Abstract

Achieving success in the world and the hereafter certainly requires processes and steps, in addition to worship as well as the provision of education, in particular requiring a curriculum. The current National Education System is deemed unable to answer the challenges and needs of society. That is why this is the reason for the emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools, including the Schools under the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) which focus on combining religion and science, as part of society's response to their dissatisfaction with the existing National Education System. . This study aims to look at the application of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) curriculum as a model of curriculum integration based on religion and science at SDIT Ulul Albab 2 Purworejo, which seeks to respond by integrating and coordinating the curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the integration of religion-based and science-based curricula implemented at SDIT Ulul Albab 2 Purworejo has 3 curricula, namely: the JSIT curriculum; Office and Ministry of Religion Curriculum; Al-Qur'an curriculum (tahfidz) which is applied simultaneously. The integration model of religion-based curriculum and science that is implemented in this school is generally more dominant on the basis of religion in all aspects. The application of science in this school is more about practical application in everyday life

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To describe the educational values ​​in the book of al-Barzanji. 2) To find out the contextualization of educational values ​​in the book of al-Barzanji. 3) To find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the contextualization of educational values ​​contained in the book of al-Barzanji. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is intended to raise the facts, circumstances, variables, and phenomena that occur. The research approach is sociological psychological pedagogy. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques and instruments are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, 1) Faith and piety, gratitude, humility, honesty, kindness, fairness, and patience are the educational values ​​outlined in the book al-Barzanji. Through the naming of Islamic values, moral and physical development, and the production of changes in a positive direction, moral education is an activity that is carried out consciously and intentionally to provide physical and spiritual development. 2) Contextualization of the value of education in Kitab al-Barzanji, namely teaching love for the Messenger of Allah through prayer for him, being a da'wah method lading, being a conditioner in family life and the general public, having a good personality, religious character values ​​in educating children, teaching values exemplary and strengthen the value of humility or humility, have a friendly attitude, honest, fair and grateful. 3) Factors supporting and inhibiting the contextualization of educational values ​​contained in the book of al-Barzanji. The supporting factors are happy people, support from religious instructors and the existence of the al-Barzanji book. While the inhibiting factor is that people do not like reading al-Barzanji, and reading al-Barzanji is used as worship

Abstract

This article tries to explain the fundamental basis in the epistemological scientific framework that builds the Islamic worldview for an educator who plays a strategic role in the world of education. This worldview of an educator must be clarified and built on concepts that are in accordance with Islamic religious values ​​because it will act as a principle of faith, knowledge, and charity for an educator when teaching his students. This is very important to discuss because seeing the conditions of today's modern era where challenges to thinking are very real are lurking in our world of education. The good and bad conditions of the world of education will be determined by educators, especially the worldview of educators themselves. Therefore, this is where the researcher tries to examine this by using the library approach method, where theoretical data can be found offline or online. The result of this discussion is that the concept of Islamic epistemology based on monotheism turns out to be a fundamental worldview for educators to have faith (soul), knowledge (mind), and charity (body) when teaching in the classroom.

Abstract

This paper is entitled Supervision and Evaluation of the Arabic Language Program. The method used by the author in preparing this paper is descriptive, analysis of description and analysis has the same meaning, namely describing, this method is done by describing or describing the data, while the method used is library research method (library research), library research is a study used to collect information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, magazines, journals, historical stories, etc. The results of this study indicate that the one who evaluates the program carried out at the boarding school is the chairman of the foundation, asking each teacher who teaches in their respective fields, especially Arabic teachers if it is related to the type of evaluator, this cottage is classified as an internal evaluator because officers or program implementing members who are evaluated, namely the chairman of the foundation. Based on the evaluation program carried out by the chairman of the foundation, it can be seen that the chairman of the foundation evaluates it by asking every program that has been implemented by each teacher in their respective fields at the end of each semester. According to Stefanus Supriyanto and Nyoman Anita Damayanti (2006) in general, evaluation can be divided into two types, namely formative evaluation, and summative evaluation.

Abstract

The implementation of "Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Strategy in Moral Education during the Era of Disruption" is presented as a relevant approach in shaping students' character and morality amidst the challenges posed by technological and informational changes. CTL emphasizes the importance of connecting moral education to students' everyday life context, enabling ethical values to be easily understood, internalized, and applied in practice. This article outlines the stages of CTL strategy in moral education, including identifying morally relevant values within the era of disruption, recognizing students' life contexts, integrating moral values into contextual activities, and reflecting and evaluating the outcomes. Supporting theories such as Social Constructivism, Value Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Adult Reflection Theory are utilized to endorse and comprehend the relevance of CTL strategy in moral education. Despite the numerous advantages of CTL, such as its relevance and student-centered approach that fosters character development, the article also acknowledges certain shortcomings that require attention, such as the potential inefficiency in time management and striking a balance between context and curriculum content. Addressing challenges related to assessing and measuring students' moral and character growth is also highlighted as crucial in implementing CTL. In conclusion, the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy offers a compelling alternative to tackle the challenges of moral education during the era of disruption. With proper implementation and effective evaluation, CTL holds the potential to shape students' character and morality more effectively and contextually amidst the ongoing changes and disruptions. Thus, CTL proves to be a valuable approach in enhancing the quality of moral education in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to strengthen student independence and social skills by discussing character education in a digital context. Using qualitative research, 45 students from the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) provided responses. Through interviews, observation, and document analysis, data was collected. Using techniques of thematic analysis, the data were analyzed. The results of the study indicate that UMY students view character education in a digital context favorably. The use of technology can enhance students' learning independence and aid in the development of their social skills. In addition, self-confidence, motivation, and social support were discovered to influence the effectiveness of character education in a digital context. This research contributes to the advancement of character education in a digital context, with an emphasis on student autonomy and social skills. The research findings can serve as a guide for educational institutions as they develop learning strategies to meet the requirements of students confronting digital challenges

Abstract

The research entitled Curriculum Development and Learning Strategy for PAI was examined using the type of library research (Library Research). This research was conducted by conducting an in-depth analysis of various sources relevant to the issues to be discussed. The documentary technique used in this study aims to collect data by collecting representative library materials sourced from books, journals, e-books, or online. This study was conducted in order to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education. The curriculum and development of Islamic education learning must be returned to its philosophical roots with consideration of the supporting and inhibiting factors for success. Factors that must be considered are curriculum content, curriculum implementation models, and curriculum evaluation. Furthermore, according to the needs of students, the world of work, and society. Furthermore, PAI teachers must be able to apply various principles, such as learning strategies and approaches, and use learning media in various ways.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the urgency and implementation of adab in Ma'had Aly Ki Bagus Hadikusumo Sukoharjo. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that adab has an important urgency in shaping good character and noble ethics of the students, and preparing them to make positive contributions to society. Adab is implemented through various ways, such as habituation and practice of adab in daily activities, the implementation of religious lectures and discussions, as well as the formation of a culture of clean, healthy, and tidy environments. However, the research also shows that the implementation of adab in Ma'had Aly Ki Bagus Hadikusumo Sukoharjo still has shortcomings, such as a lack of supervision and discipline enforcement towards violations of adab. Therefore, better efforts are needed to implement adab so that the desired Islamic education goals can be achieved optimally

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling emotional intelligence and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling emotional intelligence. This research used a qualitative approach, conducted at SLB Negeri 1 Bantul. The research subjects were the school principal, one Islamic Religious Education teacher, one homeroom teacher, and two visually impaired students. Data was obtained through data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through several stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that: (1) The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher at SLB Negeri 1 Bantul is quite good, this is shown by various efforts and routines such as integrating PAI subjects with emotional intelligence, instilling aspects of the values of congregational prayer, reading iqra', student recitations once a semester, Ramadan Islamic boarding schools, Eid al-Adha and religious competition events. In overcoming the existing problems, the role of the PAI teacher is as an educator, motivator, class manager, evaluator, and to share among teachers regarding the obstacles that occur. (2) The research also resulted in some supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling emotional intelligence. The supporting factors are by providing theory accompanied by practice and the main factors from the environment. While the inhibiting factors come from internal and external. The internal ones come from self-awareness, potential, and condition of the child. Whereas the external ones come from the motivation of the surroundings and the environment

Abstract

Understanding of religious teachings can be assessed as a stimulus that has an impact on one's religious behavior. Understanding of religion as an activity based on believed religious values is influenced by the intensity of individual activity in using da'wah media, in the use of da'wah media as a means to increase religion it turns out to be more influenced by YouTube. The purpose of this study is to find out the da'wah media in increasing religion. As well as strategic innovation efforts to improve da'wah media in an effort to increase religious understanding. By knowing this goal, it is hoped that there will be improvements for preachers and da'wah institutions so that maximum results can be obtained in preaching. This study uses quantitative methods, descriptive analysis, data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview methods, and documentation methods. While the population in this study amounted to 45 respondents with a sample of 37 respondents. Analyzing the author's data using the Chi Square formula. The results obtained were (x2 hits) 30.59 greater than the chi squared table (x2 tabs) both at a significant level of 5%, namely 5.991 and at a significant level of 1%, namely 9.210 and it can also be seen from the results of data analysis of KK of 0.7 in the category enough. Therefore, the hypothesis used is that "Innovation in da'wah media strategies is very influential and is very much needed in efforts to increase religious understanding in Cileungsi.
