycle time, in the morning peak hour cycle time 82 seconds, 75 seconds at afternoon, and 100 seconds at evening. From the distance between the intersection and the vehicle speed obtained offset value is 36 seconds while the bandwidth at peak hours in the morning for 25 seconds, 22 seconds during afternoon, and 32 seconds at evening. While the efficiency of the coordination of the two intersections of 30.48% for the morning, 29.33% for the afternoon, and 32% for the evening. Performance of coordination is good enough for the level of short-term treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of the intersection is reviewed to be better than the initial condition.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerencanaan site plan merupakan syarat penting dalam pekerjaan konstruksi karena berhubungannya dengan efisiensi pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi. Salah satu tujuan pokok dalam perencanaan site plan adalah untuk mengatur  tata letak dan kebutuhan fasilitas siteplan agar proyek dapat berjalan dengan nyaman, aman, mudah, produktif, dan minim hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kebutuhan jenis fasilitas dan luasan fasilitas pada site plan proyek konstruksi gedung di wilayah Semarang. Peraturan KDB wilayah Semarang mensyaratkan batas maksimum persentase KDB adalah sebesar 60%. Sehingga terdapat 40% luas lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai siteplan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan profil responden. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan adalah gambar site lay out proyek untuk mendapatkan luas fasilitas site plan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan survey objek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan dua analisa yaitu analisa jenis dan luas fasilitas untuk memperoleh fasilitas apa saja yang harus ada pada proyek pembangunan gedung serta analisa bobot untuk mengetahui karakteristik site plan berdasarkan lima indikator yaitu kenyamanan, kemudahan, keamanan, produktivitas, dan tidak ada hambatan.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, proyek Hotel Tentrem Semarang masih memenuhi peraturan dengan nilai 59,2% sedangkan proyek Srondol Mixed Use tidak memenuhi dengan persentase sebesar 79,66%. Jenis fasilitas yang harus ada pada proyek gedung adalah pos security, kantor owner, kantor kontraktor, gudang material, gudang peralatan, fabrikasi besi, tower crane, dan toilet. Total luas fasilitas pada siteplan proyek pembangunan Hotel Tentrem Semarang adalah sebesar 1115,92 m² atau 13,95% dari luas lahan total. Sedangkan proyek pembangunan Srondol Mixed Use Development menggunakan total luasan fasilitas siteplan sebesar 2581,04 m² atau 11,47% dari luas lahan total. Siteplan proyek Srondol Mixed Use Semarang unggul pada indikator kenyamanan, keamanan, dan tidak ada hambatan.
