Abstract

This research was carried out at the Tomohon City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The quality of human resources (HR) has become the main focus for many organizations, including the Human Resources and Personnel Development Agency (BKPSDM), because the quality of HR is the main determinant of the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel administration services. This research aims to examine the relationship between the quality of human resources and improving personnel administration services at BKPSDM. The method used is quantitative research using survey techniques via distributed questionnaires as a data collection tool. The sample for this research is BKPSDM employees themselves and related parties who have experience in the personnel administration service process. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the administrative service process at the Tomohon City Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency was not optimal. For these reasons, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "The Influence of Human Resource Quality on Improving Personnel Administration Services at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Tomohon City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Maslow's theory of motivation (physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs and self-actualisation needs) on employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Paser Regency. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of competency on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Financial Management Agency office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, totaling 70 ASN. The sampling method used was random sampling and the sampling technique was using the Slovin formula. The data collection method is through distributing questionnaires, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 software. Based on the partial results or t test, the competency variable shows the results of t-count (2.040) > t-table (1.996) so it can be said that overall partial competence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work culture on employee job satisfaction at Aparat desa kayu angin kabupaten majene. By using descriptive survey research methods and quantitative methods, this research found that the organizational culture implemented in the company has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The research results show that employees who implement the organizational culture provided by the company, such as behavioral regularity, norms, values and philosophy, have higher job satisfaction. Apart from that, salary indicators also play an important role in increasing employee job satisfaction. The results of this research contribute to further understanding of how organizational culture and compensation can increase employee job satisfaction, as well as the implications for organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aimad to determine the influence of the work environment on the perfomance of employees Civil Service Police Unit and Fir Dapartment of Sidenreng Rappang regency. The population in this study amounts to 318 employees, and the respondents wev 50 civilservans (ASN), selected using a non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. Data was collected from both primary and secondary source. The data collection merhods used include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method employed in this research was a descriptive quantitative method. Based on the analysis, it was found that the work enviroment variable had a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Dapartment in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, as indicated a t-value (5.432) greater that the t-table (2.013). therefore, the hypothesis stated that the work environment influences employees performance can be accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates that the work environment variable explains 38.9% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other factors beyond the variables in this study. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Rahma 35 Sidenreng Rappang Regency, The research method used is a quantitative method with a population of 40 employees at CV. Rahma 35 Sidenreng Rappang Regency Data collection was carried out through the use of questionnaires and the use of saturated sampling techniques, The results of the analysis showed a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance with a calculated r value (3.700) greater thant t-table (2.021), therefore, the hypothesis stating that there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance can be accepted in addition, the coefficient of determination (R) value of 26.5% indicates that most of the variation in employee performance variable of 26.5%, while the remaining 73.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied Employeed who are disciplined in their performance are able to create better work enthusiasm and motivate employees to work optimally, so that it has a positive impact on employee work results. Keywords : Work Discipline, Employee Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Rahma 35 Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 40 karyawan pada CV. Rahma 35 Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penggunaan kuesioner dan penggunaan teknik sampling jenuh.Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r-hitung (3,700) lebih besar daripada t-tabel (2,021).Oleh karena itu, hipotesis yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R2)sebesar 26,5% mengidikasikan bahwa sebagian besar variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 26,5%, sementara 73,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Karyawan yang disiplin dalam kinerjanya mampu menciptakan semangat kerja yang lebih baik dan memotivasi karyawan untuk bekerja dengan optimal, sehingga berdampak positif pada hasil pekerjaan karyawan. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how much influence career development (X1) and work motivation (X2) have on employee performance (Y) at the one roof single administration system (SAMSAT) office in Sidenreng Rappang regency, using kuantitative methods, data collection methods through observation, interviews, kuestionnaires and documentation to obtain data from the office. The research results show that partially career development (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y) at the one roof single administration system (SAMSAT) office in Sidenreng Rappang district with a significance value of 0,130 (1,3%). Partially, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on enployee performance (Y) at the one roof single administration system (SAMSAT) office in Sidenreng Rappang district with a significance value of 0,000 (0,0%). Abstract

Every organization, whether it's a business, social, or government organization, aspires to achieve a specific goal. The goal of an organization can be achieved through the effective and efficient use of human resources and other organizational resources, such as funds, materials, and equipment. Human Resources is an important element of organizations and plays a key role in the activities carried out by the organization. It is also the primary asset of an organization, which can determine the success or failure of the organization's mission and vision. This research aims to examine the effect of work status on employee job satisfaction at PSDA Office SKPD. The research use a quantitative method with Likert scale a sample size of 46 respondents. Data collected for this study was collected using a questionnaire, and processed by SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data, and statistical techniques were applied to test for validity and reliability. The results of the test showed that work status a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at CV Rahma 35 partially and simultaneously. This research data was collected from 40 respondents who worked at CV Rahma 35. Respondents were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. Statements are given using a questionnaire. Respondents' responses to the statements were then analyzed quantitatively which included descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, classical assumption tests and multiple liner analysis. The research results show that the Work Environment variable does not significantly influence employee performance at CV.Rahma 35. This is shown by the tcount value of 0.687 < 1.687 ttable. Then it was strengthened by the significance value obtained of 0.496 > 0.05. So based on these results it can be stated that the work environment does not affect employee performance. The organizational culture variable shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV.Rahma 35. This is shown by the tcount value of 6,739 > 1,687 ttable value. This is also reinforced by the significance value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05. So based on these results, it can be stated that organizational culture can partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at CV RAHMA 35. The variable that dominantly influences employee performance at CV.Rahma 35 is Organizational Culture. This is shown by the beta value results which are higher compared to the beta value results for the work environment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Rahma 35 Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang secara parsial dan simultan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 40 responden yang bekerja di CV Rahma 35. Responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pernyataan diberikan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Tanggapan responden terhadap pernyataan-pernyataan menggunakan metode secara kuantitatif yang meliputi analisis deskriptif,analisis inferensial,uji asumsi klasik dan analisis liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV.Rahma 35. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 0.687 < 1.687 ttabel. Kemudian diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi yang didapat sebesar 0.496 > 0.05. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut dinyatakan Lingkungan Kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel budaya organisasi menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV.Rahma 35. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 6.739 > 1.687 nilai ttabel. Juga diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa Budaya Organisasi secara parsial dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV RAHMA 35 Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Variabel lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dikarenakan nilai signifikan dari hasil uji-f (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05.
