Abstract

Tentje Collection is an MSME assisted by Rumah BUMN Ende that produces various local handicraft products, such as bracelets, keychains, knitted bags, and accessories featuring distinctive Ende woven fabric motifs. However, in its marketing and sales activities, Tentje Collection still relies on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. This condition has resulted in unintegrated product information, limited promotional reach, low product visibility, and ordering and payment processes that are not yet managed within a single system. In addition, the management of product data, orders, payments, and sales reports still requires a more organized process. This study aims to design and develop a local product marketing website for Tentje Collection, an MSME assisted by Rumah BUMN Ende, as a digital platform that can expand marketing reach, facilitate customers in obtaining product information, and assist the business owner in managing product and transaction data. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The collected data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data collection, classification, identification of system requirements, and conclusion drawing. The system was designed and developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) were used for system design, while Black Box Testing was employed for system testing. The result of this study is a local product marketing website that provides features for product information, user registration and login, ordering, shopping cart, payment, product management, order management, and sales reports. The testing results show that the main functions of the system operate according to the requirements and are able to support the marketing and management of Tentje Collection's products in a more structured and accessible manner.

Abstract

The Solo Christian University of Technology (UKTS) Library currently lacks an integrated repository system; consequently, the management of internship reports and undergraduate theses relies on conventional methods, utilizing local storage with nested folder structures and Google Drive. This situation results in inefficient search times, a risk of data duplication, and limited independent access for users. This research aims to design and develop a web-based local repository system to serve as a platform for storing and managing internship reports and theses at the UKTS Library. The study employs the Waterfall methodology encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance with data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, leveraging the Bootstrap framework. System testing included Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); the UAT involved distributing a 10-question Google Form survey to 23 respondents. Black Box Testing results demonstrated that all system functions operated according to requirements, while UAT results yielded an average score of 85%, placing the system in the "Very Good" category. Thus, the repository system is ready for implementation and is expected to provide a solution for the digital management, storage, and dissemination of academic reports, enabling users to independently search for, read, and download internship reports and theses.

Abstract

The administration of Security Clearance applications and restricted access ID Card issuance in airport environments currently faces significant operational obstacles due to conventional procedures relying on manual paper forms and physical archives. These real-world challenges include high risks of applicant data inaccuracies, prolonged file verification workflows across airport personnel, a lack of real-time application status tracking visibility, and vulnerable monitoring of credential expiration dates that potentially create security gaps within vital airport zones. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based Security Clearance and airport ID Card management information system to automate administrative workflows and enforce rigorous security access compliance. The software development methodology employed is the Agile Scrum framework executed across three structured sprint cycles, incorporating requirements analysis, centralized business rules enforcement, functional validation via Black Box Testing, and role-based access control implemented using Python and the Flask framework. The research results demonstrate that this integrated web system successfully automates the entire sequence of employee registration, application filing, document uploading, hierarchical administrative verification, and active credential lifecycle monitoring. Comprehensive Black Box Testing across all functional and security scenarios achieved a one hundred percent pass rate, proving that the system effectively minimizes bureaucratic delays, prevents employee record duplication, and significantly enhances administrative transparency, data integrity, and airport operational processing efficiency.

Abstract

The Bombang Panas Farmers Group in Wue Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency, produces various vegetable commodities. However, the sales process is still conducted through local markets, direct buyers, and WhatsApp, resulting in unstructured order records, limited marketing reach, unclear delivery addresses, and potential payment delays. This study aims to develop a web-based agricultural product sales information system to support the management of products, orders, and transactions, as well as to apply the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify vegetable sales levels. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The classification dataset consists of five records with product, price, harvest quantity, and sales category attributes. The Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied by calculating the probability of each class based on the attributes of the classified data. The calculation for Kangkung, with a low price and large harvest quantity, produced a probability value of 0.20 for the High Sales class, while the Medium Sales and Low Sales classes each obtained a value of 0.00. Based on these results, Kangkung was classified as High Sales. Black Box Testing showed that the main system functions, including login, product management, ordering, payment, and classification, operated according to the testing scenarios. Functional system testing was distinguished from algorithm accuracy measurement because the available dataset did not provide an adequate independent test set.
