Abstract

Musical intelligence in early childhood has become a major concern in the field of education and childdevelopment. This research aims to examine in depth the importance of musical intelligence in the earlystages of child development using a literature review method. Through analysis of various relevantliterature sources, this research discusses the main aspects related to musical intelligence in earlychildhood, including its impact on children's cognitive, emotional and social development. The resultsof the literature review show that musical intelligence in early childhood has a significant contributionto the development of various cognitive abilities, such as creative thinking, memory and problem solving.Apart from that, musical activities at an early age also play an important role in improving children's social skills, such as cooperation, communication and appreciation of differences. This research alsoidentified several factors that influence the development of musical intelligence in early childhood,including family environment, interaction with music teachers or instructors, and exposure to varioustypes of music. The implication of these findings is the need to emphasize integrated musical educationin the early childhood education curriculum, as well as the important role of parents and teachers infacilitating the development of children's musical intelligence.

Abstract

This research relates to the role of Islamic religious education teachers in promoting the character formation of class VIII students at PGRI Pagar Alam Middle School. The aim of the research is to find out the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the character formation of class VIII students and to find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors are in improving the character formation of class VIII students at SMP PGRI Pagar Alam. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this research are that the role played by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving the Character Formation of Class VIII Students at PGRI Pagar Alam Middle School has played a good role, where Islamic Religious Education teachers have played their roles as teachers, mentors, leaders, scientists, and as individuals who Good. Meanwhile, the supporting factors in improving student character formation are the very active role of teachers, fellow educators and peers, school programs and inhibiting factors, namely the progress of IFTEK, the number of parents who defend their children even though the child has made a mistake, the surrounding environment. , there is a lack of student awareness of the importance of character building, interacting with peers and also social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning style of grade 10 H students at SMA N 1 Kintamani in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study method. This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Kintamani with 37 students. Research data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses techniques from Miles and Huberman, namely collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the learning style of class 10 H students was dominated by the Kinesthetic learning style of 43% with a total of 16 students. Kinesthetic learning style was at 41% with 15 students. Meanwhile, the Read / Write learning style was at 11% with 4 students, and the Visual Learning Style was at 5% with 2 students. In implementing the independent curriculum, teachers should conduct initial diagnostic tests and provide a differentiated learning process.

Abstract

Research is a systematic process of investigating a phenomenon/event aimed at discovering and/or developing true knowledge. As a systematic activity, research must be carried out with a specific method known as the research method, which is a scientific approach undertaken to obtain data for a specific purpose and utility. This scientific approach must be based on the characteristics of scholarship, namely rational, empirical, and systematic. The existence of research instruments is a highly integral part and is included in the methodology component of research to conduct research activities because research instruments are tools used to collect, examine, and investigate a problem under study. A good instrument must certainly have good validity and reliability. To obtain a good instrument, besides being tested and experimented, its validity and reliability must also be calculated according to the rules of instrument preparation. In connection with this, various aspects related to research instruments will be discussed in this discussion, starting with the understanding of research instruments, types, steps of preparation, and criteria for a good instrument.

Abstract

This article aims to determine how managerial skills and time management by the head of the study program affect timely graduation of students. Managerial skills and time management by the head of the program will be one of the factors that determine the ease for students, of course, not apart from several inhibiting and supporting factors. This type of research is quantitative research, the subject of this literature study is the head of the study program, while the object of this research is managerial skills and time management. The technique used to collect data, the author uses literature study. The purpose of this article is to analyze students who are able to complete their studies on time with various busyness, both as employees or as entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This paper discusses in depth about the competitive advantage of schools in facing the rapid competition among schools today. Competitive advantage serves the function of helping individuals have a very high capacity so that they understand the opportunities that come with globalization and the global economy, which can be utilized for the welfare of the nation and the development of the country. The objective conditions of the nation, global challenges, and information technology challenges make schools in Indonesia face very heavy pressure to build the best educational services, especially in the current era of digitization. Schools are confronted with the dynamics of the external environment. The external environment of these schools is a strategic environment where competencies are persistent and unstoppable. Therefore, a new conception of school excellence is needed to achieve service excellence to maintain the value of helping students in their participation in education. Thus, schools must be present in balance with good quality to have a competitive advantage. Openness to interact with various strategic supports is a very important characteristic and a tool to move faster, and also a tool to develop competitive advantage.

Abstract

This article as a whole discusses the philosophy of science and the development of the epistemological construction of science. The construction of an epistemology of science is an in-depth effort to understand the nature, sources and limits of knowledge. Epistemology as a branch of philosophy plays a key role in detailing the process of understanding, forming and assessing knowledge. There is a close relationship between the philosophy of science and the development of science, because the philosophy of science has always been a benchmark in the development of science. The philosophy of science is the initial foundation for the formation of a developing scientific epistemology. Some developments in the epistemology of science cannot be separated from the well-developed foundation of the philosophy of science. The essence of modern science cannot be separated from the basics of the philosophy of science. Another factor that binds science is realism and idealism which are a strong basis for developing the construction of scientific epistemology in the era of modern civilization like now. Research methods are used to gain in-depth insight into document analysis. The analysis technique used is document study of previous research results that are related to the philosophy of science. Data collection was carried out by searching reading books, scientific journals published on Google Scholar, digital libraries and libraries. This research is very important to carry out because the philosophy of science is the mother of the development of existing science.

Abstract

This article discusses in depth the innovation of teachers in madrasa schools today. Teachers are at the forefront of improving the quality of education and creating competitive and characterful human resources. Teacher innovation, when applied well, can be the main driver in developing Madrasah Schools into educational centers that are quality, relevant and responsive to student needs and the demands of modern society. The main focus is to identify innovative strategies, methods and approaches used by teachers to improve the quality of education and enrich students' learning experiences. Research methods are used to gain in-depth insight into document analysis. The research results show that madrasa teachers are not only information providers, but also innovators who actively create a stimulative learning environment. Teacher innovation is manifested in creative learning design, use of technology, and empowering students to think critically. These findings contribute to our understanding of the role of teachers as agents of change in the madrasa context, while also providing a foundation for the development of more effective Islamic education policies.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the effectiveness of the teacher work team in realizing the school's vision andmission. The focus of this paper is to discuss the factors that cause the effectiveness of teacher work teamsthat do not run according to school expectations and strategies in managing effective teacher work teamsin schools. This research method uses Library Research or literature research by collecting various data andliteracy needed. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the teacher's work team is strongly influenced by several factors which include internal factors and external factors of team members. Internalfactors such as leadership, communication, skills and abilities as well as conflicts between teachers candirectly affect the effectiveness of work teams. While external factors such as school culture, resources,common goals and work environment can affect the performance of the teacher's work team indirectlythrough internal factors. The effectiveness of the teacher work team will not always run well and inaccordance with the expectations and vision and mission of the school. Therefore, it requires skills inmanaging effective work teams by: Fostering mutual trust between teachers, equalizing the vision andmission of each member of the teacher team, building good communication between teacher teams,understanding responsibilities between teacher team members, conducting regular monitoring andevaluation, giving appreciation and rewards to outstanding team members.
