Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of ISMUBA (Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic Language) teachers' personality competence and social competence on students' emotional intelligence at SMP MBS Al-Manar from the students' perspectives. The study utilized a quantitative approach, involving a sample of 52 students selected through a census technique. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 22. The findings indicate that ISMUBA teachers' personality competence falls within the low category, while their social competence is categorized as medium. Additionally, the results demonstrate that students' emotional intelligence is in the low category. The simultaneous hypothesis test reveals a positive and significant relationship between ISMUBA teachers' personality competence and social competence, and students' emotional intelligence. Partially, the research identifies a positive and significant impact of ISMUBA teachers' personality competence on students' emotional intelligence. Moreover, there is a positive and significant effect of ISMUBA teachers' social competence on students' emotional intelligence

Abstract

Research About the influence of the handbook in Teaching Activity is important. Whether an handbook have any influence or not. So as Kitab al Akhlaqu Lil Banaat, needs to be viewed, how much influence to fhe student's attitude.Tbis research will answer several questions, How the Pesantren Implement the Akhlaq to the female students? How much influence the reading the book al Akhlaqu lil banaat on female students at the Pesantren Al Islam Darul Falah, Masaran, Sragen?The metode used in this research is mixed research, both qualitative and quantitative. The Result of this research, the application of the akhlaq in the boarding school in several ways; habituation, reglulations and threats of sanction, and the unwritten rules suchas adab to the teachers. Meanwhile the moral of the students are very good in every aspect, akhlaq to Allah, Akhlaq to teachers, and akhlaq to friends. But there are the conflicts and the gossip ensued which led to a bad ratings. And the result of research on influence, it shows that the activity based on interest in reading book, have coefficients above 0,3 in All Aspects (Akhlaq to Allah, Akhlaq to teachers, and akhlaq to friends). but, there are lack corelations between the report value and the akhlaq of female students.The relationship between the value report with akhlaq to Allah (0,160), Akhlaq to teahers (0,126) and akhlaq to friends (0,035).this low coefficient shows a lack of apreciation of values during the learning. And this also shows the orientation of female students is only know of the meaningof the reading in the book al akhlaqu lil banaat, that wrietten in Arabic language.

Abstract

Curriculum is an educational program provided by educational institutions for students. Based on this educational program, students engage in various learning activities, thereby promoting their development and growth in line with the established educational goals. To ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum, evaluation and supervision play crucial roles. Curriculum supervision encompasses all efforts undertaken by supervisors in the form of assistance, guidance, motivational support, and direction aimed at improving teachers' capabilities in instructional practices, which, in turn, enhance students' learning outcomes. The primary objectives of curriculum evaluation and supervision in education are to empower teachers with improved teaching skills. The success of curriculum supervision is evidenced by the improvement in students' learning outcomes. Thus, curriculum evaluation and supervision emphasize guidance and support for teachers to develop professional competencies in implementing educational curricula, leading to better, more effective, and successful educational outcomes

Abstract

Santri tend not to be ready to be involved in society when they graduate from Islamic boarding schools because of their low knowledge of entrepreneurial spirit, they only focus on religious studies. This study aims to explore these problems, including: 1) Knowing the Surau Kami Islamic Boarding School before the santripreneur program was carried out 2) Knowing the santripreneur entrepreneurship program through the santripreneurs at the Surau Kami Cultural Islamic Boarding School, Pedalangan Banyumanik Village, Semarang. The type of research used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, namely research with a direct participatory action research approach. Information in this study was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation through two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This study describes social phenomena that are carried out through participatory action research or (PAR) on entrepreneurial activities for students to take action to improve the economy. The benefit of this research is that there is an entrepreneurial spirit education in the students, so that they are ready to join the community when they graduate from the Cultural Islamic Boarding School, Surau Kami, Pedalangan Banyumanik Village, Semarang.

Abstract

Professionalization of education personnel development is done based on the needs of the institution, a group of teachers, and individual teachers themselves. According Danim from the perspective of an institution intended to stimulate the development of teachers, maintain, and improve the quality of staff in solving organizational problems. Furthermore it is said also that the development of teachers based on the needs of the institution is important, but the more important thing is based on the individual needs of education personnel to undergo a process of professionalization. Because the substance of the study and learning contexts evolve and change according to the dimensions of space and time, teachers are required to always improve their competence. Profession educators have the primary task of serving the community in the world pedidikan. Correspondingly, it is apparent that the professionalization in the field of education personnel implies an increase in all the power and effort in order to achieve optimal services to be provided to the public

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of variations in learning tahfidzul Qur'an with the ITQON method based on differentiation in early childhood at Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Ikhlash Islamic Kindergarten in Krogowanan, Sawangan, Magelang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were caregivers from both the school principal and the ustadz. Data collection techniques were obtained from documentation in the form of guidelines for implementing tahfidz activities, standard operating procedures, and other data such as documents regarding the condition and program of children's activities. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, presentation of data results, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of the ITQON method based on differentiation can strengthen thinking skills, be able to process information well, broaden understanding, and can provide feedback in increasing memorization of the Qur'an according to different levels of early childhood abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how students' mathematical communication skills are written and how are students' mathematical communication skills orally using a realistic approach to RME (Realistis Mathematic Education) in class 7 students of MTs Nur Ibrahimy. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach, through data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used in the form of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the realistic approach to RME (Realistis Mathematic Education) is closely related to students' ability to communicate integer material correctly and correctly, both in writing and orally, through the steps of giving problems in everyday life, giving encouragement and developing problems. more deeply and consider ways or steps to examine and research and finally give students assignments. Abstract

This study has the aim to find out through creative dance activities can improve kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6 years at the Ananda Putri Batang Quiz Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. This study used the PTK method (classroom action research) which consisted of 20 students, namely 10 boys and 10 girls in class B. The percentage before taking the action was called Prasiklus with the results being carried out at the Ananda Putri Islamic Integrated Kindergarten Batang Quiz i.e. 35%. The target set by researchers is 80%. Cycle I increased 70% compared to Pracycle after the action. However, when the results obtained were not in accordance with the objectives, Cycle II was carried out which resulted in an increase in results of 95%. Therefore, this research has been said to be successful. These results are consistent that kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6 years at Ananda Putri Islamic Integrated Kindergarten can be improved through dance creations

Abstract

This research aimed to describe and identify religious activity, method, supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of ahlakhul karimah development at SMAN Gondangrejo in academic year of 2022/2023. This study was a qualitative research that using phenomenological approach. The data sources of this research were school principal, teachers, and students. The data analysis technique of this research were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. The data validity of this research used two types of triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of this research indicated that the methods used in developing akhlakul karimah in SMAN Gondangrejo were the habituation method, the exemplary method and the advice method.  The religious activities that support the development of akhlakul karimah in SMAN Gondangrejo were religious Fridays, dzuhur and asar prayers simultaneously, dhikr together, discoursing after prayers, infaq after dzuhur and asar prayers togerther, SMAGO Muharram festival (SMF), and mabit. The supporting factors for the successful development of akhlakul karimah in SMAN Gondangrejo were derived from adequate school facilities, cooperation between teachers and students intersting. The inhibiting factors for the development of akhlakul karimah in SMAN Gondangrejo were android and the different environtments for students.
