Abstract

SNI 1726- 2012 has been implemented and used as basic guidance for earthquake-resistant building design. This regulation replaced RSNI 1726- 2002 which is not suitable for Indonesia’s area that always undergoes earthquake. Siloam Hospitals Medan Building was designed by RSNI 1726- 2002. This journal describes the result of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building’s calculation by SNI 1726- 2012. Structural analysis of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building is calculated by SAP2000 software. The outputs are internal forces which are used to calculate the dimension of structure and bar which is needed. This structure uses the method of Special Moment Resisting Frame  which is expected that it has a high ductility due to its location where is in soft soil earthquake risk area.

Abstract

The coastal erosion at Widuri beach along ± 2 km carried a relatively large impacted for public coastal areas. Waves in coastal areas resulted breakdown existing coastal protection structure and retreat of the shoreline. Coastal protection efforts to overcome these problems are reviewed based on the results of the flow simulation, waves and prediction of changes in the shoreline adapted to the existing condition using a numerical approach. Approach method performed by SMS program (Surface water Modeling System) for the simulation of flow and GENESIS (GENEralized models for SImulating Shoreline change) for the prediction simulation of shoreline changes. Earnings results from simulations program and data analysis are used as a basic design protection structure, planned coastal protection that is seawall modifications, rehabilitation the existing revetment, addition of revetment along 120 m and addition two offshore breakwater along 200 m with distance between 90 m perpendicular to wave direction at a depth of 1 m east from Widuri tourist beach.

Abstract

Drainage system with retention pond and pumping station is the most effective and efficient system to manage flood in drainage area. Semarang River catchment area has became one of important area in Semarang, because it ends near Tanjung Mas Port, that is basically one of central business district in Semarang, so that the flood which inundate that area become major problem for local government. Retention pond and pumping station drainage system are designed using 10 year return period flood discharge. From the result of 10 year recurrence interval rainfall data processing by using Nakyasu method, thus can be obtained Q design = 63,983 m3/sec, that  will be used to design drainage channel. By comparing existing drainage channel and designed drainage channel, it’s obtained that drainage channel in M.H. Thamrin Street and Gajah Mada Street need to be replaced, because they can’t intercept and retain flood discharge. By using flood routing method with 10 year recurrence interval Q, it can be obtained the area of retention pond  is 68.000m2 and 88.400m3 with  8  pumps in total with 5 m3/sec capacity for each pump.

Abstract

Soekarno Hatta International Airport (SHIA) merupakan bandar udara terbesar yang ada di Indonesia yang melayani penumpang terbanyak ke – 8 di Asia Tenggara berdasarkan Airports Council International (ACI) periode 2015,  serta menduduki ranking ke – 44 di dunia sebagai bandara terbaik di dunia berdasarkan hasil survey dari lembaga Skytrax periode 2016 – 2017. Pergerakan penumpang dan pesawat di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan baik itu di terminal domestik maupun terminal internasional sehingga kepadatan penumpang pada terminal 3 Ultimate pun tidak terelakkan terutama pada fasilitas landsidenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi fasilitas landside di Terminal 3 Ultimate berdasarkan permintaan (demand) penumpang peak hour, data produksi parkir dan data jumlah kendaraan di tahun 2016 menggunakan metode perhitungan SNI 03-7046-2004, IATA Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM), FIFO (first in first out), MKJI 1997 dan PP No.43 1993. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan jumlah check in counter berdasarkan waktu pelayanan survey maksimum adalah 98 counter menurut SNI, 89 counter menurut FIFO, dan 46 counter menurut ADRM, ruang tunggu keberangkatan masih memadai syarat kapasitas dengan Level Of Service (LOS) masing – masing ruang tunggu (U11 – U17) A yaitu Excellent Level of Comfort, luas ruang baggage claim dan tujuh buah baggage claim device pada kondisi eksisting masih bisa melayani 2,116 penumpang datang per jam tahun 2016 dengan baik, kondisi eksisting dari aksesbilitas adalah Level Of Service (LOS) F dengan DS>1 dengan kemacetan pada titik persimpangan sementara kapasitas luas parkir masih memadai untuk melayani penumpang peak hour tahun 2016. Selain penambahan jumlah check in counter, kepadatan pada terminal penumpang dapat diatasi dengan pemisahan check in counter penumpang yang sudah check in online dengan penumpang yang belum, di samping itu perlu adanya penambahan lajur pada akses beserta penambahan papan penunjuk jalan yang jelas di sepanjang jalan sebelum titik penting (decision point) pada aksesbilitas terminal sesegera mungkin.

Abstract

Kendal river is always overtopped during rainy day, certainly in central city and densely populated area. The flood duration around 4-8 hours with 40-60 cm depth caused the secondary channel can’t flow into the primary channel. The problem of flooding caused by the capacity of Kendal River is decreasing. Base on that condition, this final project was aimed to redesign Kendal River system based on capacity and functionality. The first step on redesign drainage system is hidrology analysis for determining a flood discharge, analysis hidrolic analysis by HEC-RAS software to evaluate the capacity exsisting channel. The conclution of the evaluation result is the maximum channel capacity could be increased to 10 years discharge flood only (34,94 m3/s). Increase the capasity of the trapezium channel by enlarge a basis channel along 10 m at Kendal River (11,750 m), include the revetment construction (2,300 m) on P.5+050 – P.10, P.11 - P.12, P.13+050 - P.15, P.44+050 - P.45+050, P.65 - P.80. Anchored wall construction decided as a retaining wall for a rectangular channel type (2,050 m) at P.24 - P.4+050. And then, for accomodate 25 years flood discharge (45,43 m3/s) need 7 ha retention pond. Total cost is Rp. 63,847,420,000,00 for 10 years discharge desain.

Abstract

The construction is part of the largest contributor to emissions of CO2. The concept of green construction  is one of the business that can minimize negative impact on the environment in the process of construction . The research objective are to analyze and to evaluate the application of green construction on housing development of Beranda Bali by PT Mikroland Property Development. The methods used in this study is interviews , observation , and documentation. It is done by observing the application of green construction approaches with the underlying indicator of planning and scheduling, resource and material cycles, protection, waste management, construction, material storage, manifesting a work place eco friendly, the selection and operation of construction tools, training for sub contractor, air quality, documentation, health and convenience, environmental, management project the reduction of the ecological, foot print, water conservation, land use, energy efficiency and conservation in the green construction factors. The data processing is done by comparing the results of the research data with factors of green construction in PT.Pembangunan Perumahan, Green Building Council Indonesia (2012). The results obtained are there are 10 applications have been applied by PT Mikroland Property Development which include planning and schedulling, resource and material cycle, the protection of job sites, construction waste management, material storage, manifesting a work place eco friendly, water conservation, the reduction of the ecological foot print, appropriate land use, energy efficiency and conservation. Abstract

A construction contract is a bond between service users working with service providers. International contracts standard have been widely used in large-scale development projects in Indonesia. However, there are still many small-scale to medium development projects and systems that use national contract standard. In this study, we analyze the balance of rights and obligations of the service user as well as the service provider at the National Contracts, International and FIDIC (Federation International Des Ingesniieurs Conseils) standard. Contract documents used are Diponegoro Reservoir Development Project which is national, and Jatibarang Reservoir Development Project which is international. The analysis is performed per sub clause of the National Contract Document as a reference that is made up of 68 sub clause 75 sub-clause. Results of analysis validated by questionnaire and interview of experts. Each contract document is then analyzed for conformance to the FIDIC standard. The results of the percentage of national contract document conformance to the FIDIC standard obtained a value of 89.71% (there are 61 sub clause corresponding from 68 sub-clause). The results of the percentage of international contract document conformance to the FIDIC standard obtained a value of 73.53% (there are 50 sub clause corresponding from 68 sub-clause).

Abstract

Semarang roads - Kendal, which is part of the North Coast, an arterial road linking central basis of national economic activity. With the increased traffic on North Coast Road, and included on this road, especially with the presence of a growing number of trucks that are overweight  overloaded on this road, so for the next few years is expected to be down this path of service, either in terms of traffic performance and the performance of the pavement. Given these problems, this study is conducted to evaluate the performance of road traffic Semarang - Kendal and estimate the need for the added layer of the existing pavement as a result of overloading (overloading) is. For purposes of analysis, the method used in this research capacity (MKJI) to analyze traffic performance, and methods of Highways 2002 to analyze the needs of additional layers as a result of overloading. From the results of the analysis, found that the value of the performance of the traffic for the roads to be reviewed on line Semarang - Kendal, the value of DS = 0.74 in 2019, while in the opposite lane (Kendal - Semarang) DS values obtained larger is equal to 0.79; thus advisable to increase the geometric path (such as road widening) or by shifting part of the burden to the rail mode as a solution to improve traffic performance in the coming years. As for the analysis of the existing pavement, this study used two types of load, which is ideal load (with reference to the amount of the allowable load or JBI) and actual load (of the survey). The analysis showed that in the year 2019 plan, the road Semarang - Kendal takes a thick layer added by 6 cm (for ideal weight) and 10 cm (for actual expenses). If the residual life analysis, then by applying the actual load on the existing pavement was found that the existing pavement structure can only support the weight overload for 4 years and 2 months of age 10-year plan.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan (Archipelago Country) terbesar di dunia. Negara kepulauan ini memiliki lebih dari 17.000 pulau di mana sekitar 92 pulau merupakan pulau terluar di Indonesia. Salah satu pulau terluar adalah Pulau Wakde di Kabupaten Sarmi, Provinsi Papua. Pulau Wakde memiliki potensi di sektor hasil laut dan sektor pariwisata berupa wisata sejarah dan bahari. Namun saat ini sarana dan prasarana di Pulau Wakde masih tergolong tertinggal. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan aktivitas sosial, perekonomian, dan pariwisata Pulau Wakde kurang berkembang secara optimal. Pembangunan Dermaga Perintis Wakde merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dermaga kapal perintis ini dibangun di sisi barat daya Pulau Wakde. Perencanaan dermaga ini menggunakan data gelombang dengan periode ulang 50 tahun dan data pasang surut selama 15 hari yang dianalisis dengan metode admiralty. Pemodelan gelombang dilakukan dengan program Mike21. Kapal dengan bobot 200 DWT merupakan kapal rencana. Dalam perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, sistem struktur dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SAP2000 dengan model 3D. Layout jettyhead direncanakan dengan panjang 60 m dengan lebar 8 m yang dihubungkan dengan trestle sepanjang 19 m dan lebar 6 m, serta causeway dengan panjang 15 m dan lebar 6 m. Dari hasil analisis struktur dan perhitungan direncanakan balok dengan dimensi 40×60 cm, plat lantai dengan tebal 300 mm, pile cap dengan tebal 800 mm, dan tiang pancang dengan diameter luar 40 cm dan tebal 17 mm. Sedangkan hasil perencanaan untuk causeway, menggunakan struktur pemecah gelombang sisi miring dengan berat batuan berkisar antara 55-60 kg.Pada perencanaan struktur sandar, yang digunakan adalah fender V 150–2000L serta struktur tambat yang dipakai adalah bitt dengan kapasitas 25 ton. Biaya pembangunan dermaga ini sebesar Rp 30.880.929.000,00.

Abstract

Design structure of high story building by SNI 03-1726-2012 on this final report are designed inseismic zoning area of Semarang city usingthe structure frame system method with configuration structure collapsethe System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK). This system is planned to use the concept of strong column weak beam, where the vertical elements of the structure (column) should be stronger than the horizontal elements of the structure (beam), to be plastically formed jointsfirst on the beam. The analysis of the structure of high story building by SNI 03-1726-2012 using software help SAP2000 v14 with the results of the analysis are used to determine the fundamental period of the structureand the forces acting on the structure. fundamental structural period must be limited so that the structure is not very flexible.
