Abstract

Abstract. Mentally retardation made the children difficult to recognize Hijaiyah letters. To be able to recognize Hijaiyah letters, the children had to understand every single Hijaiyah letters. To solve the problem, the researcher applied direct learning with audiovisual media which had purpose to enhance the recognizing Hijaiyah letters ability from Alif till Jim to the middle mentally retardation children of class III in SLB Aisyiyah Tulangan Sidoarjo. The purpose of this research was to describe the enhancement of recognizing Hijaiyah letters ability through direct learning with audiovisual media to the middle mentally retardation children of class III in SLB Aisyiyah Tulangan Sidoarjo. The methods of data collection in this research were observation and test. The data, which had been collected, was analized to describe the enhancement of recognizing Hijaiyah letters ability to the middle mentally retardation children with audiovisual media by the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. This research was a class treatment research which consisted of 2 cycles in which each cycle was implemented 2 meetings. The research result indicated that the recognizing Hijaiyah letters ability of middle mentally retardation children of class III in SLB Aisyiyah Tulangan Sidoarjo in cycle I had 54.8% result in the average of cycle I and 79,1% in cycle II. So, there was 24,3% enhancement.   Keywords: Hijaiyah letters, direct learning, audiovisual media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Vocational skills needs for disable teenagers, so they can have ability to survive in society as well as will not depend on others. In this research, skills obtained was culinary skills especially producing banana and cassava chips. Direct learning was applied in this study by giving structural procedural learning conducted through stages. This research aimed to examine the effect of direct learning model for vocational skills of students at SMADB-D YPAC Surabaya. This research used a quantitative approach with pre-experimental research by One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The experiment was conducted by 8 meetings consisting 1 pretest, 6 treatments and 1 posttest and was participated by 6 students of SMALB-D YPAC Surabaya. The data analysis revealed that the average score for the pre-test was 47.84 and the post-test was 69.75. In conclusion, Zcount was 2.05 compared to the crisis value 5%, so Ztabel was 1.96. It indicated that Zcount is higher than Ztable (Zh > Zt), meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it showed that direct learning influence vocational skill of disable student at SMALB-D YPAC Surabaya. Keyword: Direct learning, Vocational.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Inclusive education is the provision of education system that provides opportunities for all children with special needs or gifted talented to get the same education with another regular students and respect diversity, and without discrimination for all students. Through inclusive education, students with special needs can follow education or learning in the educational environment together with the regular students. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of inclusive education at Public Senior High School 10 Surabaya. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are obtained  through observation, interviews and documentation. In the  data analysis techniques used several steps including: the data condensation, data display (presentation of data), conclusion and verification. The conclusions of this study were: 1 ) student management includes enrollment, all students with special needs have equal opportunity but with a note must have intelligence above minety (90), in accordance with the number of available quota as well as consideration of resources owned ( 2) curriculum management using a flexible and modifiable 2013 curriculum (3), 3) management of teachers and education personnel, must have specific criteria competent in their field, 4) classroom management and learning using class setting: inclusive with full regular classes; 5) management of facilities and infrastructure for learning media, accessible school infrastructure for students with special needs and environmentally friendly for regular students; 6) funding management of government, parents, and community participation 7) relations of society and school there was school committees and cooperation with universities.   Keywords: management, inclusive education

Abstract

ABSTRACT An experiential learning was a learning which took the students part in direct experience. A stranger safety behavior was someone’s attitude in facing those who were not known yet in order that they could interact and communicate well, could understand how someone would do crime and what thing should be done to avoid someone’s crime intention. In this case, someone with autism disturbance should also have good stranger safety in the view of limitedness and disturbance belonged. So, the focus of this research specifically observed about how the application, problem, and effort were to handle the problems related with the application of experiential learning model toward stranger safety behavior to autism students. This research used experiment research with single subject arrangement with A-B-A design. This research subject was one autism student in SMP Negeri 2 Sedati Sidoarjo. Based on the analysis done it was indicated that in baseline phase (A1) the subject had stranger safety behavior with percentage score 33% with the stability extent (0,6) and mean level (3,66) and it was obtained upper limit i.e. (3,96) and below limit i.e. (3,36). In intervention phase (B) stranger safety behavior got percentage 80% so it indicated stable data with stability extent (1,2) and mean level (6,4) and it was obtained upper limit (7) and below limit (5,8). And, in baseline phase (A2) the subject’s score of stranger safety behavior reached 100% so it indicated stable data with stability extent (0,6) and mean level (7,66) and it was obtained upper limit (7,96) and below limit (7,36). According to the data analysis and discussion it could be concluded that the experiential learning model could experience to enhance the stranger safety behavior which it obtained the highest score 4 in baseline phase (A1) before and after intervention in baseline phase (A2) it obtained the highest score 8.   Keywords: Experiential learning model, stranger safety behavior

Abstract

Ketunarunguan mengakibatkan terhambatnya kemampuan berbahasa yang menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman anak tunarungu, sehingga untuk mengembangkan kemapuannya dibutuhkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Model pembelajaran tipe CIRC dipandang sesuai dengan karakteriteristik dan kebutuhan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman anak tunarungu karena didalam langkah pembelajarannya terdapat pembentukan lingkungan kebahasaan yang aktif dan juga terdapat pemberian bantuan gambar visualiasi dari setiap materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe CIRC terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian pre eksperimen dan rancangan penelitian one group pre-post test design. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anak tunarungu kelas VIII yang berjumlah 10 orang. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di SLB-B Dharma Wanita Kab. Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dengan teknik analisis data statistik non parametrik menggunakan rumus uji wilcoxon match pairs test. Hasil analaisi data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe CIRC berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman anak tunarungu kelas VIII di SLB-B Dharma Wanita Kab. Sidoarjo.Kata Kunci: Model CIRC, Membaca, Anak TunarunguDeafness leads to inhibition of language ability which leads to low reading comprehension of deaf children, so to develop the required skill learning is in accordance with the characteristics of children. CIRC type learning model is considered in accordance with the characteristic and learning needs of reading childrens understanding of deaf because in the learning step there is the formation an active linguistic environment and also there is providing visual of each learning material. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use learning model CIRC type on the ability to read the understanding of children with hearing impairment.This research uses quantitative approach of pre experimental research type and research design of one group pre-post test design. Subjects in this study were deaf children class VIII, amounting to 10 people. The research location is in SLB-B Dharma Wanita Kab. Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques in the form of tests with non parametric statistical data analysis techniques using the test formula wilcoxon match pairs test.The result of data analysis shows that the use of CIRC type learning model has significant effect on reading comprehension ability of deaf children class VIII in SLB-B Dharma Wanita Kab. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Metode Edutainment Bermedia Video Modeling Terhadap Peningkatkan Keterampilan Berpakaian Gangguan perilaku yang dialami oleh anak autis dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan sehari-hari salah satunya yaitu keterampilan berpakaian sendiri yang perlu ditingkatkan pada anak autis karena dapat digunakan sebagai bekal dalam kemandirian dimasa depan agar tidak bergantung terhadap orang lain disekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan pengaruh penerapan metode edutainment bermedia video modeling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpakaian pada anak autis di SLB Putra Harapan Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimen, dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest Post Test Design. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes perbuatan dengan teknik analisis data statistik nonparametrik dengan menggunakan sign test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dalam metode edutainment bermedia video modeling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpakaian pada anak autis di SLB Putra Harapan Sidoarjo. Kata Kunci: Metode edutainment, video modeling, berpakaian, anak autis. ABSTRACT Influence of Edutainment Method of Video Modeling to Increase Skill of Dressing in Children with Autism on SLB Putra Harapan Sidoarjo Behavioral disorders experienced by children with autism can affect of daily life one of them is the skills of self-dressing that needs to be improved in children with autism because it can be used as a provision in the future independence in order not to depend on others around them. The purpose of this study is to proving the effect of the application of edutainment video modeling method to increase the skill of dressing in children with autism on SLB Putra Harapan Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative approach and type of pre-experiment research, using One Group Pretest Post Test Design research design. Technique of collecting data in the form using assessment of behavioral test with nonparametric statistical analysis by using sign test. The result of data analysis shows that there is a significant influence in edutainment method of video modeling to increase the dress skill in children with autistic on SLB Putra Harapan Sidoarjo. MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KONSENTRASI BELAJAR MELALUI BERMAIN MUSIK PATROLPADA ANAK AUTIS KELAS KLASIKAL DI SEKOLAH AUTIS HARAPAN BUNDASURABAYADyah Puspito Rini dan Ari Wahyudi.Pendidikan Luar Biasa, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri SurabayaRinidp04@gmail.comAbstrakSudah menjadi keharusan bagi anak autis untuk tetap konsentrasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Konsentrasi yang baik akan dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Upaya meningkatkan konsentrasi anak autis dalam penelitian ini melalui bermain alat musik.Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pembelajaran bermain musik sederhana yaitu musik patrol, salah satu jenis alat musik perkusi yang mudah dimainkanPenelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, satu siklus terdiri dari lima kali pertemuan. Empat kali bermain musik patrol dan satu kali pertemuan belajar matematika.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui meningkatnya konsentrasi belajar anak autis di sekolah Autis Harapan Bunda Surabaya.Hasil penelitian secara komulatif menunjukan bahwa aktivitas guru dan siswa siklus satu= 64%, siklus dua= 76%, dan siklus tiga= 84%sedang perolehan hasil belajar matematika secara komulatif, sebagai berikut pra siklus 45, siklus satu 49, siklus dua 52 dan siklus tiga 54Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bermain musik patrol dapat meningkatkan kemampuan konsentrasi belajar anak Autis di sekolah Autis Harapan Bunda Surabaya.Kata kunci : anak Autis, bermain musik patrol, belajar matematikaAbstract It is a must for autistic children to remain concentrated in following the learning. A good concentration will achieve maximum learning outcomes. Efforts to increase the concentration of autistic children in this study through playing a musical instrument.This study uses a simple music learning strategy that is music patrol, one type of percussion instrument that is easy to play. The study was conducted in three cycles, one cycle consisting of five meetings. Four times playing music patrol and one meeting of learning mathematics. This study aims to determine the increased concentration of autistic children learn at school Autism Harapan Bunda Surabaya.The results of the study show that the activity of cohort and student cycle one = 64%, cycle two = 76%, and cycle three = 84% while the acquisition of mathematical learning outcomes is cumulative, as follows pre cycle 45, cycle one 49, cycle two 52 and cycle three 54Thus it can be concluded that playing music patrol can improve the ability of autistic childrens learning concentration in Autis Harapan Bunda Surabaya school.Keywords: Autism child, playing music patrol, learning math

Abstract

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MELALUI OUTDOOR LEARNING PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA RINGAN KELAS III DI SLB BINA HARAPAN LAMONGAN ABSTRAK Anak tunagrahita adalah individu yang secara signifikan memiliki intelegensi dibawah intelegensi normal. Penerapan outdoor learning dalam pengembangan kemampuan belajar tentang jenis?jenis pekerjaan pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial akan menjadi lebih bermakna, kerena didalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model tersebut anak akan berinteraksi secara langsung dan terinspirasi untuk menuangkan ekspresinya Anak tunagrahita akan memiliki kemapuan untuk memahami jenis-jenis pekerjaan pada pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial setelah dilakukan pemberian stimulus berupa pengalaman langsung dan memiliki keberanian serta rasa percaya diri setelah dilakukan pembelajaran outdoor learning. Selain dapat terlibat langsung di lingkungan sekitar, lingkungan belajar di luar kelas menyajikan pengalaman langsung dan suasana baru dalam memahami jenis-jenis pekerjaan yang ada di sekitar anak, mendorong tingkat berfikir atau imajinasi yang lebih tinggi dan ketrampilan pemecahan masalah Dalam pembelajaran IPS pada materi jenis ? jenis pekerjaan anak tunagrahita mengalami kesulitan. Untuk itu digunakan Outdoor Learning dengan indikator keberhasilan 70%.Penelitian ini di tujukan untuk (1) mendiskripsikan aktifitas anak dalam pembelajaran IPS pada materi jenis ? jenis pekerjaan dengan Outdoor Learning. (2) mendiskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi jenis ? jenis pekerjaan dengan jumlah 5 anak tunagrahita kelas III di SLB Bina Harapan Lamongan dengan Outdoor Learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas. Desain penelitian tindakan kelas mengunakan model kemmis, dengan metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukan hasil kurang memuaskan. Nilai rata-rata aktivitas anak pada siklus I hanya mencapai 52,9% dan niali rata rata hasil belajar anak 57,5%. Pada siklus II peningkatan nilai aktivitas anak mecapai 68,8% dan hasil belajar anak mencapai 76,25%. Hal ini menunjukan rata-rata hasil belajar anak diatas KKM yang telah ditentukan yaitu 70. Simpulan yang dikemukakan adalah penerapan outdoor learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Pada meteri jenis-jenis pekerjaan pada anak tunagrahita di SLB Bina Harapan Lamongan. ABSTRAK PENGARUH RECYCLE SAMPAH KORAN TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK TUNAGRAHITA SEDANG KELAS VII DI SMPLB BHAKTI MULYA SUGIHWARAS Tunagrahita merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk menyebut anak yang memiliki kemampuan intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan ditandai oleh keterbatasan intelegensi dan ketidak cakapan dalam interaksi sosial. Salah satu pendidikan yang dapat diberikan pada anak tunagrahita adalah pendidikan keterampilan khusus yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan gerak koordinasi motorik dan kemampuan merawat diri sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan pengaruh recycle sampah koran terhadap keterampilan motorik halus anak tunagrahita sedang di SMPLB BHAKTI MULYA SUGIHWARAS Jenis penelitian pra eksperimen, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan observasi.Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan treatmen melalui senam jari terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan kegiatan inti. Data diperoleh dari hasil pre tes dan pos tes mengenai kemampuan motorik halus melalui media sampah koran. Analisis data menggunakan Uji tanda dengan hasil penelitan Z hitung (2,08) lebih besar dari pada Ztabel (1,96) sehingga membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh recycle sampah.Koran terhadap keterampilan motorik halus anak tunagrahita sedang. One of the education that can be given for Tunagrahita child is the Special skill related to ability in motion of motoric coordination and ability in caring of themselves. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect from recycling of old newspaper for fine motoric skill of Tunagrahita children at a moderate level in SMPLB BHAKTI MULYA SUGIHWARAS.The type of the research is pre-experiment, researcher was used data collection technique with some test also observations. In this research is doing by finger gymnastic first before doing the core activity. Data obtained from pre test and post test about the fine motoric skills trough Newspaper waste media.Data analysis used the signing test with the result of research Z arithmetic (2,08) is bigger result than Z Table (1,96).There by proving that there is an influence from recycling of the newspaper waste on the fine motoric skill of tunagrahita children with moderate level. Abstract

Based on the observation, the average score of the place value numbers of the second graders with mild intellectual disability at SDN Wonorejo V Surabaya were quite low. One of the causes was due to lack of planning in preparing learning materials. This study aims to improve the learning results in mathematics especially the place value numbers among the 2nd grade students of SDN Wonorejo V with mild intellectual disability. The study applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) to the 2nd grade students of SDN Wonorejo V with mild intellectual disability as the subjects. Data were collected through observation, test, and documentation and data were analized using percentage. The results showed that the pre-cycle score was 37.5 with being 0% of learning completeness, being 50% of learning completeness in the 1st cycle, and being 100% of learning completeness in the 2nd cycle with 65% predefined learning completeness standard. The results showed that 2nd grader students with mild intellectual disability experienced a change in understanding the place value number and proved that applying the house number as learning media was able to improve the student learning result on 2nd grader students with mild intellectual disability at SDN Wonorejo V Surabaya.
