Abstract

Aggressive stocks are stocks that have a high degree of volatility and risk in which this stock has a beta values above one. Which means that stock will increase rapidly if the state of the market has increased, and decreased sharply when the state of the market decline. This study aims to examine the influence of beta, size, market to book ratio, and profitability against aggressive stock return.            The sample used in the study were 15 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), are included in the index are konsiten Compass 100, in the period 2009 to 2013, and has a high beta value of shares (β> 1). The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, test the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), the F statistic test, and t statistical test .            These results indicate that beta stocks have a positive and significant impact on aggressive stock returns. Variable size has a negative and significant impact on the variable aggressive stock return. However, there was no significant influence between the variables of market to book ratio and return on equity on stock returns aggressive

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of  Size, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, and Earning Before Tax and Provision to Loan Loss Provisions on conventional banks listed on Indonesian Banking Directory in 2011-2015. The population is 56 conventional banks in Indonesia.The sampling technique was conducted by using purposive sampling method. The total number of samples in this study is 31 conventional banks. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis through classic assumption test before.The results show that NPL and EBTP have positive and significant effect to LLP, while SIZE,   CAR,and   LDR has positive but insignificant effect to LLP. The score of adjusted R Square is 45,3% which means this number could explain the effect  of the variables to LLP.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of promotions, price perception, quality of service, and location on the purchasing decision on Fajar Sport. Drop in sales experienced by the Fajar Sport background problem in this research.In this research using a method of collecting data with a questionnaire with the number of samples 100 respondents, the sample accidental use sampling techniques and methods of analysis of data used in this research is linear regression worship of idols.The result of this research  shows that all the independent  variable that is a promotion, price perception,  the quality of service, location has links positive in line against the dependent variable for which is purchasing decisions. The testing of hypotheses using test t show that the four independent variable for which researched proved to be significantly affect the decision purchase. Then  through  the  f can be known  that  in the  fourth  joint  of a variable  that  affected  decision purchase. Figures adjusted r square worth 0,654 show that the independent variable can explain65,4% decision the purchase of the remaining  34,6% by other variables out of one variable are used in this research

Abstract

Along with its development, is currently the Internet could be used as a business tool. Business over the Internet, known as E-Commerce has been growing rapidly in Indonesia, one of which Customer to Customer (C2C) E-Commerce. E-commerce become more modern shopping models and start favorite by consumers in Indonesia because it is not limited by distance and time. This study aims to investigate the influence of social factors and the experience of the trust and its impact on the purchase decision Customer to Customer (C2C) E-Commerce. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22. From the test results are known hypothesis that the experience had a positive and significant impact on the trust and is the most influential variable on trust. Then trust positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. It supports previous research that trust is an important factor in the purchase decision Customer to Customer (C2C) E-Commerce.

Abstract

Recently, the promotion using sponsorship is becoming continuous in Indonesian football. This is evident from the number of sponsors who entered   the league and club sponsor. The promotion using sponsorship should be evaluated whether it has a significant impact on brand awareness of sponsors and then followed by increase the purchasing intention of sponsor’s products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of sponsorship activities by Gojek on brand awareness of sponsor by PSIS supporters and how it affects purchasing  intention of go -ride by supporters.The method used is qualitative method with phenomenology study approach, where the data collection is done by interview, observation, and document ation. This method is chosen to mak e the research in-depth and get accurate results. The sampling technique in this research using purposive and snowballing sampling techniques.The results of this study showed that sponsorship by Gojek has a positive effect on brand awareness  of sponsors. In addition, a high awareness of sponsorship brands increases the purchasing intention toward go -ride by supporters.

Abstract

An easier access of internet tendsto change a lot of new style ofhuman life. This style is an online shopping. OLX is one of the biggest online shopping site in Indonesia that provides an access for the people to buy used or new goods. This research is to analyze the influences of advertising attractiveness and ease of shoppingon consumer trust affecting repurchase intentionat OLX.co.id.A number ofsamples used in this research were 385 respondents, the respondents were anyone whoever shopped at OLX.co.id. The questionnaires were distributed from March 2015 to April 2015 using google drive with chat and email message notices. The analytical technique employedmultiple regression analysis.The results of this research shows that the two of the independent variables have positive and significant influenceson consumer trust. Advertising attractivenesshas bigger influence on consumer trust and an indirect influence on the repurchase intention. This result supports the previous research stating that consumer trust has a significant positive influence on the repurchase intention and has a significant role as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of office design on employee’s productivity at Community Health Centre of Batang I, II, III and IV in Batang SubDistrict. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination  and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of five variables office design. Respondents in this study were 118 employees. The results indicates that there are : furniture has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity, noise has negative and not significantly impact to the employee productivity, temperature has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity, lighting has positive and not significantly impact to the employee productivity and spatial arrangements has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity. Based on the result of the F test is known that a significant impact between variable of office design and employee productivity. Office design factors have 46,3% influence on employee productivity at Community Health Centre of Batang I, II, III and IV in Batang Sub-District, while 53,7% are influenced by other factors outside the office design factors. The result of this study can help Community Health Centre of Batang management make improvements or increases to office design factors in order to better employee productivity.

Abstract

Rewards and punishment is one of the main factors that affect employee’s performance.This research focused on the implementation and application of rewards and punishment’s policy within the firm. According to the policy of rewards and punishment for employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Mayang shows that the implementation and application of rewards and punishment sometimes are not applied  evenly in accordance  with  firm’s  policy. Generally this is caused by the limited understanding of employees about rewards and punishment at Unit Kebun Mayang, despite the rewards and punishment that has been written in the PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama) PTPN IV within the period of 2012-2013.This study used a qualitative method where the data collection is done by interview and documentation so as to delve deeper into the implementation and application of rewards and punishment. The sample in this research is an active employee who has served for over 10 years and worked at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Unit Kebun Mayang.The results obtained from this research stated that the rewards and punishment’s policythat exist in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Unit Kebun Mayang has been implemented and applied in accordance to which the rewards and punishment’s policy that are written in the PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama) within the period of 2012-2013. Besides the perceived benefits by active employees of the implementation and application of the award is to make ends meet. Then the purpose of the implementation and application of punishment is to discipline employees. However, there are still some employees that do not know and understand about rewards and punishment thoroughly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceived price, perceived quality and service quality for customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Indihome customers in Semarang City. The population used in this study is Indihome customers in Semarang City. The number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents. The method of data collection was done using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 21 analysis tool.Research uses the theory of consumer behavior and strategic marketing. The results showed that perceived price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servic quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of employee performance declined at the Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana. The reduced performance is due to the employee for breach of discipline, uneven workload and work environment that is less comfortable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of labor discipline, workload and work environment to employee performance Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana.Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The sampling in research using techniques Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 69 employee of  Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana. Based on the  multiple linear regression test, the results show that the work discipline have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance. While the workload has a positive relationship, but no significant effect on the employee performance.
