Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is the target to be achieved by the Directorate General of Taxes to increase state tax revenues. To achieve that goal, the Directorate General of Taxation issued a new policy that the Tax Amnesty. With the issuance of the tax amnesty policy aims to increase the state tax revenue, one of them through increased tax compliance. This study aimed to determine the effect of the tax dissemination and understanding of the taxpayer on tax compliance time tax amnesty policy implemented in KPP Semarang Tengah Dua. This type of research is explanatory research with 100 respondents drawn using quota sampling technique. In this study, aided by computer programs for data processing SPSS. Research results that socialization variables taxpayer and a significant positive effect on tax compliance by partial and able to explain the tax compliance of 32%. Understanding of the taxpayer is able to explain the tax compliance by 29.6%. Through research it is known that the socialization of the taxpayer and the taxpayer simultaneously understanding of positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Semarang Tengah Dua. Based on the research done it can be concluded that taxpayer compliance is considered to be higher .To boost compliance advised for djp to arrange the socialization for taxpayers small and medium businesses umkm especially regarding the procedures for the registration of bookkeeping well and properly, because taxpayer compliance indicators obtain that response was low enough of the respondents.

Abstract

Trust in brand became the basis of the creation of the customer's brand loyalty considering problems brand to be one of the issues that  should be monitored constantly by each company. Increasingly fierce competition and growing customer expectations Blackberry encourage companies to focus more on efforts to retain existing customers, through increased consumer loyalty to the brand. The increase in consumer brand loyalty is influenced by many factors, including brand characteristics, product differentiation and brand trust. The problem in this study was a decrease in the number of BlackBerry users in 2010 amid rise in the number of users in each year over the last 6 years. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between brand characteristics, product differentiation and brand trust on brand loyalty.This research used explanatory research. From 221 research population taked 69 respondents as sample with Simple Random Sampling method. Collecting data used questionnaire. Analysis data used correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression analysis, t test, and F test.The Result this research show that brand characteristic, product differentiation and brand trust have positive influence and significant on brand loyalty (with result as bis as 26,9%, 44,9%, and 33,2% for each variable) as well as in simultaneous as big as 52,1% with product differentiation gave biggest influence.For to the Blackberry should still perform periodic evaluations and improvements that can be better compared with other products, and has its own character, must maintain a viable product differentiation for consumers that is based on the quality and features are given, as well as providing design and warranty in accordance with the product the. For further research needs to be conducted research on factors other than the characteristics of the brand, product differentiation and brand trust on brand loyalty as price, equity, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by globalization and the rapid development of science as a source of the driving force of the organization, so that it becomes competitive organization and competitiveness. Development organizations, both businesses and public organizations to improve the competitiveness of a competitive, rife with using the knowledge asset approach. A change of leadership of the new branch of PT. New Ratna Motor since 2016 so there is a change related to the company's policy is applied, this affects the performance of employees for necessary adjustments to the new policy. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of personal knowledge, job procedures and technology to employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research with data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique using census sampling techniques or saturated. Samples in this study amounted to 57 respondents who are permanent employees and contract employees of PT. Nasmoco Karangjati Motor. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability, coefficient correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and significance test t test and F. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, found that the variable of personal knowledge, job procedures and technology affect the performance of employees with a coefficient of 4.852; 5.341; and 7.274. Simultaneously, variable personal knowledge, job procedures and technology affect the performance of employees with F count> F table (21.036> 2.773) with a significant number 0.0000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is the personal knowledge and significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nasmoco Karangjati Motor. Job procedure positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nasmoco Karangjati Motor. Technology positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nasmoco Karangjati Motor. The dominant variable affecting the performance of technology, this is because every division uses technology to simplify the task menjalanakan. Advice can be given by researchers to the company that the expected to updated periodically appropriate technology systems business development for technology variables most dominating performance of employees. Companies should be firm to the employees that they came too late to be more disciplined. The management needs to set up a schedule of training for new employees in order to reduce employee absence in the training. Socialization and motivation to employees the importance of responsibility and a sense of ownership of the company, a solid loyalty can make employees become personally responsible for adhering to the commitments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dissatisfaction and advertisement of competing products towards brand switching behaviour of IM3 consumers through variety seeking as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Whereas, the method of analysis used in this research was path analysis. The result of calculation indicated that each of the variable of dissatisfaction, variable of competing product advertisements, and variable of variety seeking has a positive, significant effect on variable of brand-switching behaviour. The effect caused by the variable of dissatisfaction towards variable of brand-switching behaviour is the biggest, it is as much as 57.5%. Simultaneously has a positive, significant effect towards variable of brand-switching behaviour as much as 65.5%, while the remaining is 34.5% is explained by the other factors. Based on the path analysis calculation, it was proved that variable of variety seeking as a moderating variable can be a strengthening relationship mediator between variable of competing product advertisement and variable of brand switching behavior. Meanwhile, the variety seeking variable exactly being a mediator which weaken the relevance of dissatisfaction variable to the brand switching behavior. The recommendations of this research are the company should improve the quality of service, expand the signal coverage, upgrade the signal strength, make the sound of product clearer. The company also should increase the frequency of publicity in several media. The creativity of advertising strategy also should be increase in term of showing/ appearance, design, and the message that will be delivered. Its advertisement should explain the brand excellence comparing with the competitors to prevent the customers who like variations.

Abstract

The development of the business world triggered competition in all fields, especially business competition in the atumotive business world. This research was conducted at PT.Nusantara Sakti Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1), Promotions (X2) dan Price (X3) on Purchase Decisions (Y) consumers of PT.Nusantara Sakti Semarang. This type of research uses Explanatory Research with data collection using interviews and data collection tools using questionmaires with a sample of 100 consymer respondents PT.Nusantara Sakti Semarang using Purposive Sampling anda Accidental Sampling. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiplr linear regression, t test and F tes with SPSS 25.0.From the results of the study showed that the quality of the product has an effect on purchasing decisions of 38,1% promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions of 46,1% and the price has an effect on purchasing decision of 66,6% while simultaneously the quality of products, promotions and price influence purchasing decisions 66,6%. This means that the better the quality of the product, promotion and price, the higher the decision to purchase a Honda Beat at PT.Nusantara Sakti Semarang. Price variables on purchasing decisions have a greater effect than product qualitu and promotion variables. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested that PT.Nusantara Sakti Semarang especially in Honda Beat products make improvements and control over the quality of their product and also intensify promotion so that consumer purchasing decisions can increase.

Abstract

HSE implementation and compensation are the factors that may increase employees performance. Based on preface survey in PT PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR IV there are some problems about HSE and compensation that unsuitable with occupation responsibility.The purpose of study was to know HSE and compensation had influence to employees performance partially and simultaneously. The analysis used qualitatif analysis and quantity analysis that were including data quality test, crosstab, corelation test, regression test, and significant test by SPSS 20.0 software. The test results demonstrate that HSE and compensation had influence to employees performance partially and simultaneously. Based on double regression test with signification 0.020, that means HSE had influence more significant than compensation to employees performance at PT PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR IV. PT PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR IV should to equip the HSE tools completesly by adding masker and adjust the employees allowance with job result for increasing employees performance too.

To face up fierce business competition honda beat series needs to influenceconsumers to choose and buy products honda beat series. Many factors affect consumers inmaking purchases, including Product Quality and Promotion. This study aims to determine thequality of products and promotion for product purchase decision of honda beat series partiallyand simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research.The questionnaire primary data is used and distributed to Semarang people who decided to buyand use honda beat series at astra honda motor gajahmada semarang dealer, counted as many as100 people. In the analysis used validity and reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient ofdetermination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and F test)using SPSS 22.The result of this study showed that the contribution given by product's quality (X1) towardbuying decision (Y) is 9.6%. The contribution given by promotion (X2) toward buying decision(Y) is 23.9%. The contribution given by product's quality (X1) and promotion (X2) towardbuying decision (Y) is 24.1%. From the two variables that affect buying decision, promotion isthe most significant variable that affects the customer's decision to buy Honda Beat Series.

Abstract

Human Resources is one factor that has important part of employee cooperation progress. Remember the interest of Human Resources, so the company should pay attention for any factors that affect Human Resources to cooperate. Which one is culture organization and also a good motivation so that could influence the employee to work adapted by standard and override their self-interests. Meanwhile, employee who have job satisfaction will maximize their work to increase employee cooperation.             The type of this research is using explanatory research. The resulting primary data is processed by using interview that consists of research instrument such as questioner and guiding question, and for the secondary data obtained by observation. Population of this research is all of PT. Janur Kuning Kudus workers that contained of 90 employee. Sample calculated by census technique because it has a homogen population's character and fulfill the term of conditions as sample research. Data analyzed by validity test, reliability test, cross tab, correlation simple linear regrecy, double linear regrecy, co-efficient determination, significance test and path analysis model to analyze the relation of causes-conclusions that occurred to double regrecy if independent variables affect to dependent variables directly and indirectly.              For the result, there are direct influences of culture organization variable (X1) to job satisfaction variable (Y1) at about 0,504. Motivation variable (X2) affects to job satisfaction (Y1) at about 0,204. Culture organization (X1) affects employee cooperation (Y2) at about 0,216. Motivation (X2) to employee cooperation (Y2) at about 0,345. Job satisfaction variable (Y1) to employee cooperation (Y2) 32,3 percent sub. While, indirect influences about affection of culture organization variable to employee cooperation variable through job satisfaction is 0,162792. And affection of motivation variable to employee cooperation variable through job satisfaction is 0,065892.

Abstract

The research was based on globalization era and the growth of knowledge and technology that changed resource-based paradigm into knowledge-based paradigm. The hotel hopes that the application of personal knowledge, organizational learning, and technology will improve the hotel employee performance. Patra Jasa Semarang employee performance has been quite well, but still not optimal. In 2013. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of personal knowledge, organizational learning, and technology on Patra Jasa Semarang employee performance. The research based on explanatory type by collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using census or saturated. The samples in this research were 108 respondents who are Patra Jasa Hotel Semarang permanent employee. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, cross tabulation, simple linear and multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and significance of t test and F test. According to the results of a simple linear regression analysis were found that the variable of personal knowledge, organizational learning, and technology have an effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0,201, 0,465, and 0,452. Personal knowledge, organizational learning, and technology simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with F count > F table (12,004 > 2,691) with a significance score at 0,000 < 0,005.

Abstract

CV. Laksana as an autobody manufacture have some employees that have low level work motivation such as the employees cant finish production target on time, the employees doesnt have encouragement to start work early, the employees doesnt have encouragement to work every day, and the employees doesnt have encouragement to work by self-supporting. It is considered that the cause of these phenomena is the lack of employees’ work competency is still in low level and compensation achieved from the company are not good. This research is conducted to acknowledge the effect of competency and compensation towards the work motivation of CV. Laksana’s employees. The type of this research is assosiative research. The sample used in this research is 67 respondents who are employees from body and frame section in CV Laksana. The data are collected by questionnaire using Likert scale. The analyzing methods used in this research are validity and reliability test, coefficient correlation (R), regression test, determination coefficient (R 2 ), t and F signification test using SPSS 25.0 application. The result of this research shows that by partial competency and compensation variables have influenced work motivation positively and significantly with regression coefficient value in competency variable (0,543) and compensation (0,158) and value in t competency variable test (4,521) and t compensation variable test (1,746). And by simultaneous competency and compensations variables have influenced work motivation positively and significantly with regression coeficient value in competency variable (0,522) and compensation variable (0,113) with F value test (11,344). It is suggested to the company to maintain employee motivation in high level with improve competency employee with training and fix compensation that given by the company with review the value of compensation has been given, fix job promotion system so the employees keep in motivated to work wel
