Abstract

RM Ayam Goreng Bu Bengat is one of the famous restaurants in the north coast area of Batang - Semarang, precisely located at Jl. Raya Kutosari-Gringsing, Batang Regency. The restaurant which has been established since 1952 is currently facing competition, so it needs to pay attention to and maintain the quality of service to provide satisfaction and create customer loyalty. In addition, currently it is threatened to be affected by the construction of the Batang – Semarang toll road. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of RM Ayam Goreng Bu Bengat. The type of research used is explanatory research. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaire tools, with samples used by 100 people using accidental techniques and purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through cross tabulation test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, significance test (t test and F test), sobel test with the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0. The results showed that the variable customer satisfaction is a partial mediation variable that is able to mediate the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty because the output of the single test is greater than t table. Based on the results of the study, researchers suggested that RM Ayam Goreng Bu Bengat need to realize the expectations of customers more, especially in terms of price and service quality to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of  the outlet and product quality toward purchase decisions through brand trust of herbal medicine consumers of Nyonya Meneer in Semarang. This type of research is explanatory, to explain the causal relationship between the outlet and product quality toward purchase decisions. Population ini this research is Nyonya Meneer consumers who was 16 until 35 years and live in Semarang. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people.                                                         The sampling on this study is used purposive sampling’method. Data collection methods used is literature studies and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using a test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. While hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and path analysis.                                                         The results showed that outlet and  product quality affects purchase decisions. Based on the path analysis, its show that direct effect of outlet toward purchase decisions is 0,122. Meanwhile, the impact of outlet toward purchase decisions through brand trust is 0,027192. Its show that the impact of outlet toward purchase decisions is higher though not  through the brand trust. In the other side, the  direct effect of  product quality toward purchase decisions is 0,126. Menawhile, the impact of product quality toward purchase decisions through brand trust is 0,032857.  Its show that the impact of product qulity toward purchase decisions is higher though not  through the brand trust.             Based on this analysis, the advice that can be given to improve the brand trust or purchase decisions is that the PT Nyonya Meneer and the outlets owner should be able to improve the outlet with improving the desain and facilities outlet. And then to maintain product quality by improve quality packaging and the addition of variants taste. And to be able to invite young consumers, Nyonya Meneer can also add activities involving young consumers.But, based on the path analyse showed that coefficient has small number, so its better to the company also give the attention to other factors that impact the purchase decisions.

Abstract

The increased needs of the community road transport services will trigger the growth of transportation business in the form of Company Otobus. The increasing mobility forcing consumers choosing alternative Otobus from various companies. Every companies must win the competition to attract consumer to use its services. This research focus to result that show usage of the decision in PO Ramayana Magelang obtained from responden.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality, brand image and price of tickets against the decision of the use of PO Ramayana. This research type is explanatory research. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. As for the total sampleas many as 100 respondents. This program assisted by SPSS 21.0.Based on the descriptive analysis, indicating the variable quality of service are on a good categorization of 54%. Brand iage variable are at good categorization by 48%. Varible price of tickets are at very good categorization of 66% and use of decision are at high categorization of 71%. Multiple corelation coeficient based on obtained values of the corelation that indicates 0,620 is strong correlation. Based on determination of coefficient indicates that the variable service quality, brand image and price of tickets contributed amounted to 38,4% against of the use decision variable.

Abstract

This study aimed  to determine the effect of variable organizational culture, organizational communication and motivation on employees performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area. The population of this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area  96 people total by spreading using census or sampling method saturated. Measurement scale using Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. From the analysis of the data is known that organizational culture variables affect employee performance at 31.3 percent. Organizational communication variables affect the performance of employees at 23.5 percent. Motivational variables affect the performance of employees at 45.2 percent. Taken together organizational culture, organizational communication and motivation affects the performance of employees at 52.6 percent. This means better or higher organizational culture, organizational communication, and motivation of employees it is expected that the better performance and higher as well.Based on these research  result, the management of PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area needs to consider the conditions of the organizational culture that have been implemented of the company. Organizational communication level also should be maintained properly so that employees can be more effective at work. Companies also need  to increase the motivation of its employees. So employees can be more motivated in their works to improve its performance. With the increasing of the performance the company's goals of the PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area can be reached.

Abstract

Samsung Electronics is the largest electronics device manufacturer in the world. The increase of competition in the smartphone market and the decline in sales and market share of Samsung smartphones makes Samsung have to make a better marketing strategy. Nowadays, company require to be able to produce products with good quality and prices so consumers will feel satisfied and will increase their loyalty. This research used explanatory research with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The sample in this study is 100 respondents of Samsung smartphone users in Semarang with a purposive sampling become sample collection technique. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on product quality and price on customer satisfaction, product quality and price on customer loyalty, positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Based on the sobel test results, there was an influence between product quality on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction with partial mediation, and the effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction occurs full mediation. The suggestion in this research is that companies can reach all levels of the economy without reducing the quality of the products offered.

Abstract

Business global era requires companies to have employees who are high quality and have a good performance . Compensation received by employees and the implementation of career development is a factor that can improve employee performance. PT Nasmoco Magelang is one car company Toyota which has a fairly high level of sales. Based on preliminary survey found problems regarding compensation and career development that is not in accordance with the wishes of employees . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable compensation and career development partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The analysis tool used is quantitative analysis includes correlation , simple linear regression , multiple linear regression , koerfisien test of determination ( R2 ) and the significance test with SPSS 16.0 . The test results demonstrate the compensation and career development and simultaneous partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and career development affects the performance of employees is the coefficient of determination of 51.4 %. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test career development have the greatest influence on employee performance with a significance of 0.000. PT Nasmoco Magelang is expected to adjust the amount of bonuses and incentives with the performance of each employee, As well as informing CAN do career development To employees well and that more attention to education

Abstract

This research caused by the development of business transporting , especially the air line route who that they are still needed by the community in Indonesia . This phenomenon characterized by abundance flight services as garuda indonesia, lion air, citilink, sriwijaya air, batik air and many more. Lion Air became one of theairline by offering lowcostandmostattractive to the community , hasbeenproven bytopbrand index20122016 to the second position after garuda indonesia. However, there were fluctuations on 2012-2016 and last year a decline in the number of passengers in Semarang City on 2016 . This research aims to determine the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty through brand trust as intervening variable of lion air airline. The type of this research is explanatory research, with data collection techniques through The questionnaire. Using the technique of sampling with purposive sampling. Sample in this research were 112 respondent consists of Lion Air Airline Users in Kota Semarang. The Technique to collect data in this research through the questionnaire. This research use qualitative analysis technique and quantitative analysis technique. Quantitative analysis use validity test, realibility test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient, signification test that Being tested use SPSS for Windows. The results showed that there are positive effect of brand experience to brand trust, positive effect of brand image to brand trust, positive effect of brand experience to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand image to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand trust to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand experience to brand loyalty through brand trust as intervening variable, and positive effect of brand image to brand loyalty through brand trust as interveningvariable.

Abstract

This research aims to assess wealth of BMT Tamzis Wonosobo by using CAMEL method during a period of time of 2008 to 2012. Camel method has five aspects, which are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), earning asset quality ratio (KAP) and Provision For Loan Losses (PPAP), management, asset earning power and operational independency ratio, and liquidity, cash and loan to deposit ratio. This research is a quantitative one and is guided by Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia No. 96/Kep.M.KUKM/IX/2004 about Standardized guide on Operational Management for Saving And Loan Cooperation and Cooperation’s Saving And Loan Unit. This research use both qualitative data from interview as well as quantitative data obtained from financial report of BMT Tamzis Wonosobo.The result and discussion of all CAMEL’s factor is healthy except on earning power factor, however, Asset Earning Power Ratio is low because too high growth in fixed assets. Conclusion and suggestion based on CAMEL method suggest that it gains healthy status from 2008 to 2012 because its credit value is more than 81 which is 92.95 at 2008 to 2011 and 90.45 at 2012 due to the decreased earning power factor. It is suggested for BMT Tamzis Wonosobo to enhance its asset quality that supports good health level, optimalize fund gathering and allocating effectively and efficiently. Another suggestion would be for BMT Tamzis to sustain its health level by increasing ratio value of each of CAMEL factors. Things need to be concern about, in this case, is earning power ratio because seeing from its percentage weight, this ratio is very dominating.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how big the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) variables simultaneously and partially to the company's share price and which variables gave the dominant influence on stock prices. The sample in this study were 45 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ45. The results using simple and multiple linear regression test showed that the company's financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, NPM and EPS had an influence on stock prices. Partially concluded that ROA, ROE and EPS significantly affected stock prices, while the ROA did not significantly affect stock prices. NPM had dominant influence towards stock prices on companies listed in the LQ45 index.

Abstract

This research was aims to determine how to improve employee competency on PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi through job training to improve employee performance. The  frame in this study to use the ADDIE Model which is a Learning Organizing program. The program would be an analytical tool for the answering research problems. The method used is a qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques through by observation and interviews. Interviews were on 3 speakers, the Production Manager, Chief Supervisor, and Production Staff. The results of this research that the Analyze and Development is done well. However, in the application of Design, Implementation and Evaluation is not good. So, the advice given is in the Design should all new employees put in one Line, in the Implementation should the material of the work introduction training program can doing at least 3 days and in the Evaluation should can doing in each phase Analyze, Design, Development and Implementation phase to repairs at each stage .
