Abstract

NEW ATLAS GROUP is one of company that is concern in providing taxi transportation services inSemarang. The research itself aims to determine of the influence of Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2),Customer Satisfaction (Z) of the Customer Loyalty (Y) New Atlas Taxi’s. This type of research used is explanatoryresearch, data collection methods using an oral interview and a data collection tool using a questionnaire with asample of 100 respondents New Atlas Taxi users of transport services via nonprobability sampling technique byusing purposive sampling method (sampling technique based on certain conditions). The analysis technique uses testvalidity, test reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test with SPSS 20 tool.From the data analysis it can be concluded that amounted to 61.8% customer satisfaction variables can beexplained by service quality variable and 57.1% explained by product quality variable. 15.2% customer loyaltyvariable can be explained by service quality variable and 15.4% explained by the variable quality product quality.Customer satisfaction being a mediator to customer loyalty due to the indirect effect by 26.7% of the service qualityvariable and product quality variables. The suggestion in this research is the company management is necessary togive directions the driver to pay more attention to the quickness and timeliness of delivering passengers to theirdestination, more discipline the taxi driver in order to obey the standard service procedure that has beenestablished, providing complaint and suggestion boxes for each passenger in the taxi fleet.

Abstract

The problem found in this study is based on the development data of Lohjinawe Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in 2013 to 2015, it indicates that many things do not reach the target, this is may be the implementation of organizational culture in Lohjinawe Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) is not going well. It indicates that the employees have not responsibility in their work that causes working result is not maximum. Lijan Poltak Sinambela, (2012: 3) states that employees performance is defined as the employee’s ability in doing a certain skill.The purpose of this study is to know the influence of organizational culture, motivation and disciplinary working to the employee performance. The type of this research is explanatory research. The population is all employees of Lohjinawe Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with total of 54 employees. The data collection used in this research is questionnaire through validity and reliability test, interview and observation. The data analysis used is simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test an F test) with SPSS 20.0 version.The result shows that the correlation of organizational culture on employee performance is in the number of 0.453. The coefficient of determination (R2) of organizational culture to the employee performance is 20.6%. The correlation of motivation to the employee performance is low and it is in the number of 0.353. The coefficient of determination (R2) of motivation to the employee performance is 12.4%. The correlation of disciplinary working to the employee performance is in the number of 0,375. The coefficient of determination (R2) of working discipline to the employee performance is 14.0%. Simultaneously, organizational culture, motivation and working discipline give significant effect to the employee performance with F calculation (6.299) > F table (2,790) with significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is the organizational culture, motivation and disciplinary working give positive effect to the employee performance in the Lohjinawe Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP).The suggestion to improve employee performance is to maintain the business continuity, the administrator of Lohjinawe (KSP) must have many strategies to increase the productivity by considering the factor of human resources working in that place. It is done in order to improve motivation and disciplinary working of work by making cultures to give positive value to the employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location of the purchase decisions on Housing Graha Candi Golf Semarang. Type of research used in this study is explanatory, the study highlights the effect between the study variables and test hypotheses exist. The sampling method using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study using simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows. The results and discussion can be explained by t test product quality has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when the product quality is getting better, the higher the level of purchase decision. Price has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when more affordable and competitive price, the higher the level of purchase decision.Location has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when the strategic location, the higher the level of purchase decision. While the F test showed that the quality of the product, price and location simultaneously positive influence on purchase decisions, ie the better the quality of the product, price and location of the eyes of consumers, the higher the level of purchase decision. From this analysis also can be seen that the variable is a variable location of the dominant influence on the purchase decision, it can dibuktikkan of regression results in the coefficient beta (β) the most, the location with complete facilities and flood free. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of the product, price, and location of the home purchase decision on Housing Graha Candi Golf included in either category, which was considered by most respondents, the higher the purchase decision.

Abstract

: Every organization which is serving the public importanceof State-owned or private organization, want to get maximum achievement related to the employee’s performance, improvement result and attain the goal of the organization. From the performance’s appraisal there is still unfulfilled working standard and the lack of the provision of the facilities provided by the company The aim of the study is determine the effect of working environment toward employee’s performance at CV. Cynthia Box Kudus.The tipe of the study is explanatory,which is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires, with 45 samples of employees from the production division and the research took all of them, or simple called as saturated sample. Methode of analysis used in this study is Quantitative Data Analysis. This research uses some data analytical methods, such as validity test, reliability test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test, which are supported by SPSS 15.00. The results and discussion of this study found that categorization of the good working environment and the mean variabel score is 3,50. However, in the assessment of the work environment there is still not well under the average of which is about a smooth communication and levels of air temperature in the workplace. T-test value is 3,780 > t-table 2,0167. The corellation between working environment and employee’s performance is intermediate. The regression coefficient of working environment is 0,109 and its coefficient of determination is 24,9%. The categorization of compensation is good enough and the mean variabel score is 3,69. However, in the assessment of compensation there is still not well under the average of which is about the suitability of the amount of overtime pay. T-test value is 1,758 < t-table 2,0167. The corellation between compensation and employee’s performance still need some improvement. The regression coefficient of compensation is 0,302 and its coefficient of determination is 6,5%. The categorization of employee’s performance is good enough and the mean variabel score is 3,66. F-test value is 7,071 < F-table 3,22. The Conclusions and suggestions work environment partially influence on employee performance, whereas partial compensation does not influence the employee’s performance.However, the working environment and compensation are tested simultaneously and there is an influence on employee’s performance. Suggestion for the company, they should keep the company facilities and improve the work environment and still maintain consistency in giving welfare for the employees in order to improve employees performance.

Abstract

Labor productivity is the ability to perform their activities to achieve the output with defined target, but often there are obstacle in fullfilling the target.  To achieve the target CV. Laksana must take into account many factors which influence the labor productivity.  This purpose of this study is to identify the effect of training, motivation, and work environment to labor productivity CV. Laksana Frame and Body Division. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample used is 118 respondents. The sampling techniques is probability sampling. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, observation and literature review. Data analysis techniques are, validation, realibility, correlation, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t and f test with IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 21.0. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that training, motiviation, and work environment affects labor productivity through testing simple linear regression produce regression value of 0.467, 0.402, and 0.479. The advice  proposed to the company are to improve the suitability of training materials to work needs, the accuracy of training methods, rewards of outstanding employees, workplace layouts, and workplace safety.

Abstract

Dairy beverage industry company PT . Frisian Flag is introducing dairy products under the brand through advertising flag with electronic media . Thus it is imperative for companies such as dairy beverage processing PT.Frisian Flag that produce milk with a brand flag to know the behavior of consumers , in order to implement brand development strategy is mainly associated with a media campaign that also will be used further in the future . This study aims to : ( 1 ) To determine the effect of brand equity on purchase decisions flag dairy products . ( 2 ) To determine the effect of promotions on purchase decisions flag dairy products . ( 3 ) To determine the effect of brand equity and promotion of dairy product purchasing decisions flag . This type of research is quantitative research , the technique of collecting data through questionnaires . The sampling technique used judgement sampling technique , the sample of 100 people who consume milk flag Frisian Flag UHT Low Fat & High Calcium in Semarang . The analytical method used was simple and multiple regression analysis , the validity and reliability .Based on the analysis , the conclusion is : ( 1 ) Variable FF UHT milk brand equity LF & HC classified in the high category . ( 2 ) Variable UHT milk promotion FF LF & HC is good . ( 3 ) a decision variable purchase UHT milk LF FF & HC is fair. ( 4 ) brand equity variables have an influence on purchase decision variable of 0.248 . ( 5 ) promotion variables have an influence on purchase decision variable that is equal to 0.278 . ( 6 ) and promotion of brand equity variables have an influence on the purchase decision of .760 .

Abstract

The needs of today's society about documentation tools has become a ordinary needs and almost any people had use of photographic equipment such as cameras. As time goes by, types of camera is always evolving. Digital Single Lens Reflex or DSLR is one type of camera that can be used for people and especially photographers. Canon is one of the famous brand of digital SLR in the world. However, strict competition among providers of photographic products and the emergence of new types of cameras that can adjust the times and people's lifestyle, making the Canon DSLR product sales declined, particularly in the city of Semarang.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Canon DSLR in Semarang City. The type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research is the owner of a Canon DSLR in Semarang with the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Measurement scale using Likert scale. The analytical method used is the correlation test, determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test using SPSS program version 18.Based on the results of the research, revealed that the partially, product quality and brand image has positive influence on the purchasing decision which is indicated by result of the value of t test bigger than t table. Significantly, variable product quality and brand image has positive influence towards purchasing decision indicated by value of F test larger than F table.And the advice that can be given is product quality improvement, especially in the DSLR’s ease of use, aesthetics improvements, and also provide easier access to consumers towards service center. Besides, Canon also need to make Canon's attributes more easily recognized by the public as well as applying the innovation of its products in order to not to bear the impression of monotonous and outdated tools.

Abstract

The lifestyle of women at this time demands to pay more attention to appearance, for that skin care is very important for everyone. Moreover, to overcome various complaints that cause problems on the skin that can reduce beauty, then everyone needs the right product and care. The clinical need for beauty in the community, makes the beauty business grow rapidly and compete with each other. One of the beauty clinics that still survive today is Gracia clinic Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of prices, image brands and service quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is explanatory research and the sampling technique uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method, the technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents in the city of Semarang. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression tests, significance of t test, and F test with SPSS for windows version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the price variable, brand image and service quality have a strong and positive influence on Gracia Skin Clinic purchasing decisions. Service quality and price variables show 0.651 that the relationship between the two variables to purchasing decisions has a strong relationship. The price variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 45.7% affects purchasing decisions so 54.3% is influenced by other factors. Brand image variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 44.2% influences purchasing decisions so 55.8% is influenced by other factors. The service quality variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 87.6% influence purchasing decisions so that 12.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the decrease in the sales division employees at PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe annually. In addition, many employees who complained about the lack of support in the organization of work, coupled with the level of employee performance in achieving sales targets fluktuatif. The aim of this research is conducted to determine the influence of commitment organizational and perceived organizational support to company performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The population is all of employees of the sales division. The sample are 60 person of employees of sales division, with sample technique used was sensus sampling. The analysis used in this research is the Path Analysis using software SPS 15.0, which previously tested the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and signification test (t test and F test) first. The result of this research approved that commitment organizational (X1) and perceived organizational support (X2) partially or simultaneously can influenced organizational citizenship behavior (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). According the result of path analysis showed that organizational citizenship behavior variable is intervening variable towards employee performance in this research.

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor in a creat the purpose of business administration. Grasia hotel confront high turnover. Many factors that affect them career development and job satisfaction.This study intend to determine the effect of career development towards job satisfaction, career development towards work motivation, job satisfaction towards work motivation, and career development towards job satisfaction through work motivation,In this study the population are official employee of Grasia Hotel Semarang which is 80 samples. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The analysis technique used are correlation test, determination test, simple regression test, signification test, sobel test, mediation test using SPSS version 16 application.The result of this research indicate that the career development has a significant effect towards job satisfaction, career development has significant effect towards work motivation, job satisfaction has effect towards work motivation, career development has effect towards job satisfaction through work motivation partial mediation. Each hypothesis test has a significant 0.00.Based on this, researchers suggest that additonal and maximizing the work motivation by increasing the frequency employee morale by giving bonuses and reward. In addition, holding job training with mentor guidance.
