Abstract

This research aims to prove whether or not there is an influence from implementing the project based flipped classroom learning model on student learning outcomes in the introductory financial accounting course. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental research type with the matching-only posttest-only control group design. The subjects in this research were entry-level students at the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Jambi University. The data collection instruments in this research used test questions. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive data analysis techniques and comparative tests of two independent samples. This research obtained results that the average score of the experimental class was higher than the control class and based on the Mann Whitney U test, there was a significant difference between the scores of the experimental class and the control class, which can be concluded that there was an influence of the application of the project based flipped classroom learning model on the results students study in an introductory financial accounting course.

Abstract

Public service user satisfaction is a benchmark for the success of services in a public agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities on public service user satisfaction at the Bandung District Office; to determine the effect of facilities on public service quality at the Bandung District Office; to determine the effect of service quality on public service user satisfaction at the Bandung District Office. Data collection using a questionnaire of 200 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26.0 software. The results of data processing concluded that there is an influence between facility variables on public service user satisfaction at the Bandung District Office; there is an influence between facility variables on service quality at the Bandung District Office; there is an influence between service quality variables on public service user satisfaction at the Bandung District Office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine differences in consumer behavior in making shopping decisions at Madura Stores and Minimarkets in Bangkalan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is all consumers who shop at Madura Stores and Minimarkets in Bangkalan Regency, an unknown number. Meanwhile, for the sample in this study, researchers used 50 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observation. Data analysis techniques in this research used validity tests, reliability tests, Kolmogov-Smirnov normality tests, and paired sample t-tests using IBM SPSS 23. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that there is no significant difference between consumer behavior in making shopping decisions at Madura Stores and Minimarkets in Bangkalan Regency. With this information, it is hoped that it will be able to provide insight to the entire community in making policy decisions regarding the existence of Madura Shops and Minimarkets for shopping for necessities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of financial literacy on financial management among FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University and 2) the influence of the ease of online shopping on financial management among FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University. The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive methods. The subjects of this research were FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University with a sample of 80 lecturers who were determined using non-practical purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this research used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show 1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University and 2) the ease of online shopping has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that the independent variable has a contribution to the dependent variable. This research can provide an overview of the influence of financial literacy and ease of online shopping on financial management among FKIP lecturers at Sebelas Maret University.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze economic learning in achieving the profile of Pancasila students towards the achievement of the character of public high school students in North Banjarmasin. The problem focused on the lack of independence of students learning economics students in developing the character of the research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using Purposive Random Sampling technique as many as 226 public high school students in North Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires to students as well as taking references from journals, books and other relevant sources. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, simple regression analysis and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence between economic learning in achieving the Pancasila student profile on the character assessment of public high school students in North Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of brown sugar sales to traders in Kusan Hulu District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the marketing strategies used by respondent 1, respondent 2, and respondent 3 were as follows: 1) The three sellers offered the same product, namely brown sugar without variants, 2) The price offered varied between Rp. 10,000 to Rp. 12,000 per pack, 3) The production site was at home, while marketing was done at home and in the market, 4) Promotion by Ibu Jamah and Ibu Nor Jannah is done by word of mouth, while Ibu Sari Ratna has started using social media as a means of promotion, 5) Each seller provides friendly and good service to consumers, as well as fast and thorough in handling requests, which increases customer satisfaction, 6) Each seller facilitates the ordering and payment process for consumers, 7) Each seller provides an attractive product display to attract the attention of consumers.

Abstract

aim of this research is to find out how much influence family economic education, financial literacy and lifestyle have on students' financial planning in Bangkalan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the sample in this study consisted of 60 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results of the research study obtained show that; Family economic education, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant influence on the financial planning of students throughout Bangkalan Regency. Family economic education has a negative and significant effect on the financial planning of students throughout Bangkalan Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial planning behavior of students throughout Bangkalan Regency. Lifestyle has a negative and significant influence on the financial planning of students throughout Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

The success of the process of implementing teaching and learning activities can be measured by the learning outcomes achieved by students. Students's success in learning is influenced by two factors, namely external factors through self-discipline and internal factors namely self-efficacy. The external factor of self-discipline also acts as a mediator of self-efficacy with the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo class XI IPS and XII IPS. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of field research. The research population of students at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo class XI IPS and Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) assisted by SPSS version 25 research software. The results of the research show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on self-discipline, self-discipline has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, and self-discipline has a positive and significant mediating effect on learning outcomes, which is clarified as a quasi moderator because the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on learning outcome variables, the next test is that the self-discipline variable has a significant mediating effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is research into the development of animaker-based animated video learning media products in class X economics subjects at SMAN 1 Sreseh. This research aims to (1) Develop animaker-based animated videos into learning media for economics subjects at SMAN 1 Sreseh. (2) Knowing the feasibility of animaker-based animated videos as economic learning media for students at SMAN 1 Sreseh that are being developed. (3) Knowing the use of learning media using Animaker-based animated videos can improve the learning outcomes of class X students at SMAN 1 Sreseh. This development research is carried out using R&D (research and development) which consists of potential and problems, collecting information, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, and product manufacturing. Based on this research, for the assessment of material experts, the percentage score was 84% ??in the (very feasible) category, media experts had a percentage score of 80% in the (eligible) category, field practitioners scored a percentage of 98% in the (very feasible) category, and improved learning outcomes scored 0 .85% or 85% with category (very decent). Based on the pretest posttest, student learning outcomes were initially 60-75, after using learning media using Animaker it was 90-95, resulting in an increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

QRIS users in Indonesia have increased every year, which in its implementation is not only applied to traders or MSMEs, but students as consumers can also use QRIS as a payment method, one of which is at Nurul Jadid University. This study aims to determine the effect of social conditions and benefits on interest in using QRIS as a cashless society for Nurul Jadid University students. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study were active students of Nurul Jadid University. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with 350 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing in the form of t tests and F tests.The results showed that (1) The social condition variable has a positive and partially significant effect on interest in using QRIS thitung (27,128) > ttabel (1,967) signifikan <0,001 . (2) The benefit variable has a partially positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS thitung (27,128) > ttabel (1,967) signifikan <0,001. (3) Social condition variables and benefits have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on interest in using QRIS Fhitung (550,757) > Ftabel (3,02) signifikan < 0,05.
