Abstract

This study aims to determine the most dominating factor between psychological factors, social factors, and personal factors / personal in influencing decisions PLN use prepaid electricity system and also to know the perceptions of consumers about prepaid electricity system. The research was conducted through descriptive research. The number of samples in this study amounted to 94 respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique. Measurement scale with a Likert scale. Data collection by interview using a guiding question and questionnaires. Analysis of the test data using factor analysis with SPSS 16.0.Statistical calculations it can be concluded that the personal factor variables / personal (X3) dominance is very strong, with the acquisition of a value of 0766. Psychological factor variable (X1) strong dominance, with the acquisition value of 0.692. Variable social factors (X2) dominance is strong enough, the acquisition value of 0.515.The conclusion is that the respondents felt a strong psychological factor in the decision category of prepaid electricity use, social factors in the category is strong enough for the decision of prepaid electricity usage, and personal factors / personal in a very strong category for decisions using prepaid electricity system. PT PLN (Persero) should consider social factors in order to attract more consumers to use or switch to a prepaid electricity system by way of more intensive socialization of the prepaid electricity. It is also recommended to management to improve the ease of the procedure can reload prepaid electricity anytime and anywhere. Improve the management of services to suit customer needs, such as providing complete information on the use of prepaid electricity system and provide ease of provision of purchase of prepaid electricity pulses.

Abstract

One of the efforts to be made by the manufacturer to be able to attract customersand compete with other manufacturers is to build brand equity that consists of severalelements of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty.ThisStudy aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchase decisions sausage so nice insemarang, either individually or simultan.Data used is primary data from 97 respondentswhere the number of respondents is determined by a formula Lemeshow and David.Respondents were taken by accidental sampling method.Data were analyzed using simplelinear regression and Multiple Linear regression.Result show that brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and brand loyaltypositive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, either individually orsimultaneously. Variables that have the most influence on purchasing decisions is brandassociations Suggested to the company to increase brand awareness, perceived quality,brand association and brand loyalty to increase sales.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, demanding society to always follow the actual information and news. Newspaper is one type of mass media, which is able to present a lot of information and news updates. One of the newspaper printing companies in Central Java, is PT. Suara Merdeka Press. Even though the sales target of Suara Merdeka daily sales tends to be stable, the facts are still not reaching 100% target although the sales target is relatively realistic from year to year. This study aims to determine the effect of Miteting Communication, Product Quality and Brand Image on the Decision of Purchasing Suara Merdeka newspaper. This type of research is explanatory research, in which data collection techniques are used, namely questionnaires. The sample selected amounted to 100 people with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. The respondents are consumers who purchase a newspaper product Suara Merdeka. Data analysis used were validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and significance test (t and F test) with SPSS version 22.Based on the results of the study note that Marketing Communication variables contribute influence on Purchase Decision by 40.8%. Product Quality Variables contribute influence to the Purchase Decision of 40.2%. Variable Brand Image contributes influence to the Purchase Decision of 36.2%. While simultaneously Product Quality, Service Quality, and Brand Image contributed to the influence of the Purchasing Decision of 52.8%. That is, the better Maketing Communication, Product Quality, and Brand Image, the higher the decision to Purchase Suara Merdeka newspaper products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of  promotion, intensity of competition, and product policy on marketing performance bandeng presto. This type of research is explanatory research, with methods data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Sampling techniques using the technique of nonprobability sampling and samples are saturated. The sample in this research were 31 businessmen bandeng presto on Sentra Bandeng Presto. This research uses techniques of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using the test of validity, reliability, regression analysis, the determination coefficient, test of significance (t-test).From the data analysis it can be conclude, that the indicate below entire partially independent variable, the variable promotion (X1) effect on the marketing performance (Y) amounted to 40,9%, intensity of competition (X2) effect on marketing performance marketing (Y) of 61,2%, and policy products (X3) effect on performance marketing (Y) of 54,9%.

Abstract

Improvement and development of business world would be always come together with development of existing technology. One of influenced business by internet technology is e-commerce. In the middle of tight competition between business for Traveloka, effort to create customer loyalty is an important thing to do to prevent customer from turning to another product or service.The results showed on analyze factor test is occured five variables which qualifies Measure of Sampling (MSA) to be above 0.5, that is Ease of Access (0,793), Range of Products (0,837), Price of Product (0,896), Payment Method (0,807), and Display of Product (0,842). Based on analyst, both in partial or simultant, those five variables influenced customer loyalty.The suggestion based on research, Traveloka should improve the user interface of both website and mobile application, improve the range of product especially the hotel product, put more attention on price rivalry between competitors, review the standard operating procedure of payment procedure, and improve the quality and accuracy of hotel product photo.

Abstract

Govermance Corporation of Loan Public Bank BKK BOJA of Kendal Patebon Branch is goverman corpuration which run banking sector. Development of bank average in Kendal is fast, it causes hard competition. It also causes PD. BPR BKK BOJA of Kendal Patebon Branch increase it’s service quality for getting costumer’s as much as it can. This analysis result show that tangible variable tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence positive and significance of PD. BPR BKK BOJA of Kendal Patebon Branch.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.FUMIRA Semarang, aimed at analyzing the role of trade unions as representatives in making Collective Labor Agreements (KKB), the role of trade unions in creating harmonious, dynamic, and fair work agreements as well as the role of trade unions as distributors of aspirations in fighting for labor rights. The results of this study can be concluded that the role of trade unions at PT.Fumira Semarang is categorized as good, it can be seen from the Role of Trade Unions in Making Collective Agreements and the Role in Resolving Industrial Disputes. In this case workers feel that trade unions can be the right place for channeling aspirations and when there are rights that are not fulfilled by the company, the unions have become a forum for workers who are responsible for fighting for, defending and protecting workers' rights and obligations as well as preventing conflicts in industrial relations itself. Maintenance of relations between workers, trade unions and management within the scope of industrial relations is necessary to prevent conflicts in the world of work. Conflicts that are not immediately resolved can lead to cases of industrial relations disputes due to disharmony relations between these parties Suggestions that can be given are 1) trade unions should try more hard to fight for labor right at PT.FUMIRA so as not to be impressed only as a formality institution, 2) there workers or same workers as representative are involved at the time of the review with respect to the contents of the collective labor agreement, 3) the schedule for the payment of wages should not be delayed from the time agreed upon in the agreement.

Abstract

Tupperware is a pioneer of products made from plastics that offer safety for health and the environment. However, the advantages offered by Tupperware felt not optimal. Many complaints by consumers to the company, among others, the long warranty service, product names are difficult to remember, limited product availability, and so forth. So that these things will obviously affect customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and customer value to customer satisfaction in using Tupperware products. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research that consumers PT. Tiara Kinarya Sakti and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is cross tabulation, correlation, determination, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS version 16.Based on the survey results revealed that the brand image, product quality, and customer value provides a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. X variables that have the most influence on customer satisfaction is customer value.Some recommends that could give the author is to intensify promotion of Tupperware products, to check the goods before the customer leaves the distributor’s office, adding stock warrany Tupperware products, giving an adward or reward to loyal customers, improve hospitality and speed in serving customers, and more spread sales force with the lure of an extra bonus if successfully exceeded the target.

Abstract

Nowadays,the development of fashion trends are always updated, many of the production companies engaged in the field of fashion always arise the initiative to always follow the latest trends for products sold in the market. Quality products and follow the latest trends can attract consumer appeal to buy. Considering the increasing competition of retail business, every retail business needs to increase the strength that exist within the company by raising the difference or uniqueness of the company compared with the competitors to be able to attract consumer buying. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, store atmosphere, and discounts on the purchase decision of case studies at consumers of the House of Smith area Semarang. This research type is explanatory research. Sampling technique using Incidental sampling method. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, t test and F test with SPSS program aid. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, showing the results of research purchasing decisions are in good category of 4.02 percent. Product quality variable is in good category, equal to 3,79 percent. Store atmosphere variables are in good category, amounting to 3.83 percent, variable discount is in the high category, amounting to 3.52 percent. Suggestion in this research is company need to improve product quality especially about characteristic of product assessed by consumer not yet owned by House of Smith. In addition, companies should be more varied in designing its products to attract consumers and consumer purchasing decisions will increase.

Abstract

Raw materials inventory controlling was primarily aimed at achieving cost efficiencies in inventory levels. Inventory cost efficiency will be achieved if the company has done supply controlling of  proper raw material. One of the many ways to control the supply of raw materials is to make the purchase in accordance with the production plan and precise calculations to avoid deficiency and excess in the supply of raw materials.Based on the survey results revealed that the purchasing of raw materials using the EOQ total inventory was less than without EOQ. Besides the purchasing with the purchasing frequency EOQ method is smaller than without the EOQ. The purchasing with EOQ method are also safety stock that have been taken into account so that there will be no excess or shortage of raw materials.In making the purchasing of raw materials, PT. gentong gotri Semarang has to use EOQ method in order to save on inventory costs, and hold safety stock to avoid excess or shortage of raw materials.
