Abstract

The main problem of the Pancasila and Citizenship courses is the substance problem which is cognitive domains, and the problem of learning approaches. This research results from active collaboration between universities online with the Pancasila & Citizenship learning design for international class students of FTI UII. This research aims to explore the results of online learning Pancasila and Citizenship from student reflections. This goal is to be achieved by analyzing qualitative data on student reflections and analyzing the results of student evaluations of the five-step learning program "To Live Pancasila in Our (Global) Citizenship". Qualitative analysis was carried out through content analysis, while the evaluation results were descriptive responses. The reflections of 24 student respondents were gathered into the categories of Pancasila, Citizenship, Meaningful, and Reflect on the Future. The results of the analysis show that the Pancasila & Citizenship course has a novelty in meaning, learning content, and future reflection. The content of learning is about law/regulation, daily life, religious aspects, and tolerance. Furthermore, tolerance breeds respect/appreciation/appreciation. Learning content is conveyed through virtual interactions towards meaningful learning. Future reflection here is related to the learner's awareness or choice manifested in participation. The learning approach, which is blended learning and flipped material, allows students to understand the material and deposit it in reflection

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the implementation of autonomy in Aceh by using descriptive research methods through literature review. Based on the analysis of the literature sources, it can be found that the policy of regulation and division of territory as well as the pattern of relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments at the beginning of independence were pragmatic and tended to generalize, this could lead to armed conflicts such as in Aceh. Thus, an asymmetric decentralization policy is needed so that it can meet the demands of the Acehnese people, which historically, geographically, and socio-religiously have their own uniqueness and have made a major contribution to the struggle to achieve and maintain Indonesian independence.

Abstract

The sense of responsibility to educate students as "whole people" which lies on the shoulders of all higher education managers, sports programs will continue to have strategic programs in the higher education system in Indonesia. Therefore, researchers conducted a normative and juridical literature review to examine sports in higher education. The results of this review indicate that Article 35 (3) of the Higher Education Curriculum Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning sports higher education is needed to be used as a compulsory subject in higher education. Overall, this review provides an appropriate reference point for further research by identifying the need for research in the aspect of sports needs, especially making sports a compulsory subject in college as a form of realizing a whole human being. However, there are weaknesses and inequalities in several aspects. This research is a novelty in the study of sports policy analysis in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to dig deeper into the concept of Indonesian philanthropy in dealing with the pandemic seen from the social base of the Indonesian people. This study uses a qualitative approach with the grounded theory method. This research results show a collective awareness of Durkheim's understanding that characterizes mechanical solidarity; in the case of philanthropy in Indonesia, it is at the intersection of mechanical and organic solidarity. The strengthening of generosity can be explained from the theory of social facts that there are non-material social facts that shape the spirit of the Indonesian people's philanthropic movement, namely generosity and collective awareness that characterize mechanical solidarity in rural areas that occurs in modern society with organic solidarity.

Abstract

Customary law is the law that regulates individuals or groups that regulate social order and the behavior of life in an indigenous community. This study aims to find out the customary rules regarding the understanding of dowry contained in the Aceh Pidie community and to find out the causes and consequences of increasing the value of the dowry in the mayam count. The method in this study used a descriptive analytical qualitative research method. To answer these questions, the analysis technique used by the researcher is descriptive analysis and uses data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the dowry in Acehnese traditional marriages in Pidie Regency has a negative influence. A prominent factor is where men and women are hampered because of the high demand for dowry which must be adjusted to the changing times regarding the price of gold which is calculated in mayam units. The factors causing the increase in dowry in Acehnese traditional marriages in Pidie Regency are seen in terms of lineage, beauty, and the level of education of prospective women.
