This study aims to explore the development of teachers' competencies in implementing differentiated instruction in five high schools in Nagan Raya and West Aceh, involving 15 teachers with diverse teaching experience backgrounds. The findings indicate that 70% of the teachers understand the importance of differentiated instruction; however, only 45% feel confident in their ability to apply it effectively. Classroom observations revealed that only 50% of the teachers consistently use this strategy, while 80% reported having attended training, but only 40% felt they benefited from it. Major barriers included a lack of resources, learning aids, and the rigidity of the curriculum. Although most students reported feeling more motivated when this approach was implemented, challenges remain regarding the consistency of its application. Recommendations to enhance teachers' competencies include evaluating training programs, providing management support, and fostering collaboration among teachers. The results of this study emphasize the need for an integrated approach to maximize the effectiveness of differentiated instruction in the era of Industry 5.0.

The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, tests, questionnaires and documentation. The instruments used to collect data in this research consisted of observation sheets, test sheets, questionnaires and validation sheets. The results of this research can be concluded that the first variable (X1), namely ice breaking, has no effect on student’s interest in learning. This is proven based on the calculation of t count < t table (1,191 < 2.068). Poster media (X2) has no effect on student’s interest in learning. This is proven based on the calculated t < t table (-1.326 < 2.068). So it can be concluded that there is no significant influence of the use of the ice breaking method and poster media on student’s interest in learning.

Beginners ought to have twenty first century competencies, definitely one among that's the capability to suppose critically. The results of the initial observation of phase F at Lengayang 1 State Senior High School were 29.40% and were included in the non-critical category. The reason lies in the model that is carried out, which is not optimally carried out, therefore, it is important to make efforts to improve critical thinking skills through the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Student Worksheets. The cause of this study turned into to determine the impact of the PBL version assisted through LKPD at the critical thinking skills of phase F students on respiratory system cloth at SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang. This research is an experiment. The design used is randomized control-group posttest only design. The populace on this look at were all phase F students. Sample determination using purposive sampling approach. The studies pattern became received, namely class XI.F1 as the experimental class and class XI.F3 as the control class. The research instrument is a 12-item essay with an evaluation primarily based on critical thinking skills indicators. The experimental class research results have been higher than the control class with the average posttest rating of the experimental class (85,13%) and the control class (56,8%). Data processing using the independent sample t-test obtained a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, this indicates that the intervention in the experimental class had a significant effect compared to the control class. Based on this, it can be concluded that the PBL model is assisted by LKPD has a tremendous effect at the critical thinking skills of phase F college students at the material of the respiratory system at SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang.

This study aims to analyze the application of three innovative learning models, namely Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project-Based Learning (PJBL), and Deep Learning, to Biology teachers and grade XII students at SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli. The background of this study is the need for more effective learning methods to improve student engagement, deep understanding, and critical thinking skills. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires given to teachers and students. The results showed that teachers appreciated the PJBL method more, which was considered effective in developing 21st century skills, such as collaboration and creativity, with the highest score of 40%. Meanwhile, students showed a balanced preference between PBL and PJBL, each scoring 34%, reflecting the flexibility and support of both methods for understanding the material through solving real problems. Deep Learning was considered effective by teachers in improving students' analytical skills, but received the lowest score from students (32%). The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for a flexible approach in the application learning models to accommodate differences in perception and needs between teachers and students in order to optimally improve learning outcomes.

This article discusses the concepts of growth and development in the context of learner development. Growth and development are two interrelated processes that occur throughout a human's life, beginning from the prenatal stage to adulthood. Growth refers to quantitative physical changes, such as increases in body size and tissue mass, while development focuses on qualitative functional changes, including cognitive, emotional, motor, and social aspects. A deep understanding of these two concepts is essential for educators, healthcare professionals, and parents to support the optimal development of learners. This article also explores various factors that influence growth and development, such as genetics, nutrition, environment, and stimulation. Understanding the differences between growth and development, along with the influencing factors, has significant implications for designing age-appropriate educational approaches and for the early detection of developmental disorders. Through a comprehensive approach, it is hoped that the growth and development processes of learners can proceed optimally.
