Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendirian Lembaga Raudhatul Athfal (RA) sebagai bentuk kontribusi Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Hidayatullah Klatakan, Tanggul, Kabupaten Jember, dalam bidang sosial, keagamaan, dan kemasyarakatan. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis nilai-nilai Islam menjadi latar belakang penting kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan musyawarah, pembangunan sarana, rekrutmen tenaga pendidik, dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendirian RA mendapat dukungan kuat dari masyarakat, serta mampu menjadi pusat kegiatan keagamaan sekaligus pendidikan formal usia dini. Selain itu, program ini memberikan dampak terhadap meningkatnya keterlibatan sosial warga, pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui unit kegiatan pesantren. Diharapkan model pendirian RA ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai bentuk sinergi antara pesantren dan masyarakat dalam memperkuat fondasi pendidikan Islam sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan moral santri, namun juga dituntut membekali keterampilan hidup, termasuk kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan santri melalui pelatihan life-skill entrepreneurship di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Puteri, Jatiroto, Lumajang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tindakan partisipatif. Subjek penelitian mencakup 15 santri puteri kelas akhir, 2 ustadzah pendamping, dan pengelola pondok. Selama delapan minggu, pelatihan meliputi pengenalan kewirausahaan, perencanaan usaha, produksi (sabun herbal dan keripik singkong), pemasaran, serta manajemen keuangan dasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman serta analisis SWOT. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis santri. Santri mampu merancang usaha, memproduksi secara mandiri, serta mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi dankepemimpinan. Pelatihan ini mendorong lahirnya produk usaha yang dipamerkan secara internal, serta menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan, program ini efektif sebagai upaya menyiapkan santri yang mandiri secara ekonomi.

Abstract

The article describes financial management assistance at the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang. The research uses a constructive method. This community service activity was carried out using the participatory rural approach (PRA) method through counseling, demonstrations, and mentoring. Based on the research results, financial management assistance at the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang has been carried out through the following activities: financial management at the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang is carried out through a systematic process, starting from assistance in the preparation, assistance in the development of the Islamic Boarding School Revenue Budget plan, assistance in the receipt and expenditure of Islamic boarding school funds. The supervision system at the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang is carried out through evaluation and accountability.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze in depth the process and implications of Curriculum-Based Madrasah Management Training at Madrasah Tsanawiyah as a response to the need for value-based management strengthening. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type combined with the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies of 12 participants consisting of school principals, vice principals, teachers, and training teams selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model through reduction, presentation, and thematic conclusion drawing. The results of the study reveal three main themes: (1) internalization of the value of love in the vision and culture of the organization, (2) strengthening of participatory leadership based on community assets, and (3) transformation of managerial practices through collective reflection. These findings confirm that training based on the Love Curriculum not only improves technical competencies, but also shapes value awareness and institutional collaboration. Theoretically, this study enriches the study of value-based Islamic education management; practically, it provides recommendations for policy makers and training institutions to develop participatory and sustainable programs

Abstract

This paper examines the role, functions, and stages of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum development toward adaptive education. The PAI curriculum plays conservative (preserving values), creative (innovation), and critical (social filter) roles. Strategically, the curriculum addresses digital disruption and globalization challenges through integrating religious moderation (wasathiyyah), digital literacy, and balancing tradition-modernity. Functionally, the curriculum serves as student guidance, an educators' operational baseline, and society's quality assurance. Its development cycle includes planning, design, implementation, and evaluation. This study also analyzes the transition from the 2013 Curriculum to Kurikulum Merdeka, despite facing challenges like teacher readiness and digital infrastructure gaps. A mature PAI curriculum is vital to produce an intelligent and noble generation.

Abstract

Tasmi' activities are one form of guidance within the Qur'an memorization (tahfiz) program aimed at helping students maintain and strengthen their memorization. This article aims to describe the implementation and the outcomes of mentoring activities in tasmi' for strengthening students' Qur'an memorization at Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School, Palangka Raya. The community service activity was conducted through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program from February to June 2026. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of the program. The results showed that tasmi' was carried out after students completed the memorization of one juz and was preceded by a memorization reinforcement process through murojaah (review) and repeated recitation. The activity was conducted in the presence of teachers and fellow students using a direct listening system, allowing recitation errors to be corrected immediately. The mentoring activities included coordinating the program, listening to students' memorization, preparing supporting facilities, and documenting the implementation of tasmi'. The activity contributed to increasing the intensity of murojaah, improving memorization readiness, enhancing students' self-confidence, and creating a learning environment that supports the maintenance of Qur'an memorization. Therefore, tasmi' contributes to strengthening students' memorization within the Qur'an tahfiz program.

Abstract

Corporate responsibility can be realized through various activities oriented towards community empowerment and environmental preservation. The forms of implementation include improving the quality of life of the community, environmental protection, providing educational assistance in the form of scholarships for underprivileged children, financial support for the maintenance of public facilities, as well as other contributions to village development and the provision of social facilities that benefit the wider community. This Community Service activity is a manifestation of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education carried out by lecturers of the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Syekh Yusuf Al-Makassari University, Gowa, in collaboration with PT. Indo Mineral Mining. The synergy aims to ensure that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is implemented effectively, transparently, accountably, and sustainably. This activity was carried out on Thursday, January 13, 2026, in Tanakuraya Village, North Bungku District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The results of the activity show that CSR has a significant role in creating a harmonious relationship between companies and the community. Through a series of outreach activities, discussions, and training, the community gained a better understanding of their rights and obligations as stakeholders, including in the application, implementation, and oversight of CSR programs. Furthermore, through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and direct communication with residents, several key community needs were identified, including the provision of clean water, strengthening community economic capacity, and improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought various moral challenges for Generation Z. This condition requires madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions to strengthen the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through systematic management based on Qur’anic values. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen madrasah-based Islamic Religious Education management in fostering a Qur’anic and character-oriented generation at MA Plus Miftahul Ulum Lumajang. The implementation employed a participatory and practical approach consisting of lectures, question-and-answer sessions, interactive discussions, Qur’an reading practices, and implementation-oriented mentoring. The results of the program indicated an increased understanding among participants regarding the importance of integrating Islamic Religious Education management with the madrasah’s vision, religious culture, and student character development. Furthermore, teachers were able to develop learning instruments that integrated tilawah (Qur’an recitation), tahfidz (Qur’an memorization), tadabbur (Qur’anic reflection), and the internalization of moral values. At the institutional level, the madrasah demonstrated a commitment to integrating Qur’anic programs into the academic calendar and implementing a sustainable character evaluation system.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penguatan kelembagaan dan pengembangan kemitraan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan Pondok Pesantren Darul Muta'allimin, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, melalui pendampingan dan kemitraan strategis bersama IAIM Lumajang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, diskusi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman pengelola pesantren mengenai tata kelola kelembagaan, terjalinnya kemitraan yang lebih erat antara perguruan tinggi dan pesantren, serta tersusunnya rencana tindak lanjut untuk mendukung pengembangan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Abstract Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a vital role in enhancing the quality of Islamic education, yet they continue to face challenges regarding institutional strengthening and partnership development. This community service initiative aims to bolster the institutional capacity of Pondok Pesantren Darul Muta'allimin in Kutai Kartanegara Regency through mentoring and a strategic partnership with IAIM Lumajang. The methods employed included observation, discussion, mentoring, and participatory evaluation. The results indicate an improved understanding of institutional governance among the school's administrators, the establishment of a closer partnership between the higher education institution and the boarding school, and the formulation of an action plan to support the development of education, research, and community service. This program is expected to serve as a model for sustainable collaboration in improving the quality of Islamic education and fostering community empowerment.
