Abstract

Kampung Seni dan Budaya Jelekong di Kabupaten Bandung dikenal dengan kekayaan seni dan budaya, terutama tradisi melukis yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun oleh Odin Rohidin sebagai tokoh yang pertama kali memperkenalkan seni lukis di kampung tersebut. Komunitas Gurat menjadi wadah bagi para pelukis di Jelekong untuk berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuan tentang seni melukis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses dan manfaat berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) seni melukis dalam Komunitas Gurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Proses berbagi pengetahuan dimulai dengan membangun rasa saling percaya di antara pelukis, dilanjutkan dengan sesi belajar bersama anggota yang lebih berpengalaman, praktik langsung menggunakan media kanvas, dan pemberian masukan serta koreksi secara kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para pelukis, sehingga mereka dapat menciptakan berbagai jenis lukisan sesuai permintaan pasar. Selain itu, kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil penjualan lukisan, yang berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan ekonomi para pelukis.

Abstract

Upaya pelestarian lingkungan perlu ditanamkan pada setiap generasi sejak dini. Lingkungan pendidikan memiliki peran utama dalam menanamkan kesadaran sikap sosial terhadap siswa. Sekolah Dasar (SD) menjadi proses internalisasi penanaman kesadaran sikap sosial terlama pada siswa selama enam tahun. Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis ekoliterasi dalam peran social change membangun komunitas peduli lingkungan pada siswa SD. Indikator perubahan sosial meliputi sikap, perilaku, serta sosial peduli lingkungan. Analisis data dilakukan secara uji paired sample t-test, uji statistik deskriptif, uji N-Gain Score dari hasil instrumen kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, serta metode tes. Hasil uji N-Gain Score pada aspek perubahan sikap dan perilaku mendapatkan kategori efektif dengan perolehan persentase masing-masing sebesar 85,88% dan 85,46% serta kategori cukup efektif untuk aspek perubahan sosial dengan persentase sebesar 73,66%. Mean keseluruhan perubahan sosial terhadap komunitas peduli lingkungan berhasil memperoleh kategori efektif pada skor 81,67% yang membuktikan program ekoliterasi terhadap perubahan sosial pada peran komunitas peduli lingkungan dinilai efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a TPACK-based Basic Science learning book as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh. This research is a type of research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research results prove that the TPACK-based Basic Science learning book is suitable for use with media expert validation results in the very good category (93%), material expert validation in the very good category (94%), language experts showing the very good category (90%). The TPACK-based Basic Science Book can improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh as proven by the evaluation of the results of the student test questions which obtained a result of 86% with very good criteria with details of 33 students completing it.

Abstract

Student completeness in learning mathematics is still low and interest in learning is relatively low, because the learning media is less varied and less interesting, and there are still students who have not achieved learning outcomes above the minimum completeness criteria. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digital comics in improving mathematics learning outcomes. The research approach used is qualitative and the type of research used is a literature study or literature review. The stages used in this literature study research design include the focus of scientific articles, data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. Based on the results of the literature review, it shows that technology-based innovative media such as comics are learning resources sourced from objects close to students, so that students feel familiar with the media used during the learning process. Technology-based innovative media such as digital comics can increase interest in learning mathematics, by involving students' real experiences. Learning that interests students is influenced by teacher creativity. Utilization of comic media in learning mathematics can improve students' learning outcomes, through the senses of students can observe and listen to the teacher's explanation properly as exemplified by the role in comic media as digital media.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a video-based teaching module to improve science and science learning outcomes for class V students. The development method used is Research and Development (R&D), namely using the ADDIE model to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. This research involved 30 fifth grade students at SDN 2 Peudawa, East Aceh Regency and one teacher as respondents. The research instruments used were validation questionnaires and observation sheets. Analysis techniques are used to determine the feasibility of the video-based teaching modules that have been assessed. The results of the research show that the video-based teaching module developed has a level of validity, namely that it can be seen that the N-Gain Score means a mean value of 0.8685, this value is greater than 0.3 (0.89>0.3), so the category obtained is high / high effectiveness. N-Grain Percent mean value is 89.8035, this value is greater than 86% (89%>86%), so it is interpreted as effective. So it can be concluded that the teaching module developed is effective in improving students' science learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that the module developed can be used as an effective learning resource to improve student learning outcomes in science and science learning at SDN 2 Peudawa, East Aceh Regency. Apart from that, this research also contributes to the development of video-based teaching modules that meet the needs of today's times and global challenges.

Abstract

The formation of character and social insight is very important for students to have since elementary school, which makes social studies learning very important to be taught. However, there is a big challenge in social studies learning in elementary schools, namely an interesting learning method in accordance with the development of elementary school students who are still at the concrete operational stage. One solution to overcome this challenge is to apply a meaningful learning approach. This approach makes it easy for students to understand new concepts because the concept is still related to the concepts that students previously had, so that learning becomes more effective. This study presents a guide for teachers in implementing social studies learning in elementary schools using a contextual and relevant meaningful learning approach. The main focus of this article is on how to design social studies learning through methods that can provide meaningful learning experiences for students. Thus, teachers are expected to be able to design and implement social studies learning that provides learning experiences that are appropriate to needs, and can provide understanding and social skills for students.

Abstract

The integration of 21st-century skills—critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity—into English language education is essential for preparing health vocational students to meet the demands of a globalized healthcare industry. This systematic review examined how these skills are embedded within English language teaching for health vocational students and evaluates the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical approaches, including Project-Based Learning (PJBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Using the PRISMA framework, the study reviewed peer-reviewed articles published between 2012 and 2024 from PubMed, ERIC, and Google Schoolar. Inclusion criteria focused on studies addressing the application of 21st-century skills in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) within health vocational contexts. A total of 35 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed to identify themes, methodologies, and outcomes. Key findings indicated that embedding 21st-century skills in English education significantly enhances students' preparedness for workplace communication in healthcare settings. PJ BL fosters critical thinking and collaboration through real-world healthcare scenarios, while Problem-Based Learning enhances problem-solving and contextual language use. However, challenges include limited access to resources, lack of teacher training, and cultural barriers in implementing innovative teaching methods. The study concluded that integrating 21st-century skills into English language education was vital for developing well-rounded health professionals. It recommended incorporating blended learning models, increasing teacher training in innovative pedagogies, and leveraging digital tools to support skill development

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana (THK) approach in Social Studies (IPS) learning in the fourth grade of elementary school to build social harmony and environmental awareness. The THK approach, focusing on three harmonious relationships—Parahyangan (the relationship between humans and God), Pawongan (the relationship among people), and Palemahan (the relationship between humans and nature)—is applied through various relevant learning activities. This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the THK approach significantly enhances students' social harmony and environmental awareness. This improvement is reflected in an increase in social harmony from 65% to 85% and environmental awareness from 60% to 82% after the method's application. Thus, implementing THK in Social Studies learning can be an effective approach to fostering students' harmonious and ethical character.
