Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of digital pawnshop applications and service quality on customer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Semarang Regional Office. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office. Semarang who have downloaded the Digital Pegadaian Application are 282,526 people, while the sample in this study was 125 customers who were selected using the accidental random sampling technique with the Slovin formula.The analysis model used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis model and the analysis technique used a significance test. partial test (t test) and path analysis test to test the intervening variables with the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the hypothesis verification and discussion show that the use of digital pawnshop applications and service quality have a positive and significant effect on dap Customer Satisfaction. The use of digital pawnshop applications and service quality, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The role of satisfaction as an intervening variable is relatively weak in contributing to the influence of the use of digital pawnshop applications and service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

To sustain the effectiveness and productivity of employees, organizations need to avoid social loafing employees. Thus, it is considered important for this research to investigate antecedents of social loafing both individual (i.e., exchange ideology) and situational factors (i.e., task visibility). This research used a quantitative method and questionnaire as its research instrument to get the primary data using 90 employees as samples. SPSS PROCESS version 4.0 was used for testing the hypotheses. The output showed that task visibility is not significantly affecting social loafing (β = .054, t = .20, p ≥ .05). However, exchange ideology has been proven to significantly affecting social loafing (β = .740, t = 2.84, p ≤ .05). The test of the interaction between task visibility and exchange ideology toward employee social loafing showed that that indirect effect is not significantly affecting social loafing (β = -.118, t = -1.095, dan p ≥ .05). Accordingly, this study suggested that individual characteristics, especially exchange ideology, are important in reducing social loafing.

Abstract

In today's global era, especially in Indonesia, online buying and selling one commerce platforms has become a trend and societal necessity. Many e-commerce companies compete to dominate the existing market share, namely by developing a good marketing strategy to create a positive image in the minds of consumers. According to consumer media reports, Blibli.com is one of the Indonesian e commerce companies that is growing. However, Blibli.com frequently receives criticism from its customers regarding products, services, or promotions offered by Blibli.com. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of products, services, and promotions on purchasing decisions, with consumer reviews serving as an intermediate variable on the object of the Blibli.com platform user. The number of samples used is 100, with respondents qualifying as users of the Blibli.com application who have made purchases and read shopping reviews on the Blibli.com application. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method is used in this study, with AMOS as a data processing tool. According to the findings of this study, products, promotions, and services, as well as consumer reviews, have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to know and determine how users of LINE Webtoon with their freemium business model, who felt the experience of reading comics freely as its core service can influence the user intention to purchase paid service (premium) which is fast pass and daily pass as an access for locked comic. Besides analysis on their experience, this research also analyzed on how users perceived the added value of those paid service the application offers in influencing users purchase intention. Purposive sampling is used for gathering data from those users who never use paid service on app. Questionnaires are distributed by Google Form to the population who aged 18-26 years old that also users of e-wallet services in daily basis and gathered 150 samples. Methods used to analyze data in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the outer model, inner model, and moderating effect, also hypothesis testing with t table test and path analysis. This study shows that there are no influences from perceived enjoyment, perceived social value, consumer experience and e-payment system (e-wallet) towards purchase intention to paid service on webtoon. There is a positive and significant influence coming from perceived quality as much 33,4% and perceived economic value as much 45,6% towards purchase intention. Moderating variable in this study e-payment system (e-wallet) is not significant to moderate the effect of all variables towards purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine effect of working capital management (WCM) and firm profitability proxied by return on asset (ROA). Working capital management is an effort to manage current asset and current liability that is used to support the company's operations. The components of working capital management are cash conversion cycle (CCC), average payment period (APP), inventory conversion period (ICP), and current ratio (CR) were analyzed collectively on profitability. This study also used firm age as control variabel. The population in this study are manufacture company listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2019 quarter I – 2021 quarter II. The purposive sample method was used to determine the number of research samples. The number of sample are 117 manufactur company. This research used multiple linear regression using SPSS 26 program which has previously passed the classical assumption test. From the result of the analysis carried out, this study show that cash conversion cycle (CCC) have not significant positive effect to return on asset (ROA), inventory conversion period (ICP) and average payment period (APP) have significant negative effect to return on asset (ROA), while current ratio (CR) have significant positive effect on return on asset (ROA).

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic that occur in Indonesia forces Higher Education Institution to implement Work From Home (WFH) for every lecturers. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational justice, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the lecturers that works for Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang while working from home on their organizational citizenship behavior intention during WFH. The population in this study are lecturers of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro and sample of this study is Assistant Professor of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Sample that was used in this study are 106 lecturers of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The result of this research shows that organizational justice, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment while working from home have positive and significant influence to OCB intention during WFH

Abstract

The domino effect of the spread of the Covid-19 virus has penetrated the Indonesian banking sector. The economic slowdown, layoffs, and temporary business closures have resulted in increasingly limited income for depositors, which has an impact on increasing credit risk. Therefore, this study was structured to analyze the effect of Loan Growth (LG), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Fee Commission Income (NFC) and Bank Size (SIZE) on Non Performing Loans (NPL) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method in this study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression method which includes the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination test (R2), the stimulant test (F), and the hypothesis test (t). The sample in this study is 29 Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Main Board Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research data is sourced from quarterly published reports and Bloomberg data for each bank from Q4 2019 to Q2 2021. This study shows that all independent variabels have an effect of 17.4% on the dependent variabel. Partially Loan Growth, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Bank Size (SIZE) have a negative effect on NPL. Meanwhile, the Net Fee Commission Income (NFC) variabel partially has a positive effect on NPL.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance through affective commitment and psychological wellbeing as a mediation at a convection company in Indonesia, precisely located in Bandung, namely Permata Farish Group. This study uses primary data sources derived from the distribution of questionnaires and short interviews with several research respondents and secondary data through journals, books, websites and relevant data obtained from companies. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application program to determine the path coefficient and specific indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results of statistical testing using a p-value of 0.05 indicate that the perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, psychological well-being and employee performance. Affective commitment and psychological well-being also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Another finding is that affective commitment and psychological well-being can mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance with psychological well-being values greater than affective commitment.

This makes the competition between companies increasingly fierce. Therefore, companies must compete with each other and compete to provide the best for consumers. The company must have a strategy to analyze competitors. Because analyzing competition is very important to find out the extent to which competitors' businesses make changes and developments in their business, it is expected to be able to encourage companies to improve superior products and increase creativity and innovation in products offered to consumers. aims to analyze the effect of price perception, product quality, promotion on purchasing decisions of fish feed with brand image as an intervening variable (Study at PT. Central Proteina Prima Cab. Tegal.) The population used in this study were consumers who had purchased fish feed at C.P. Prima Cab. Tegal. the number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents. The data method used in this research is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the AMOS 24. analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, it was found that price perception has a positive and significant effect on brand image. product quality has a significant positive effect on brand image, promotion has a positive effect on brand image and brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price perceptions affect purchasing decisions, promotions affect purchasing decisions and product quality affects purchasing decisions

Abstract

Various business strategies have been carried out by the company to get a lot of profit. One of them is by setting a high price for the products offered. However, premium pricing can be a boomerang for companies. This strategy can only be applied if the brand equity of the company is high enough. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty on purchase intention with customer’s willingness to pay a premium price as an intervening variable. The population used in this study are students in Indonesia who have bought an Iphone smartphone. This study used a sample of 112 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling method. The data collected from the results of the questionnaire distribution was then processed and analyzed using the SPSS 25 and AMOS 26 programs. The results obtained in this study conclude that brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty of Iphone smartphones have a positive effect on customer’s willingness to pay a premium price. Then customer’s willingness to pay a premium price also has a positive influence on purchase intention.
