Abstract

A classic operational constraint faced by the Maintenance Center (MC) of Assa Rent is that the invoice data recapitulation process from partner workshops is still conducted manually. This leads to the absence of a centralized data repository, triggers delays in issuing the Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK Final), and generates complaints regarding payments. This study aims to examine and implement optimization strategies to improve operational administrative efficiency, thereby providing a practical contribution and guidance for the company to independently digitize its workflow in an adaptive and low-cost manner. The system development method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which encompasses the phases of requirements planning, user design, and construction. Data collection techniques employed in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Assa Rent Maintenance Center from January to June 2026. The results indicate that the implementation of the AppSheet application, synchronized in real-time with Google Sheets, successfully minimized input errors and accelerated the workflow. The operational performance of PO to SPK within the current month increased significantly from 59% in January (using the manual method) to 79% in June (after implementing AppSheet). Although it has not yet fully breached the company's absolute target of 80%, this new system successfully reduced the performance gap to just 1% below the ideal target set by the company.

Abstract

Determining suitable land rights takes handling complex agrarian laws and regulations, often resulting in frustration among land applicants and the commission of mistakes. This research created a decision support system (DSS) online using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to guide the public on what land right type they should apply for. The study employed a design science research approach supported by quantitative methods. The gathering process of data was through legal literature reviewing, the collection of AHP weights by expert interviews, and a needs analysis questionnaire answered by 20 public individuals. The development was done based on the Laravel stack, which was tested using the black-box and real-world cases. The six AHP criteria and seventeen sub-criteria, which have been included into the model, have generated Consistency Ratios lower than 0.1 and thereby have demonstrated rational consistence. When putting three applicants' real-world cases together, system recommendation was perfectly in accord with expert-level decision by legal basis - match score of a hundred percent. With this paper, we managed legal rules into the form of a model of multi-criteria decision which is amenable, on one hand, to hard legal constraints and, on the other, to flexible user preferences. From practical point of view, the web-based system is able to work as a trustworthy tool of assistance before the formal submission of documents reducing errors caused by mistakes or ignorance and That means making land administration services more efficient for the citizens at large.

Abstract

The incoming inspection process at Z automotive company faces operational constraints due to a reliance on paper checksheets, which triggers risks of data loss, information gaps, weak visual traceability of Not Good (NG) components, and manual double-entry recapitulation inefficiencies prone to human error. This study aims to develop a web-based Part Inspection Management Information System using a decoupled architecture with the React.js framework on the frontend and Django on the backend. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review by applying the Agile Development methodology with the Scrum model, which operates iteratively through two-week sprint cycles to design core functional features. The system was successfully implemented with role-based access control (RBAC) for Admin, Hintan (QC), Foreman, and Manager, and features a real-time monitoring dashboard and repair photo documentation logs. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 14 multi-position respondents resulted in a feasibility percentage of 90.14%, concluding that the system is "Highly Feasible" for use. Further system enhancements are recommended to include database migration from SQLite to PostgreSQL and API integration into the company's main logistics ERP system.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged many institutions, including schools, to shift from manual to computerized systems. At MTs Al-Iftah, the payment process for the school's tuition contribution (SPP) is still carried out manually by recording transactions in a ledger and issuing receipts, a practice prone to recording errors, data loss, and considerable time loss for both administrative staff and parents. This study aims to design and build a desktop-based SPP payment application using the Java programming language on the NetBeans IDE and a MySQL database, integrating student, teacher, and guardian data management with an SPP payment module, a savings module, and report generation into a single system. A qualitative research method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and a literature review. The system was modeled using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), a data dictionary, and database normalization. The resulting application consists of a login module, student/teacher/guardian data modules, an SPP payment module, and four report types.

Abstract

The reporting of unsafe conditions and unsafe actions at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Mirah Nilam and TCK Teluk Lamong previously relied on an unintegrated Google Form, resulting in delayed follow-up, scattered and unstructured documentation, handling status that was difficult to track accountably, finding locations that could not be visualized spatially, and reduced employee motivation to report due to the absence of participation incentives. This study aims to design and build a web-based Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) reporting information system that integrates Geographic Information System (GIS)-based location mapping, a points-based leaderboard gamification mechanism, and real-time notifications to accelerate the reporting process and OHS decision-making. The system was developed using the Agile method through iterative sprints, employing React JS as the frontend technology and Firebase Firestore as a real-time NoSQL database consisting of four main collections: users, unsafe_actions, unsafe_conditions, and notifications. Requirements were gathered through field observation, interviews with OHS and IT division staff, and literature study, while system functionality was verified through Black-Box Testing on eleven main usage scenarios. The results show that all eleven test scenarios ran validly, covering user authentication, report storage, GPS-coordinate-based GIS mapping, real-time notifications through the Firestore Snapshot Listener, a KPI dashboard with Resolution Rate, and a points-based leaderboard mechanism. The system successfully digitized the OHS reporting process comprehensively and supports real-time monitoring of hazardous conditions in the port environment.

Abstract

Internet service quality is determined not only by connection speed and stability but also by the capability of network protocols to support traffic management, authentication, and communication security. However, customers generally have limited understanding of these technical aspects and tend to evaluate services based on the outcomes they directly experience, while studies linking network protocol implementation to customer satisfaction remain limited. This study aims to analyze the effects of network protocol implementation on customer satisfaction, service quality, and service security, as well as the effects of service quality and service security on customer satisfaction at Gmedia and Time Excelindo in Yogyakarta. A mixed-methods approach was employed using quantitative data from 150 respondents and qualitative data obtained through interviews with two representatives of the service providers and ten customers. The quantitative data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS, while the interview data were analyzed thematically. The results indicate that network protocol implementation does not have a statistically significant direct effect on customer satisfaction (t = 0.690; p = 0.490), but has significant effects on service quality (t = 12.959; p < 0.001) and service security (t = 16.254; p < 0.001). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (t = 4.652; p < 0.001), as does service security (t = 2.203; p = 0.028). The qualitative findings show that customers place greater emphasis on access speed, connection stability, data security, and responsiveness in handling service disruptions than on the specific network protocols used.

Abstract

Accurate localization of base transceiver stations (BTS) remains challenging because radio-signal propagation varies with distance, buildings, vegetation, multipath, and non-line-of-sight conditions, while reports of a replicable end-to-end workflow linking SDR signal acquisition, cell-identity extraction, and location matching remain limited. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of a low-cost RTL-SDR-based fingerprinting workflow for detecting BTS across five environment types, comparing DragonOS performance with a comparison system, and assessing the resulting location estimates. The study used a field-experiment design with descriptive analysis across five environments in Karawang: campus, residential, office, dense-building, and open areas. The fingerprint consisted of MCC, MNC, LAC, Cell ID, ARFCN, and RSSI extracted using RTL-SDR, DragonOS, GR-GSM, GQRX, and Wireshark, then matched against a cell-location API. Data were analyzed descriptively using detection rate, mean RSSI, scan time, system-resource use, and Pearson correlation. Of 63 reference BTS, 56 were detected (88.9%), with detection ranging from 70.0% in the dense-building area to 100% in the open area and mean RSSI from -74 to -45 dBm (SD = 11.1 dBm). DragonOS detected 13 BTS in 23 seconds with lower CPU and memory use than the comparison system, which detected 9 BTS in 41 seconds. The location lookup returned coordinates -6.357825, 107.370934 with an estimated radius of 900 m, indicating the workflow is feasible for preliminary BTS identification, though it does not yet establish classic fingerprinting positional accuracy.

Abstract

Manual determination of eligibility for Prospective Farmers and Prospective Locations (CPCL) assistance in swamp rice farming often leads to subjectivity, time-consuming processes, and misallocated aid. This study aims to construct a classification model to evaluate the eligibility of CPCL swamp rice assistance recipients in Kubu Raya Regency for 2024 using the Random Forest algorithm. The CPCL dataset underwent a comprehensive preprocessing pipeline, including data cleaning, missing value handling, categorical variable encoding, and feature selection. The model was trained using an 80:20 data split, tested on 26 test samples (7 "Ineligible" and 19 "Eligible"), and evaluated using Confusion Matrix metrics and Stratified 10-Fold Cross-Validation. The results demonstrate that the Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 84.62% with a weighted average of 87% for precision, 85% for recall, and 82% for F1-score. For the "Eligible" class, the model achieved a recall of 1.00, precision of 0.83, and F1-score of 0.90. Meanwhile, for the "Ineligible" class, the model attained a precision of 1.00, recall of 0.43, and F1-score of 0.60. Feature importance analysis revealed that seed requirements, fertilizer allocation, pesticide supply, and land area were the primary factors influencing prediction outcomes.

Abstract

The mental readiness of student organization cadres, particularly those in the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM), has traditionally been evaluated qualitatively and subjectively, making data-driven decisions regarding workload distribution and cadre development difficult. This study aims to classify the mental readiness of IMM cadres at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur (UMKT) as an initial basis for a data-driven organizational human-resource evaluation system. The study applies a multimodal Machine Learning approach by combining semantic representations of interview transcripts extracted using IndoBERT with nonverbal observation scores covering self-confidence, communication fluency, and narrative depth. Data were collected from 16 in-depth interviews and expanded to 32 samples using Random Deletion augmentation with a 20% probability. The 768-dimensional text representation was concatenated with three observation features to form a 771-dimensional multimodal feature vector and classified using XGBoost. Evaluation was conducted using Stratified 3-Fold Cross-Validation with scale_pos_weight to address class imbalance. The model achieved an overall accuracy of 88%, with precision and recall of 91% for the “Ready” class and 80% for the “Vulnerable” class. These results indicate that combining textual information with nonverbal observations provides a sufficiently strong classification signal for distinguishing cadre mental readiness. However, because only 16 original data samples were available, this study should be regarded as a proof of concept rather than a generalizable performance benchmark. Further validation using larger and more diverse samples is required to assess model generalization.
