This research aims to analyze Go Green Assistance in Industry to Increase Energy Efficiency and Reduce Waste. This assistance is based on case studies. data analysis with development and solving of problems. In conclusion, the implementation of Go Green Assistance in industry is a vital step towards enhancing energy efficiency and minimizing waste generation. By adopting sustainable practices, industries can not only reduce their environmental footprint but also benefit from cost savings, increased competitiveness, and improved corporate social responsibility. Abstract

Teachers are the most prioritized component in the education system which must receive maximum attention. Apart from that, the personality competence of PAK teachers must also truly have a fair, honest and objective nature and be based on love, where the teacher plays a very important role in efforts to achieve the desired learning goals. As a Christian Religious Education teacher, you must maintain faith. belief by diligently worshiping, praying, and following in the footsteps of Jesus as a great teacher, where Christian Religious Education teachers do not only focus on teaching but are able to become caregivers and coaches, PAK teachers in conveying the gospel not only in the form of teaching but especially in terms of example. highlighted in their lives. Christian religious education teachers must also realize that they still have to continue learning and imitating Jesus Christ in teaching.

Abstract

The teacher's attitude includes emotional aspects, attitudes and values ​​that are owned and demonstrated in the learning process. Teachers who have a good attitude can create a positive learning environment, motivate students, and build good relationships between teachers and students. First, empathy is a key element in teachers' affective attitudes. Teachers who can understand students' feelings and experiences can respond better to their needs. Second, patience and tolerance are other characteristics. Patient teachers can provide additional support to students who are experiencing difficulties, while tolerance helps in respecting diversity in the classroom. Third, a positive attitude and motivation are also important. Teachers who demonstrate a positive spirit can inspire students, create an environment that supports active learning, and encourage students' desire to learn. Fourth, professionalism in communicating and interacting with parents and school staff also reflects the teacher's strong affective attitude. Open and collaborative communication strengthens relationships between schools, teachers, and parents, creating effective educational teams. Overall, teachers' affective attitudes are not only about knowledge and teaching skills, but also involve emotional and social dimensions that play an important role in shaping meaningful learning experiences for students.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is basically the teacher's knowledge and ability to educate and carry out learning. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to determine and describe the role of teachers' pedagogical competence in achieving student learning achievement, which includes aspects of student understanding and implementation of learning. By using the literature study method which is carried out by analyzing several journals that are relevant or suitable to the selected title, analysis can be carried out by reading, noting and processing the materials used as references and then drawing conclusions. Based on literature analysis, it was found that several things need to be emphasized in the process of planning and implementing learning, namely, readiness of teaching materials, appropriate learning methods, comfort during learning, and evaluation of learning outcomes and student development. To improve teacher pedagogical competence, schools must be able to provide mentoring and support to teachers to improve teacher pedagogical competence and in an effort to achieve learning achievement

Abstract

Personality is an individual's characteristics which are distinguishing characteristics that distinguish that individual from other people. The characteristics mentioned here are internal, namely related to feelings, emotions and characteristics that influence a person's behavior. So far, most teachers do not realize that the character they display in front of their students has a significant influence on their own personality development. Teachers tend to only carry out their main task of teaching, without paying attention to whether what they do is seen, heard and imitated by their students. Abstract

In this modern era, every company engaged in the service sector competes in excellence, often in the form of superior service, especially in the frontliner. To do their job well. The frontliner needs to be equipped with the ability and skills in serving customers about the basics of good service so that customers who are served are more satisfied. Because it is the frontliner who will be the spearhead in providing good service to customers so that the customer feels satisfied and the customer isencouraged to be dedicated. Of course, this must be done with excellent customer service and in accordance with the ethical principles of the Islamic company.This study aims to determine the. Analysis of Service Excellence at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang: A Perspective from Islamic Business Ethics. This research includes studies conducted in the field.while this study is designed to be qualitative and descriptive Data sources. This study contains two primary data and two secondary data. The data is recorded in this study It is done by cataloging pertinent books and materials. All collected data is processed through inductive analysis. According to the study's findings, it is possible to conclude that the adoption of aptitude, attitude, appearance, attention, action, and responsibility (accountability) for six indications of outstanding service at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang, it turns out that the appearance portion is still lacking in the rest has been applied properly.In terms of Islamic business ethics, there are 4 principles that need to be guided, namely unity, justice, free will and responsibility and have implemented the 4 principles.

Abstract

Metode penelitian deskriptif ini merupakan metode penelitian yang bertujuan dalam mendeskripsikan peristiwa maupun kejadian secara objektif. Abstract

Metode pembelajaran aktif menjadi krusial dalam konteks sekolah luar biasa, di mana kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa beragam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan metode pembelajaran aktif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pencapaian siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan observasional terhadap implementasi metode seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi dalam pengaturan sekolah luar biasa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode ini berhasil meningkatkan motivasi, interaksi sosial, dan pemahaman konsep pada siswa. Guru perlu mengadaptasi strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan individual siswa, memfasilitasi kolaborasi, dan memanfaatkan teknologi pendukung. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran aktif efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan inklusif dan merangsang perkembangan siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus di sekolah luar biasa.

Abstract

Studi ini mendalami model pembinaan warga gereja berdasarkan ajaran-ajaran Kitab Yohanes di Alkitab. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada dialog antara Yesus dan Nikodemus dalam pasal 3, di mana konsep kelahiran rohaniah dipertegas. Model pembinaan ini merangkul pandangan holistik terhadap pertumbuhan spiritual dan pelayanan aktif di dalam dan di luar gereja. Gereja memiliki tugas dan panggilannya dalam melaksanakan pembinaan warga jemaat. Di dalam kehidupan yang baru, orang yang telah dilahir barukan itu memiliki persekutuan yang intim bersama Kristus, mereka dikenal dan dikasihi Allah. Sehingga warga gereja pemula akan mampu melayani dengan baik jika mereka dibina dengan baik pula. Melalui pembinaan diharapkan jemaat lebih mengenal dan bertumbuh dalam pengenalan akan Kristus. Berbicara mengenai pembinaan dalam gereja dilihat dari sudut pandang Alkitab, tidak terlepas dari pribadi yang Agung yaitu Yesus Kristus. Penulisan ini membahas tentang model pembinaan warga gereja yang berfokus pada Injil Yohanes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini studi kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan pokok masalah yang di bahas. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penulisan ini dapat memberikan pemahan bahwa seorang pembina adalah orang yang sungguh-sungguh beriman (sudah lahir baru), sehingga sebagai pembina ia memiliki beban untuk melakukan panggilannya dalam menggenapkan Amanat Agung. Model pembinaan warga gereja yang bercermin dari model pembinaan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes diharapkan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi para pemimpin di gereja lokal.

Abstract

Penulisan ini berawal dari metode-metode guru PAK dalam mengajar dan mendidik anak didiknya sehingga memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi. Setiap sekolah dasar harus menerapkan pedagogik guru PAK dalam mengajar peserta didiknya. Karena sebagai seorang guru, tugas dan tanggung jawabnya bukan hanya menguasai mata pelajaran. Namun, seorang guru harus bisa memiliki Kompetensi Pedagogik dalam mengajar anak didiknya, menguasai karakter-karakter para peserta didiknya. Sehingga guru dapat menguasai dan mengetahui bagaimana kondisi atau situasi kelas, maka akan menimbulkan proses pembelajarannya yabg hidup yang di dalamnya terjadi interaksi (tanyak jawab) antara siswa-siswa dan guru. Penulis merumuskan seberapa banyak para guru-guru PAK mengajar anak didiknya dengan mengembangkan Kompetensi Pedagogik di setiap Sekolah Dasar sehingga para siswa memiliki minat belajat yang semakin meningkat. Penulis juga mengumpulkan data-data dari beberapa buku yang dibahas di bab dua, dengan analisasi metode kualitatif. Penulis juga mencoba menemukan sejauh mana para guru mengajar anak didiknya dengan penuh tanggung jawab, sehingga anak didik memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi sehingga para anak didik mendapatkan nilai yang memuaskan..
