Abstract

Pancasila merupakan dasar negara serta ideologi Indonesia yg menjadi landasan pada pembangunan dan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Pengertian Pancasila sudah didefinisikan oleh berbagai tokoh sejarah serta pakar yang memberikan pemahaman yang beragam tetapi mewakili nilai-nilai dasar yang terkandung di dalamnya. Pancasila, adalah dasar negara Republik Indonesia, terdiri dari lima prinsip dasar, termasuk Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, Kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab, Persatuan Indonesia, Kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmah kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan/perwakilan, dan Keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Beberapa pandangan Islam yang sejalan dengan Pancasila termasuk konsep Tawhid (keesaan Allah), persatuan umat, etika sosial, musyawarah dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan keadilan sosial. Meskipun ada prinsip kesamaan nilai-nilai antara Pancasila dan Islam pancasila adalah dasar negara yang berlaku di Indonesia, sementara pandangan Islam adalah kerangka keyakinan agama yang mencakup aspek spiritual dan sosial. Karena hal ini, hubungan antara Pancasila dan pandangan Islam terus menjadi subjek diskusi dalam masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

What can be done in real terms to combat promiscuous sexual behavior among teenagers is through education. The aim of religious education for teenagers is to provide correct information regarding behavior and good sex life in accordance with the norms and values that apply in society. Rasulullah SAW has provided appropriate guidance for responding to sexual urges in adolescence. So that the changes that occur within teenagers which have an impact on the process of growth and development in teenagers' lives can be directed in accordance with the rules of sharia and morals. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data collection tool or instrument used in this research used a questionnaire. There are three aspects of measuring instruments, namely the individual himself (P: Person), the environment (E: Environment), and the individual's behavior. Sixty statements were made of these three aspects, with fifteen statements

Abstract

Riba is an agreement that leads to any increase in the capital or main price of goods without any exchange of compensation. Whether it's on accounts receivable or buying and selling in the form of money or goods. Riba is also part of the economic activities that have developed since the time of jahiliyah until today. In the usury lending and borrowing system, it is very beneficial for capital owners because they receive a lot of greater profits derived from what has been lent. One of the reasons why in Islam the usury system is strictly forbidden or forbidden is because without us knowing it many people are persecuted by this riba system.

Abstract

Polluting, protecting and preserving the environment are important buzzwords that affect the well-being of humans and other living beings. Islam has a positive perspective and commitment to environmental conservation. Islam teaches that mankind is the responsible khalifah of God on earth in order to care for, maintain and protect God's creation. Islamic teachings also prohibit humans from damaging or polluting the environment for any reason. This article aims to deepen the topic of the environment from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing sources that are relevant to the issue at hand. The results of this study show that Islam has teachings that are harmonious, sustainable, and support environmental conservation, such as managing environtment without polluting, being kind to animals and plants, maintaining cleanliness and beauty of the environment. This article also provides some knowledge to develop environmental awareness and education

Abstract

The issue of sexual deviation (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) is currently being hotly discussed in society, starting from print and electronic media, there are Islamic figures themselves who allow gay and lesbi, on the basis that there is no difference between gay and non-gay. gay and there is no difference between lesbian and not lesbian. According to them, humans can only compete to do good deeds according to God's commands. He does not hurt his partner and does good to fellow humans, to fellow creatures, and cares about the environment. In fact, according to him, it is very interesting to read the verses of the Qur'an about living in couples (Q.S. al-Rum: 21, Q.S al-Dzariyat: 49 and Q.S Yasin: 36) where there is no explanation about biological sex, there is only a question gender. This means that pairing does not have to be in a hetero context, but can be gay or lesbi. Currently Indonesia is increasingly liberal. Gay and lesbi people are increasingly active in exposing their actions openly, even trying to seek legitimacy of the proposition from the Al-Qur'an, twisting its meaning by not looking at other verses that relate to the problem at hand. Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis media sosial sebagai media baru dalam penyampaian dakwah di era digital ini. Dakwah adalah salah satu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengajak orang lain dalam kebaikan, mengingatkan seseorang akan hari akhir, sedangkan media dakwah adalah alat untuk mengajak orang lain kejalan yang lebih baik. Dakwah bagi umat Islam sangat penting untuk menjadikan masyarakat Islam saat ini lebih kuat. Di zaman sekarang ini, seluruh umat Islam tidak bisa lepas dari keberadaan media sosial. Dakwah memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga ketertiban masyarakat islam yang rukun dan damai serta tentunya sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Pesan, pelaku dan sarana dakwah merupakan elemen utama dalam proses dakwah. Salah satu pemanfaatan aplikasi digital untuk melakukan dakwah yaitu aplikasi Tik Tok, Instagram, dll. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Husein Basyaiban yang berdakwah melalui tiktok, lalu Ustadz Hanan Attaki yang melakukan dakwahnya melalui Instagram. Meskipun banyak dampak positif untuk berdakwah melalui media sosial ini, kita sebagai generasi Islam yang bijak harus dapat meminimalisir penggunaannya agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa dakwah melalui media sosial seperti Tik Tok, Instagram, dll dapat menyampaikan pesan dakwah melalui tampilan visual yang menarik dengan tujun agar mudah diterima oleh generasi di era sekarang ini dan tetap berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah Islam atau Al-Quran dan Hadist

Abstract

Manusia adalah ciptaan Tuhan yang multidimensi dan kompleks. Manusia adalah makhluk sosial dan budaya. Manusia selalu menginginkan kerjasama dan interaksi sosial. Interaksi ini dipicu tidak hanya oleh kebutuhan ekonomi, biologis, emosional, dan lain-lain yang mengikatnya, tetapi juga oleh esensinya yang tidak dapat disangkal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian library. Daya yang dipakai, sebagaimana halnya dalam studi kepustakaan atau library research. Penelitian ini, menjelaskan bahwa interaksi sosial dalam agama islam memiliki dasar normatif yang menjadi pijakan atau acuan untuk digunakan dalam berinteraksi sosial di masyarakat, menjaga toleransi, dan juga mencagah adanya pertikaian dalam keberagaman (pluralisme). Berdasarkan hasil analisi maka dapat di hasilkan bahwa secara historis masyarakat Indonesia dikenal plural, baik etnis, agama, budaya, bahasa, dan tradisi. Pluralisme bisa menjadi kekuatan sekaligus penghambat. Berkaitan dengan konteks ini, Islam sejak awal telah memperkenalkan prinsip-prinsip pluralisme, atau lebih tepatnya pengakuan terhadap pluralitas dalam kehidupan-kehidupan manusia. Sikap menghargai dan toleransi kepada pemeluk agama lain adalah mutlak untuk dijalankan, sebagai bagian dari keberagaman (pluralitas).

Abstract

In the business world and financial institutions, we encounter many cases of fraudulent and unclear investments, some even use sharia brands. Cases like this are often carried out by individuals, cooperatives and companies with the aim of seeking large profits without paying attention to Islamic sharia law. As a Muslim, of course you need to understand sharia investment to be able to make these investments so you don't become a victim of fraudulent investments that violate business ethics rules and violate Islamic law. Based on the above, it is necessary to disseminate knowledge about investment according to Islamic economics and be guided by the guidance of the Al-Quran and Hadith. Therefore, the aim of this article is to disseminate knowledge about sharia investment to prospective novice investors in accordance with Islamic law using descriptive qualitative research methods which aim to describe, record, analyze and interpret current or existing conditions. In Islamic economics, investment follows Sharia rules based on the Koran and Hadith. Sharia economic investments follow sharia principles, including the prohibition of usury and investment in haram businesses. Encourage transparency, rely on profit sharing or sharia trading, and focus on truly productive assets. Avoiding excessive speculation and complying with state laws is essential for Islamic economic investment. Investment is recommended in Islam. Because investment will balance income and improve the economy. The result people who do not have the capital to do business can be supported with investment. Apart from that, investment also aims to ensure that wealth is not only accumulated by rich people, but can also be felt by those who do not have sufficient business capital. Islam calls on society to be selective in choosing those responsible for property matters, starting from any stage of income, expenditure, investment or management. In this way, asset management maturity will be achieved which will have an impact on the benefit of society.

Abstract

Sebagai mahasiswa baru apalagi kita sebagai bagian dari program studi pendidikan sosiologi haruslah saling hormat menghormati antara umat beragama lain nya, dan saling bertoleransi, karena sosiologi mengajarkan kita tentang hidup dan berkembang didalam masyarakat itu. Toleransi adalah sikap yang saling menerima adanya umat dan agama yang beragam tidak peduli agama apapun yang di anut kita sebagai mahasiswa harus saling menghargai satu sama lain. Toleransi antar umat bergama sangat penting untuk dimiliki setiap orang saat ini. Tujuan dari toleransi umat beragama yaitu untuk membuat situasi dan suasana harmonis serta menciptakan kerjasama antara umat beragama. Dalam beragama seseorang tidak boleh mengganggu dan memaksa. Abstract

Nasionalism (hubb al wathan) is the same as love of fellow human beings and other creatures of Allah. Love for Allah's creatures is a form of love for Allah. Love each other, advise each other, stay in touch and respect each other. Love for the country is an attitude or sense of belonging to a region where we are willing to sacrifice and we feel proud of the region. The importance of patriotism has become a natural human trait that is possessed from birth. Islam has taught us that patriotism is part of Iman and piety. Love of country has a direct relationship with religion, faith and piety. The idea of this subject matter reveals concepts or ideas related to love for the country in terms of religion and nation. This research is very important to do to make us realize that we need to go deeper into the content of the Qur'an in solving social problems that occur. It is hoped that this study can open the door to a deeper heart or learn about the concept of love for the homeland in the perspective of the Qur'an.
