Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work stress, work support, and salary satisfaction on nurse turnover intention (Study on RSU Nirmala Purbalingga).The data were collected through distribution of questionnaires to 95 nurses on RSU Nirmala Purbalingga using random sampling. The data test technique used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that work stress has positive and significant effect on nurse turnover intention, work support has negative and significant effect on nurse turnover intention, and salary satisfaction has negative and significant effect on nurse turnover intention.

Abstract

The capital market are the activities that deals with public offering, trade effect, a public company which relates to the effect that the issuance, as well as agencies and a profession which relates to the effect. In the capital market, corporation gaining relatively cheap funds, because the company didn’t pay the cost of capital or capital cost can be reduced. Of the securities often be sold in the capital market are stock. On the stocks manufacturing companies go public sector food and beverages there are fluctuations and then there are phenomenon gap between theories and existing reality. The purpose of this research is think about how the influence of  Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Market Value Added (MVA) on the stock price in the company manufacturing go public sector food and beverages.Population and samples in this study are all companies listed on the Stock Exchange of the year 2009-2013. The selection of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. Type of dat is secondary. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, the classical assumption (Normality Test, Test Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation test, Heteroskedastitity test), Multiple linear regression analysis, hypotesis testing (F – statistic test, t-statistic test, coefficient of determination test).The results showed that the ROE, EPS, NPM and MVA simultaneously affect the stock price. Partially this research found that ROE have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, EPS have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, NPM have a negatife and significant effect on Stock Prices, MVA have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence between Corporate Governance and Firm Financial Performance. Corporate Governance in this study is represented by Board of Commissioner, Proportion of Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Leverage. Firm’s Financial Performance is measured by using ROA. This study also uses firm size as a controlling variable. The sample used in this study is wholesale and retail trade firms listed in Indonesian Capital Market in 2010-2014. The sample were obtained by using the purposive sampling method and resulted 40 sample firms. The data used in this study collected from Indonesian Capital Market Directory and IDX. This research uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the data.The result revealed that the independent variables and control variable simultaneously affecting ROA. Board of Commissioner and Audit Committee are significantly impact ROA in positive way. While Proportion of Independent Commissioner and Leverage are significantly impact ROA in negative way.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of brand switching behavior on brand Pond's facial cleanser. With the decline in brand image in the product, it can be one of the triggers a decline in customer satisfaction impact on brand switching behavior in the pond's facial cleanser products to other brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, quality products to the brand switching behavior through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in the consumer Pond's facial cleanser in Semarang. The population in this study is that consumers ever use Pond's facial cleanser and have switched to another brand of  other facial cleaning products that are domiciled in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis were first tested with validity and reliability. From the analysis using regression can be seen that brand image variable (X1), product quality (X2) jointly influence on consumer satisfaction (Y1) with the results of linear analysis, is Y1= 0,420X1+0,389X2. With the brand image is the most influential variable positively to customer satisfaction  followed by the quality of the product. Both of these variables influence of 34.6% on customer satisfaction while the remaining 65.4% can be influenced by other variables. As well as consumer satisfaction variable (Y1) negatively affect the migration behavior of consumers (Y2) with the results of linear analysis is Y2= -0,406Y1. This variable affects 15.6% of the brand switching behavior while the remaining 84.4% can be influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Factors thought to affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the company size, profitability, leverage and age. However, based on the results of previous studies showed different results depending on the influence of these variables on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage and age on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The sample used in this study were 75 companies listed on the Stock Exchange and its shares are actively traded during the period 2010-2013 by using purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. According to analysis done can be seen that the size of the company does not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR), the profitability of a positive effect on social responsibility disclosure (CSR), leverage significant negative effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the age of the company is not affect the disclosure of social responsibility (CSR). Test results of multiple linear regression showed that the regression model is used to predict good for the disclosure of social responsibility (CSR). While the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) can be explained by the independent variables are firm size, profitability, leverage and age of 20.1%.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of salesmanship, relationship quality, and consumer value on consumer loyalty and also to determine which variables are the dominant influence among three variables salesmanship, relationship quality, and consumer value on consumer loyalty.The population used in this research is the consumer who has ever bought furniture at PT.MUSTIKA JATI JEPARA, Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim KM 2, Jepara. The samples are obtained by using purposive sampling method, that the sampling technique is based on certain characteristics, which is considered to have links with the characteristics of the population that has been determination before. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the variables of salesmanship, relationship quality and consumer value simultaneously significant effect on consumer loyalty. Then partially variable relationship quality has the highest significant effect on consumer loyalty, while the consumers value have influence with significance level to the second highest on consumer loyalty, and salesmanship has the lowest significant influence on consumer loyalty .

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the market share of the competitive advantage of the iPhone smartphone in mobile phone sales agents in Semarang. This study departs from the research problem is: "How to increase market share on Apple products?" A literature review conducted has led researchers to produce a model of research studies the relationship formed by four (4) variables: product quality, product innovation, price, competitive advantage and one (1) indicator is market share.          This research method using a technique of sampling purposive with sample as many as 100 respondents at a sales agent of mobile phone in Semarang. Analysis method used is an analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis uses linear regression analysis double with SPSS. This analysis includes: test of validity and reliability, classic test assumptions, regression analysis double, the testing of hypotheses through t test and test f, determination and the coefficients (r2).            The results showed that in the first equation of product quality, product innovation and a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. For the second equation competitive advantage and price positive and significant impact on market share. Variable product innovation is the most dominant factor affecting the competitive advantage of 0.572 and the smallest factor affecting the market share is the price of 0216. Then through the F test can be seen that all the independent variables is feasible to test the dependent variable. Figures Adjusted R Square on the first equation 0.568, while the second equation by 0091. This shows bahwa56.8% competitive advantage can be explained by the variable quality of products and product innovation. While in the second equation indicates that 9.1% of market share can be explained by the competitive advantage and price variables. The rest can be explained by other variables outside of research.

Abstract

In Islam, mankind are the leader of themself, and hold the responsibility of their leadership. Leadership known as a ghairu mahdah worship, thus should be guided by Al Quran and Hadist on its practice. Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital is the one and only Muhammadiyah hospital in Semarang. Muhammadiyah is an organization that practices the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It is certain that the application of Islamic value is present in the hospital. The aim of this study is to analyze the extent to which the following participants appliying Islamic values in leadership functions in the Islamic company. The method used is a qualitative method with case study approach, which data collection conducted by interview, observation, and documentation for certain period. Method selected by reason so that the study can be done with focus and  depth to determine Islamic leadership practiced by the non-medic heads of divisions in Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital, Semarang.The result shows the outlines of Islamic values, applicated and always maintained by the heads of the divisions on their leadership. The Islamic values such as fatanah, amanah, siddiq, and tabligh are showed in the ledership functions as a model, path finder, aligner, and empowerer.

Abstract

The performance is a result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an officer in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned. One of the causes of the declining performance of the employee is occupational safety and occupational health. This study aims to analyzed the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on employees performance at PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Jawa Tengah Unit Spinning 2.Sampling in this research was using the method of random sampling by taking a sample as much as 81 respondents on PT. Apac Inti Corpora Unit Spinning 2 and using analyze regression method. Collecting primary data is done using the methods a questionnaire, while collecting secondary data done with a method of literature and the source of the internet.Based on the results of the calculation of regression analysis it can be concluded that the variable that have the greatest influence on the performance of the employee is Occupational health (X2) with the value of coefficient regression of 0,371, while the Occupational safety variable (X1) has a value of coefficient regression of 0,272.

Abstract

The population used in this study are all employees who work in Salatiga Health Office that have worked for at least 2 years. The number of samples used in this study were 185 respondents. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using AMOS 20 analysis tools. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between big five personality towards organizational commitment and there were significant and positive influences big five personality towards organization citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to organization citizenship behavior to employees at the Salatiga Health Office.
