Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of dual role conflict and knowledge management on the performance of women entrepreneurs in Palopo City. This type of research is survey research using a multiple liner regression model. the population in this study are women entrepreneurs, especially the MSME sector in the city of Padang. This study used a purposive sampling technique with random sampling. Secondary data in this research was obtained from the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM of Palopo City, while primary data in this research was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to the research sample which contained questions about indicators that influence dual role conflict and knowledge management on the performance of women entrepreneurs. The results of this study indicate that multiple role conflict has an effect and is significant on the performance of women entrepreneurs. Knowledge management has no significant effect on the performance of women entrepreneurs. Multiple role conflict and knowledge management on the performance of women entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to know the impact of the organization's compensation and climate on the employees' satisfaction at the bank's bank savings branch of Makarksar.The type of data used is qualitative and qualitative data with primary and secondary data suberfuge.The method of analysis used is descriptive and statistical analysis with 60 responders with multiple linear regression calculations, correlation, coefficient determination, T test and f test. The research results show: 1. It has some positive effects and significant compensation to employees work satisfaction 2. The influential organization for positive and significant job satisfaction. employees 3.The organization's compensation and climate impact simultaneously on employees' satisfaction in the bank's bank's bank savings of the Makarksar branch.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether job satisfaction influences the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar. This data collection uses a quantitative approach and primary data sources in the form of questionnaires which are distributed to the entire research population using probability sampling. The population is all employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar, while the sample is 149 people, has also been tested for regression and correlation, analysis methods and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The research results show that there is no positive and significant influence of compensation on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence of job characteristics on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and there is a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. This shows that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether occupational safety and health influence employee performance at PT Makassar Mega Prima. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using the simple random sampling method. The population was all permanent employees in the production department at PT Makassar Mega Prima, totaling 72 people, while the sample taken was 61 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions have also been tested. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that occupational safety partially does not influence employee performance, while occupational health partially influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of trust on consumer commitment in a specific context. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire surveys, and data analysis was performed using linear regression method in SPSS software version 22. The initial analysis results indicate a significant positive relationship between the level of trust and consumer commitment. Furthermore, the findings suggest that high levels of trust tend to have a positive impact on high levels of consumer commitment. This confirms that trust plays an important role in shaping consumer commitment. The analysis also reveals that trust has a substantial influence on consumer commitment. More specifically, high levels of trust are associated with high levels of consumer commitment. These findings indicate that the higher the level of trust consumers have in a product, service, or brand, the stronger their commitment to it. Overall, this research provides a deeper understanding of the role of trust in shaping consumer commitment. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for marketing practitioners to enhance their strategies in building strong consumer trust, which in turn can increase consumer commitment to the products, services, or brands offered.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Workload and Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Makassar City Population Control and Family Planning Office as many as 62 civil servants. The sampling method used is Non Probability sampling and sample selection techniques, namely saturated samples. Data collection method through questionnaire distribution, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 software. Based on partial results or t-tests, the workload variable shows the results of t-count (1,770) < t-table (2,000) so that it can be said that workload has a positive insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment variable shows the results that t-count (3,588) > t-table (2,000) so it is said that partially the work environment has a significant positive effect .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether job insecurity influences employee Turnover Intention at PT. Solid Gold Futures Makassar. To find out whether work stress has an effect on PT. Solid Gold Futures Makassar. To find out how job insecurity and work stress both influence Turnover Intention at PT. Solid Gold Futures Makassar. The analytical collection method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection methods used questionnaires and direct observation with 157 respondents. The test results using the validity test, reliability test and multiple regression test show that the research model is feasible. Furthermore, using the f test, t test and R test show that job insecurity and work stress have a significant and positive effect on turnover intention decisions. Data analysis used SPSS version 25 path analysis. Based on the results of partial hypothesis measurements, it was found that Job Insecurity had a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention and Job Stress had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Solid Gold Berjangka Makassar and simultaneously job insecurity and work stress both have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Ports as transportation infrastructure that supports the smooth running of the maritime transportation system have functions that are closely related to social and economic factors. Economically, ports function as one of the driving forces of production, while socially, ports become public facilities where interactions between users (society) take place, including interactions that occur due to economic activities. This research aims to analyze the performance of the dock and the needs of the Class III Parigi Port stacking yard. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach. The research results show that the level of utilization of the Class III Parigi Port Pier is based on the BOR value resulting from two reviews, namely the BOR of the new pier and the old pier. The utilization rate of the new pier in 2022 is 17% and the BOR value in 2023 is 4%. Meanwhile, the utilization rate of the old pier in 2022 is 4% and the BOR value in 2023 is 5%. The required area for the piling field in 2022 if YOR 40% is known is 22,090 m2, when YOR 50% is known it is 17,667 m2, when YOR 60% is known it is 14,171 m2, and when YOR 70% is known it is 12,629 m2. Meanwhile, the area requirement for the piling yard in 2023 if YOR 40% is known is 10,699 m2, when YOR 50% is known it is 8,554 m2, when YOR 60% is known it is 7,128 m2, and when YOR 70% is known it is 6,106 m2.

Abstract

Human resources are resources that play an important role in achieving organizational goals. Organizations such as government agencies also need good human resources to produce quality services to the community. Human resource management is basically oriented towards improving work performance. Job performance reflects the extent to which employees achieve the targets and standards set by the organization. One factor that can influence employee work performance is employee workload. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of workload on employee work performance at Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Berau, East Kalimantan Province. The sample in this study was 12 respondents who were determined using random sampling in each section or section. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative analysis based on the results of interviews, observations and literature studies of previous research. Based on the research results, it was found that workload had a positive effect on employee work performance at the Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Berau.

Abstract

Tofu and tempeh are processed foods with fairly high nutritional value and are made from soybeans. Soybeans are a versatile plant that is highly beneficial in terms of food and nutrition. The price of soybeans increased in 2022. One of the factors influencing this increase is the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been a reason for the rise in soybean prices, the raw material for tofu and tempeh. This increase occurred from the beginning of 2022 until the end of the year. The reduced availability of raw materials due to the rise in soybean prices also impacted small and medium-sized tofu and tempeh businesses in the city of Bontang. Therefore, the author conducted an interview with one of the tofu and tempeh artisans in Bontang. The results of the interview with one of the business owners indicated that the rise in soybean prices significantly affected their sales and production, making it difficult to sustain their business. Various efforts have been made by tofu and tempeh artisans to meet market demands, such as reducing the size of tofu and tempeh but still using imported soybeans to maintain the taste and shelf life of the products. Therefore, this scientific work aims to analyze the impact of soybean price increases on tofu and tempeh artisans using qualitative research and SWOT analysis to determine the marketing strategies that business owners should implement to sustain their businesses.
