Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of organizational politics on mental health with political skills and psychological safety as moderating variables. The total number of respondents was 237 people, consisting of 86 lecturers and 151 education staff from various universities in Indonesia. By using SmartPLS it was found that all variables were valid and reliable, and the model was suitable for use in this research. Hypothesis testing found that perceptions of organizational politics have a positive effect on mental health. Psychological safety moderates the influence of perceptions of organizational politics on mental health, while political skills do not moderate the influence of perceptions of organizational politics on mental health. This research provides an analysis of the influence of perceptions of organizational politics not only on some mental health conditions such as stress but also on mental health conditions as a whole, and analyzes the moderation of individual internal aspects, namely political skills, and environmental aspects, namely psychological safety.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of NPL, BOPO, CAR, and ROE in BUMN and BUS registered with the OJK during the period of 2018-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial statements of banks registered with the OJK. The sample consists of several BUMN and BUSN banks that meet specific criteria, such as having complete financial statements for five consecutive years and being involved in international transactions. Data analysis methods include classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. The results show that NPL, BOPO, CAR, and Ownership Structure have a significant effect on ROE. A high NPL negatively impacts ROE by reducing interest income, a high BOPO indicates inefficiency in managing operational costs, a high CAR lowers ROE through reduced credit distribution, and Ownership Structure affects ROE with state-owned banks being more focused on social missions, while private banks prioritize profit maximization. This study suggests that banks should keep NPL low, optimize operational cost management, pay attention to CAR management, and improve corporate governance to support profitability and operational efficiency.

The data collection technique used purposive sampling and quota sampling with 231 respondents of Generation Z Korean wave fans in the Sidoarjo district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques on AMOS version 24 software to produce conclusive causal relationships. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle and self-control significantly affect consumptive behaviour. While financial literacy, conformity, and self-esteem are insignificant to consumptive behaviour. This research is expected to provide an attitude that is not excessive to the development of Korean culture so that changes in habits and behaviour do not impact excessive lifestyle. This research will discuss organisational climate, burnout syndrome, and work engagement. This research aims to test and analyse the influence of organisational climate on employee burnout syndrome with work engagement as a moderating variable at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 3 Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type, where all population members are sampled with a sample size of 94 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The steps taken to obtain research results are tabulating the questionnaire results, designing a measurement model (outer model), and designing a structural model (inner model). The results of this study explain that organisational climate cannot significantly influence burnout syndrome; work engagement has a significant negative effect on burnout syndrome, and work engagement succeeds in moderating the relationship between organisational climate and employee burnout syndrome.

Abstract

This research attempts to identify the effect of emotional attachment and fanaticism on repurchase intention. The independent variables of this research are emotional attachment and fanaticism. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is repurchase intention. The population of this research is K-Pop group SEVENTEEN’s fandom (CARAT) in Indonesia. The sample was adjusted to a market testing study, consists of 200 respondents. Using multiple linear regression, this research finds that emotional attachment doesn’t affect repurchase intention of the official lighstick CARATBONG. This means that even if emotional attachment is high, it does not necessarily increase repurchase intention of the Official Lightstick CARATBONG product. On the other hand, fanaticism has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. This means that if the level of fanaticism is high, the intention to repurchase the Official Lightstick CARATBONG product will increase. The practical implication of this research is business owner must review every design and characteristic of the products they will market, especially those related to fangirling activities.

In this research, Capital is proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Asset quality is proxied by Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Management is proxied by Net Operating Margin (NOM), Revenue is proxied by earnings efficiency (BOPO), Liquidity is proxied by Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The object of this research is 10 Islamic commercial banks with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative with a quantitative approach which is processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques on IBM SPSS tools version 27 software. The results of the research state that the NOM and BOPO variables have a significant positive effect on ROA, while other independent variables such as CAR, NPF, and FDR does not have a significant influence on ROA. The implications of the research findings indicate that management efficiency (NOM) and earnings efficiency (BOPO) are crucial for the profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks.
