Abstract

Total sales of Yamaha motorcycles between 2012 and 2014 decreased , on the other hand Honda has increased , in which the other motor brands tend to stagnate . Among the several factors that led to the transfer of the brand Yamaha to Honda allegedly due to product quality , brand image and price .             Thus , this study aims to analyze: 1 ) the influence of the quality of the product on a Yamaha motorcycle brand switching to Honda ; 2 ) the effect on the consumer response to the brand image brand switching to Honda Yamaha motorcycle ; and 3 ) the effect of price on a Yamaha. Intake sample size ( sample size) using the formula Widiyanto (2008 ) , so the number of respondents found 100 people. So as to produce the regression equation is as follows    : Y = 0,436 X1 + 0,279 X2 + 0,220 X3            Sampling technique using purposive sampling , where researchers focused on respondents who had previously been using the Yamaha brand and brand switching to Honda . Deployment region of respondents in Semarang includes four (4 ) villages , namely : Banyumanik , Tembalang , Srondol , Gajahmungkur .motorcycle brand switching to Honda

Abstract

This research is motivated by intense competition in the modern retail industry in Indonesia. That is because a lot of new faces emerging modern retail players. However, there is one thing on consumer purchasing behavior in modern retailing that steal the show. Most consumers in major cities in Indonesia experiencing unplanned purchase ehrn shopping.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables Availability of Money and Time, Store Environment, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Positive Emotions. Variable Availability of Money and Time, Store Environment, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Positive Emotions as an independent variable; and Impulse Buying as the dependent variable.The population used in this research is the consumer of Lottemart Jakarta. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method. Used as a sample 100 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire which is then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS program.The results showed that all four of independently variable has a positive influence on impulse buying. Of the four independent variables influence the Positive Emotions has the greatest impact on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Capital market are such medium whereas long term valuable letters being sale and bought. Within capital market, company get relative cheap fund, because company didn’t need to paid capital cost or capital cost could be pressed. Valuable letter which often trade in capital market was share. Share was valuable letter as participation evidence or both individual and institution ownership. Much factors which could influence share price such ROA, ROE, ROS, EPS and EVA. Aim of this research was to analyzed influence of ROA, ROE, ROS, EPS and EVA to share price, both partially or simultaneously. Population and sample within this research were all of manufacture productions which registered within BEI from 2007 – 2010. Sampling collection technique was purposive sampling and obtained sample about 112 companies. Data type was secondary. Data collection sample used documentation. Analysis technique used was double regression.

Abstract

The problem that can be known is that there is a decrease in performance every month. This is based on the number of employees who fall into the lower category every month continues to grow. Based on the research gap there are differences in results from one study with other research and from the phenomena that occur in the company. The existence of differences from these studies alleged motivational factors and job satisfaction have a significant factor on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen then the mediation effect from job satisfaction on influence of motivation on performance.The population and sample used in this study are outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (PT Telkom) Kandatel Kebumen who currently works for more than one year, namely 53 people. The sampling technique used is a census. Data collection methods in this study use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses path analysis.Based on the results of research, motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen, while job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen. Based on the results of the Sobel Test to determine whether there is a mediating relationship between independent and dependent variables, it is known that satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire or intention of employees to qui from his job voluntarily according to their own choice. Turnover intention may be the first indication of employees who leave a job that can lead to high levels of employee turnover. organizations need to reduce it to an acceptable level. In order to manage the human resources, organizations have to pay attention to the pay satisfaction, provide organizational support, and help employees in their development.This research aims to analyze the effect of salary satisfaction, employee development and organizational  support  on  turnover  intention.    Data  was  collected  by  using  a  questionnaire. Population of this research are employees of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia, using 77 employees as respondents.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Result finds that pay satisfaction, employee development and organizational support negatively affect turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to strengthen purchase decision Urbancut barbershop services. Starting from sales decline problem of Urbancut services and created a research question: "How to strengthen the purchasing decisions Urbancut services?". Literature review conducted produce a research model to strengthen the purchase decision through the mediation of store image with independent variable social media marketing and haircut quality.            This research using purposive sampling method with sample of 75 respondents which are customers and followers of Urbancut social media accounts. Using SPSS 23 analyzes performed included: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2).            The results showed 63% purchase decision variable is explained by the store image as the mediation of social media marketing and haircut quality affects 44.6%. As well as the direct influence haircut quality of 38%. Overall variables used in this research have positive impacts to strengthen Urbancut services purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the face of a tight business competition right now, the company required performance measurement method that can evaluate the comprehensive performance of company . Performance measurement tool is Balance Scorecard, can be combinate financial and non financial measurement. Balance Scorecard measures performance from 4 perspective, that is financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning & growth perspective.     This research was conducted using data in 2011 and 2012, a questionnaire on customer and employees of PDAM Kabupaten Batang. The population of this research is employees and customer of PDAM Kabupaten Batang, with sample taken each respondent was 30 to 300 from employees and customer. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Perspective used in this research is consists of the Financial Perspective with indicator of liquidity ratios, rentability ratios, and solvency ratios. Next, the Customer Perspective with the indicators the level of costumer satisfaction, market share, and the completion complain from customer. Then Internal Business Perspective with the indicators the level efficiency of production, the level of lost product, with the gauge calibration. And the last, is learning and growth perspective with the indicators the level of employee satisfaction, employee training, and the level of ratio employee to customer.    From the results of research by using concept of Balance Scorecard, can be concluded that performance of PDAM Kabupaten Batang as whole as good. In the financial perspective with the indicators of liquidity ratios, rentability ratios, and solvency ratios showed a good performance. For the customer perspective shows good performance with a value 3,73. At the company  internal business perspective showed a good innovation. And for growth and learning perspective suggest that the level of employee satisfaction with a value 3,79. Data from these research it can be concluded that by using Balance Scorecard, can provide performance evaluation of the PDAM Kabupaten Batang in order permanent stand and to better in the next period

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influences of advertising and public relations to purchase decision in green products through brand equity of The Body Shop’s Semarang customers. Advertising and public relations are the reasons which giving special value to customer in choosing green products which are already been a lifestyle in Semarang City. Non probability sampling was used for sampling. Data were collected from 130 respondents which were selected using criteria of judgement that should have been using green products from The Body Shop Semarang. Test method is a Maximum Likelihood analysis with AMOS program version 21.0. The results showed advertising and public relations variables directly giving positive and significantly influence brand equity variable. Brand equity variable directly giving positive and significantly influence purchase decisions variable. Then, both independent variables are giving positive influence to purchase decision variable of The Body Shop Semarang green products.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact organizational justice to organizational commitment and examine the role of power distance as moderating variable to the relationship between organizational justice to the organizational justice. This research is conducted to the employers of PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang. Using survey method through Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The number of sample used are 77 employees which has represented of six division in PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang.The result shows that organizational justice has positive significant impact  to organizational commitment. Beside, the result of MRA test shows that power distance moderate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aim is to know  about internal factors and external factors which are influences for the Non-Performing Loan (case studies on Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia that provide mortgage in period 2008 -2011). This research was conducted with purposive sampling. The samples used were 28 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia that provide mortgage in period 2008-2011. The data used in this study were obtained from the Banking Annual Report 2008-2011. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of Bank Size, Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Inflation to Non-Performing Loan (NPL) of Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia that provide mortgage in period 2008 -2011. Based on the test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test, there were no deviations from goodness of fit. This indicates that the available data has been qualified to use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the analysis indicates that Bank Size, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Inflation have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loan (NPL), whereas Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) have no significance effect. Predictive capability of the five variables to Non-Performing Loan (NPL) of 30,4%, while the remaining 69,6% influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
