Abstract

Human Resources is one factor that is vital as a determinant of the success of the company. The Company's success itself is usually determined from the performance of its employees. From the results of the pre-survey known phenomenon that occurs in the company is a decrease in employee performance. On the other hand the discovery of Research Gap from previous studies on the influence of work motivation, leadership and organizational  culture  on  employee  performance.  This  is  the  background  to  do  the research.This study uses the work motivation, leadership and organizational culture as an independent  variable,  and  employee  performance  as  the  dependent  variable.  The population of this research is a sales employee of PT. Industry Mr. Djenggot Bergas Semarang. The sampling technique used is sampling saturated, with a sample of 64 people. The data obtained has been tested reliability and invalidity using validity and reliability. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there is a positive  and  significant  influence  of  work  motivation,  leadership  and  organizational culture  on  employee  performance.  Of  the  coefficient  of  determination  shows  that motivation, leadership and organizational culture influence on employee performance of sales PT. Industry Mr. Djenggot Bergas Semarang 23.4%. While the remaining 76.6% is explained by other variables that are not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect stock underperformance of IPOshares  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange.  This  study  uses  eight  independent variables, namely hot market (TIME), firm age (Age), underwriter reputation (UR), underpericing (UP), IPO volume (VOL), industry dummy (INDUM), capitalization of IPO (SIZE), with the dependent variable is the underperformance.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria (1) The Company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) Shares IPO companies experienced underperformance in the first period of one year, (3) the company has sufficient data to do research. The data sample obtained was 107 companies. The analytical method used is a multivariate regression. The assumption of classical test and hypothesis test using t- statistic, testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and the F-statistic to test the effect of model variables together with a significance level of 5%. This study also includes the classic assumption normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test.Based on the data normality test results, the study shows that the data are normally distributed. Based on the test results with the classical assumption of multicollinearity test, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test did not find any data that deviate from the classical assumption. It shows that the data used in this study are qualified to use a multivariate regression model. From the analysis in this study showsage of the company during  the IPO (Age) variable significant  negative effect  on  stock underperformance. Underprice variable positive and significant effect on stock underperformance.Variable IPO volume (VOL), has a negative and significant impact on the stock underperformance. Variable hot market (TIME), industry dummy (INDUM), and capitalization IPO (SIZE) has a negative correlation coefficient and no significant effect on stock underperformance. Variable underwriter reputation (UR) has a positive correlation coefficient and no significant effect on stock underperformance.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the effect of variants product, perceptions of price and service   quality   to   repurchase  intention   in   Tntshop3   products  through   customer satisfactions as intervening variable on product users Tntshop3. Variants products, perceptions of price and service quality are the reasons of consumer when selecting and alsho repurchasing  customcase  mobile  phone  products  which  is  one  of important consumer needs.In this case use three independent variables with one intervening variables and the dependent variable.  The population are customers Tntshop3. This research uase as a sample of 100 respondents by the criteria have been using the services of Hest'in Modiste more than twice. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis channeled through the SPSS program. Based on the research results, the result that variants product, perceptions of price and service quality positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient is Y1 = 0,212X1+0,218X2+0,498X3    and customer satisfaction has positive effect on the repurchase intention with the regression coefficient is Y2 = 0,693Y1+e.

Abstract

 Game center is one of the business opportunities in the service sector with a growing potential market, so that business people take advantage of the opportunity to create a game center. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perceptions on Customer Loyalty with a survey on Members Of Skyland Game Center. Data collection technique conducted in this study is a questionnaire. The sample was chosen by non probability sampling technique. Respondents in this research are Members of Skyland game center with a total of 95 respondents with the criteria of at least 3 times using the service. The technique used to analyze the influence of independent variables and dependent variable of this research is linear regression analysis. Result of research prove that hypothesis one Product Quality have positive effect to Customer Loyalty accepted. The second hypothesis of Service of Quality has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty accepted. The third hypothesis of price persepsion has a negative effect on Customer Loyalty was reject. Coefficient of determination test results stated that the three independent variables have an influence of 44.9% of Customer Loyalty. Skyland Game Center is expected to make the price more relevant and more affordable by knowing consumer preferences that can make consumer loyalty increase.

Abstract

The problem in this research is top brand index of adidas shoes  decline in 2012-2014. This reaserch aims to test the strength of the product design, quality of the product and price perception against a brand image to improve purchase intentiont on a adidas shoes (a case study in Semarang). This reaserch uses three independent variabels namely product design, price perception and quality of the product. Purchase intention as the dependent variable and then the variable brand image as intervening variable.A method of this research technique using non-probability sample that is purposive sampling to sample as many as 150 of respondents semarang city people who have knowed  adidas shoes .A method of data analyst using a technique double regression analysis , the analysis includes: test the validity of , a test of reliability , test the assumption of the classics , linear regression test doublet test , test f , test the coefficients determined and test sobel.The results show significant  and positive effect product design to brand image, significant and positive effect price perception to customer value, significant and positive effect quality of the product to brand image, and then significant and positive brand image  to purchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Divisi Tanaman Tahunan by existence of decrease in employee performance, and supported research gaps that showed different results. So, the purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performane through employee development. Data was collected through questionnares to 53 employees with sensus method. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, and sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results analysis and discussion indicates that organizational culture culture have positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee development have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee development is provenn as mediator relathionship between organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the GCG (GCG) has a significant effect on the profitability of the company. GCG in this case is proxied  with the size of the board of directors, board of comissioner and audit committee. While the profitability variable is proxied by ROE (Return On Equity).The population of this research is companies listed in Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) in 2012. Total observation of this study is 58 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques performed by hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression or OLS (Ordinary Least Square).  Based on the survey results revealed that corporate governance variables do not have significant impact to the profitability of the company.

Abstract

Organization Culture is need to be developed and adapted with the developments and changes of the organization. Nowadays, many companies do not understand the importance of organization culture as a fundamental factor in the company. Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Diponegoro have the vision, mission, values, and goals to be achieved. With the mapping of cultural profile of current and future expectations may be one input for an institution to prepare for the change and understand whether the vision, mission, and values that have been defined it is understood and preserved as the organization's culture.This research was conducted by survey method using OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument). The survey conducted on alumni, students, staff, and faculty with a sample size of each stratum 25 people. So great the entire sample was 100 people. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach so as to reveal and analyze the cultural profile FEB Undip current and expected in the next few years.The results obtained from this study showed a difference between the perception of the current culture of alumni, students, staff, and faculty. Alumni, staff, and faculty feel that the dominant culture of the company is the culture clan. Meanwhile, students feel the current dominant culture is a culture of hierarchy. There are cultural similarities expected by all stakeholders ie culture clan. There seems to be a trend toward more powerful clan culture as a type of culture is expected. This cultural profile picture FEB Undip can be used for decision making in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the FEB Undip.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of performance appraisal at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, SNVT PJPA Pemali-Juana PPK  PAT  and  PPK  PAB. Employee performance appraisal  is  an  attempt  to measure the level of employee productivity. A good performance appraisal will elicit the motivation of its employees, which then creates confidence in management, so as to improve employee productivity.This study only uses performance appraisal as an independent variable. In this research, 50 civil servants involved as a questionnaire of respondents by census method. The data test technique used in this research includes validity test with factor analysis, reliability test, gap, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA is a research method by comparing the level of importance with the level of implementation.The results of this study indicate that the most important assessment process   in   the   implementation   of   performance   appraisal   and   integrity improvement  is  least  important.  Based  on  the  results  of  this  study,  the most important attributes require an increased priority to be done in order to remain competitive. Meanwhile, attributes that are considered less important do not require temporary fixes, if necessary ignored or omitted.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the extent to which the promotion of fashion store outletsin the atmosphere and moseim woman ( positive emotion ) affecting the mood of consumers in doing the decision of the purchase .As we know , the workaholic expenditure shopaholic (Person  that  like  shopping  too  much  )  very  happy  to  support  the  activities  of  the atmosphere or room of their shopping .For it , the promotion of being attractive and comfortable atmosphere outlets need to be made to win an industrial competition in this field .This study using quantitative methods .Data collected by engineering the questionnaire .Of respondents to this research is woman who was shopping with the number of respondents as many as 100 people .Quantitative methods include validity and reliability , test the assumption of the classics , testing the hypothesis through the f , t and test the coefficients determined ( r2 ) Engineering analysis of data used is linear regression analysis.And this research is used to test for detecting sobel intervening variable is a positive emotion.This research result indicates that promotion and store athmosphere, positive atmosphere and influence significantly to a positive emotion, the positive emotion accepted as variable intervening in a mediate promotion and the other on impulse buying.
