Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived risko on Lazada e-commerce purchasing decision making in Semarang, so that they can be a review in making strategies to improve purchasing decision making. The population in this study were Lazada consumers in Semarang. Data obtained through a questionnaire form a sample of 170 people with purposive sampling. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using index numbers and multiple linier regression using the SPSS version 25 program, The results showed that consumer trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk had significant positive effect on Lazada ecommerce purchasing decicion making, all of which can be accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of working capital management on profitability in stateowned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA). The independent variables used in this study are Inventory turnover in days (ITD), Receivable turnover in days (RTD), accounts payable (PTD), cash conversion cycle (CCC). The sample used in this study are state-owned companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) during the 2016-2021 period. The number of samples is 20 companies taken by purposive sample method. The analytical method used is panel data regression with Panel Least Squares with the Eviews: 10 program which has previously passed the classical assumption test. Fixed effect was chosen as the best model

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of price discount, convenience, interactivity, and involvement on impulsive buying intention with perceived enjoyment as an intervening variable on live streaming at e-commerce platform. Previous research on e-commerce live streaming focused on impulse purchases consisting of several factors, but there were still few and differing significance in using the price discount variable on impulsive buying. Therefore, this research gathered 159 respondents from people who watch and buy product during live streaming e-commerce. The sampling method used is purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. In this research, a theoretical model was developed by proposing five hypotheses that will be tested using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analyzer operated through the SMART PLS 3.0 program. With the result of the research showed that price discount, convenience, interactivity, involvement have significant impact on impulsive buying intention with perceived enjoyment as an intervening variable on live streaming at e- commerce platform

Abstract

ABSTRACT The growth of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia, which has increased in recent years, has made competition in this industry tighter, including local cosmetic brands. Companies have to find ways to improve their marketing and one of the strategies that can be used is social media marketing. The high use of social media by the public makes marketing through social media a powerful and low-cost strategy for companies to achieve their goals. Previous research stated that social media marketing had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, but in fact, Somethinc, which is more active in conducting social media marketing, still ranked below Make Over as the most widely used local brand in Indonesia, according to Katadata (2022). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing and brand experience on purchasing decisions through brand trust as a mediating variable for Somethinc consumers in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling method and the data collection method used was distributing questionnaires online. The data that has been obtained is analyzed quantitatively by applying the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with AMOS version 24 as a data processing tool. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. The effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions can be seen from the indirect effect through brand trust which is greater than the direct effect. Social media marketing and brand experience were found to have a positive and significant influence on brand trust, and brand trust is found to be positively and significantly related to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examined the effect of liquidity, leverage, inventory turnover, and dividend payout ratio on firm value with firm size as control variable. Firm value is measured using the price to book value. The research used secondary data and the population of this research was 160 property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The method used by purposive sampling with 35 property & real estate firm were obtained as the sample of this research. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity, leverage, and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect on firm value, and dividend payout ratio has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Technological developments have a big impact because with the presence of new technology that continuously makes transactions easier. New innovations have sprung up in the banking world such as the existence of electronic payment instruments such as digital wallets. Increased public interest in using e-wallets for transactions can encourage the growth of various non-cash payment products. In Indonesia there are many digital wallet (e-wallet) applications, some of which are GoPay, OVO, LinkAja, DANA, etc. One of them is GoPay as a digital wallet that can grow rapidly. From 2017 to 2020 GoPay was drastically able to occupy the first position (market leader) for digital wallet service providers, but throughout its journey GoPay took second place in the most popular digital wallet survey according to the Kadance Survey (2021) where the first position was occupied by OVO. This phenomenon is certainly an interesting study of why GoPay's ewallet service was able to beat its competitors, which originally occupied the first position to become the second position as a digital wallet service. In the world of marketing, promotion is one way to retain and increase consumers. Based on previous research, variables such as cashback, discounts, and service quality are indeed factors that can create purchasing decisions because brand trust has been created as a marketing strategy that can increase purchasing decisions using digital wallets. The number of samples used was 140 respondents and selected by purposive sampling and data collection methods through questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is the AMOS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that cashback, discounts, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Furthermore, brand trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT World Class University (WCU) has become a reference for the quality of a university so that it influences the university's strategy to achieve and maintain its ranking. Furthermore, universities need to inspire their lecturers to perform their best and encourage lecturers to assume their responsibilities as citizens. The existence of a lecturer was a significant factor in the progress of a university organization by the contribution of the main task of lecturer which named Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. This research was intended to assess the influence of Islamic work ethic, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior Islamic perspective. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach on Associate Professor and Full Professor of UIN Walisongo Semarang. It includes 60 lecturers as respondents and the data were collected by using questionnaire and then analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Results showed that all the hypotheses proposed were accepted in this study. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated positive and significant influence between Islamic work ethic, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior Islamic perspective

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, quantity, credibility, usefulness and adoption on purchase intention for the Erigo Apparel brand through the TikTok application as an electronic-word-of-mouth (eWOM) medium. Erigo Apparel is a local brand that is known to the public through social media, such as TikTok. This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, quantity, credibility, usefulness and adoption on purchase intention for the Erigo Apparel brand through the TikTok application as an electronic-word-of-mouth (eWOM) medium. This study uses the Theory Information Adoption Model (IAM) to determine the effect of TikTok as an eWOM application on increasing Erigo Aparel's purchase intention. A sample of 120 Erigo Apparel consumers in Indonesia aged 17 and up was used, with monthly spending ranging from IDR 1000,000 and up. The analytical approach is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that Information Quality significantly and positively affects Information Usefulness. Then, Information Quantity significantly and positively affects Information Usefulness. Moreover, Information Usefulness significantly and positively affects Information Adoption. Furthermore, Information Usefulness significantly and positively affects Information Credibility. Next, Information Adoption significantly and positively affects Purchase Intention. The last, Information Credibility insignificantly affect to Purchase Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention with This study aims to analyze "Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Capital of Employees (Psychological Capital) on Desire to Leave (Turnover Intention) with Workplace Stress Levels as Intervening Variables" (Study on Employees of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang). This study uses psychological capital as the independent variable, turnover intention as the dependent variable, and workplace stress as the intervening variable. The population in this study were active production employees of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang, totaling 2,357 people. The sample in this study used a non-random sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaires were processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of the study show that Psychological Capital has a negative effect on turnover intention and is rejected. There is another factor, namely based on the last education of the respondent so that the answer given by the respondent is not correct or not relevant to the research question. Research also shows that there is a negative and significant relationship between Psychological Capital and rejected job stress. This can also happen due to other factors as well, namely based on the respondent's last education so that the answers given by the respondents are inaccurate or irrelevant to the research question. Other results show that Workplace Stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. While the results of the mediating variable, namely Workplace Stress, succeeded in becoming a mediating variable between Psychological Capital and Employee Turnover Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurses are part of the health workforce and their quantity dominates in terms of human resources in hospitals. The performance of nurses needs to be considered because nurses are the most closely related and directly related to patients as the main object of hospital operations. PKU ‘Aisyiyah Hospital in Boyolali Regency, as one of the major hospitals that seeks to provide excellent health facilities for patients, is inseparable from the performance role of nurses. Superior nurse performance also has an impact on improving hospital performance and the best professional service to patients. This study aims to determine the effect of islamic leadership, islamic organizational culture, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at PKU 'Aisyiyah Hospital in Boyolali Regency. Collecting research data through a questionnaire with as many as 96 respondents and the census method. Testing and data analysis used is multiple linear using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 with a likert scale measurement technique of 1-7. The results showed that the variables of islamic leadership, islamic organizational culture, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at PKU 'Aisyiyah Hospital in Boyolali Regency both partially and simultaneously with a coefficient of determination of 64,7%
