Abstract

To achieve loyalty, employees will usually first be satisfied with their job satisfaction within the company. If someone is at the desired level of job satisfaction, then their level of commitment to be loyal to the company will also increase. On the other hand, if someone who has low commitment to the company will appear to be withdrawing from the company, which will ultimately lead to the employee's decision to leave the company. Loyalty to the company, namely the extent to which an employee identifies with his workplace as shown by the desire to work, try his best and make a definite decision to leave the company if he does not make a fatal mistake. Based on the research results, the calculated t value for the service quality variable was 8.995 with a significant value of 0.000. This significant value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is 0.05. Apart from that, by looking at the positive coefficient value, the hypothesis which states that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty is accepted. This means that if the quality of service increases, work loyalty will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the organization on employee performance through the work environment at the North Sumarera Province Transportation Agency using a quantitative Ex Post Facto research approach. The results obtained are that the variable t-value of organizational culture (x1) is 7.417, which is greater than the t-table 2.003 and the sig value is 0.000<0.05, which means that the organizational culture variable (x1) has a significant and significant influence on the performance of employees of the North Sumatra transportation service office. Accepted. The results obtained are a t-count variable work environment value (x2) of 7.477 which is greater than t table 2.003 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment variable (x2) has a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Sumatra Transportation Service Office. Accepted. Based on the table above, it shows that by looking at the coefficient value of each independent variable or independent variable, namely organizational culture (X1) and work environment (x2). Organizational culture has a regression coefficient value of 0.319 and the work environment has a regression coefficient of 0.563, or a beta value of 0.506 <0.510. It can be concluded that the work environment variable has a big influence on employee performance because it has a higher regression coefficient.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee work professionalism on the quality of public services with performance allowances at the Medan City sub-district office. The research method used is positivistic-based research (concrete data), where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by conducting field studies, with questionnaires. The population is 25 people. So the number of respondents in this study was 25 respondents, data management used SPSS software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of professionalism on service quality, service quality has a positive and significant influence on benefits. The technique is carried out using Linear Regression Path Analysis which uses a partial t test. It can be concluded that if the P value (sig) < alpha (0.05) then the decision to reject H0, the conclusion of the level test (5%) is sufficient evidence that employee work professionalism (x) influences the quality of public services. service (y). Then, from the linear regression path analysis of employee work professionalism (X) of 0.624 which has a positive sign, it can be concluded that the better the employee work professionalism, the higher the public's satisfaction with service management, resulting in increased facilities and services. infrastructure in order to achieve a symbol of success through the provision of public services

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out: "To analyze the influencing factors interest in learning physical education on the ability to play football among boys' students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamuru Bone Regency”. The research problem is "What factors influence interest in learning Physical education on the ability to play football among students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamuru, Bone Regency?” The population of this study were all male students of SMA Negeri 1 Lamuru, Bone Regency. Taking The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique, namely taking samples randomly randomly using a lottery technique, totaling 40 male students of SMA Negeri 1 Lamuru, Bone Regency as research sample. The research variables are interest in learning physical education and ability to play football. Method Data collection uses questionnaire techniques, measurement tests and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis and correlation analysis. The research results show that interest studying physical education for boys' students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamuru, Bone Regency, based on an interest indicator of 62.5% of respondents who have an interest in learning physical education are in the high category, the attention indicator is 70% in the high category, and the needs indicator is 62.5% in the high category. The background students' interest in taking physical education lessons is the desire to be able to excel and have physical fitness and be the best in physical education lessons.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the various problems faced by students where the problem is not only seen from the individual aspect but from the various sides of the owner close relationship with learning. This research is a type of qualitative research with methods observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that it is low A student's individual learning motivation is not the only aspect that causes him to have low learning motivation. Abstract

This research aims to describe the Kyorugi Scoring Display development procedure System using Borland Delphi 7 and Arduino UNO as remote control. Development Kyorugi Scoring Display System is one solution to problems for board supply companies Taekwondo match scores (scoreboard) to increase the effectiveness of filling in match scores computer interface based. Because there are still many physical match scoreboards weakness, namely that it takes a long time to set the score because it uses manual push button which has an impact on match schedule delays, the display of the Taekwondo match scoreboard also incomplete, the scoreboard remote control is too big, making it difficult for the judges to judge, and The dimensions of the scoreboard are too large, making it difficult to arrange the instrumentation match. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop an interface-based scoreboard with attractive features and displays that make it easier for judges to monitor scores, especially on taekwondo competition. Kyorugi Scoring Display System is a computer interface (software). developed using the Borland Delphi 7 application, and Ardunino UNO as a remote control. Product testing is carried out by testing the product with several experts and covers every layer product. Product testing results show that the Kyorugi Scoring Display System runs well proven by the correspondence between the input from the remote control and the display on the application. So, it can be concluded that the Kyorugi Scoring Display System can be a solution to the problem In filling in scores for Taekwondo matches, we use a physical scoreboard that has many lack.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the moral values in the novel "Kembang Turi" and the author hopes that readers can understand the contents of the novel. The method used in analyzing this novel is by using a bibliographic method which contains two elements of the novel's value, namely intrinsic and extrinsic elements. Apart from that, the author also uses a descriptive method with an approachmoral. After the author analyzes the novel "Kembang Turi" in terms of moral aspects, the author can draw interest conclusion that there are positive and negative aspects to the main characters, Dirman, Marni and Manaf. For aspects Negatives are advised not to be emulated but for our knowledge in social life.

Abstract

Genetics is one of the materials in biology learning that has long been believed many students find the material difficult to understand. The scope of the material is wide, lots of it The use of abstract terms and concepts makes it difficult for students to remember important concepts Genetics material. Various factors can influence the quality of student learning. Those are the factors determine the success of learning in a school. This research aims to look at the problem problems in the process of learning genetic concepts at SMA Negeri 2 Seulimum Aceh Besar district. This case study research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Seulimum located on Jl. Krueng Raya-Ateuk Lamteuba, Seulimum, Aceh Besar Regency. Research subjects are Biology teachers and students SMA Negeri 2 Seulimum class XII Science. The method used is an exploratory descriptive method using questionnaires, interviews and observation techniques. Case studies are carried out through field studies with a visit to the school in November 2013. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and displayed in descriptive form. The research results show that there are several factors The problem in genetics learning is related to the model applied, means The learning used includes: learning media, teaching materials, learning resources and utilization laboratory (Science and Computer Laboratory). The conclusion of this research is the learning process in The concept of genetics at SMA Negeri 2 Seulimum is not yet running optimally. Students don't understand yet well the concept of genetics is based on the learning system that has been carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the ideologies contained in the novel Yohanes A Vagina by NP. This study is qualitative research. The research subjects are para novel characters, while the object of research is ideologies and the relationship between ideologies and social class. The data collection techniques used are observation, note-taking and documentation. Technique Data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Temporary Data validity testing techniques use source triangulation and member checking techniques. Research result are: (1) ideology divided into three types: (a) capitalism, (b) socialism, and (c) religion. (2) the relationship between social class and ideology, including: (a) social class in economics, (b) social class in socio-cultural, (c) social class in language, (d) social class in education, (e) social class in religion, and (f) class social in politics.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of learning is related to absorbing, processing and conveying This information is the student's learning style. Learning style is a very learning modality important. Information related to the characteristics of the learning styles of the students who will be taught is very important for lecturers to improve the quality of learning. Students will also find it easier to motivate themselves learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this research are all English language education study program students class of 2016. Instruments used in This research is in the form of a questionnaire which will be filled out by research subjects. This learning style questionnaire is filled out by 42 research subjects. The results of the learning style analysis are dominated by combined learning styles auditory and kinesthetic 25% Visual 12%, 20% auditory, 24% kinesthetic, 7% combined visual and auditory, 12% combined visual and kinesthetic. Thus, the dominance of student learning style tendencies are auditory and kinesthetic learning styles.
