Perkembangan sektor pariwisata berawal dari dikenalnya suatu destinasi wisata termasuk aspek perencanaan, penataan, pengelolaan dan dampak yang ditimbulkannya sehingga menjadi kajian menarik para pemerhati pariwisata. Hasil dari kajian-kajian tersebut memerlukan media ilmiah untuk diketahui khalayak sebagai publikasi ilmiah, termasuk merupakan ”branded” yang menunjukkan kuantitas dan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Melalui jurnal Destinasi Pariwisata, hasil penelitian, survei dan tulisan ilmiah populer kepariwisataan dipublikasikan sebagai salah satu upaya memberikan sumbangan dari dunia akademis kepada sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Babakan Lake is an icon of the Betawi village which was inaugurated by the DKI Jakarta government as a cultural tourist attraction in Jakarta. Betawi arts and culture are increasingly lost by the progress of time. Therefore, the importance of this research is to look at how community participation around villages in promoting Betawi culture in the context of 4A (amenities, accessibility, attractions, institutions). Data collection techniques used in this study were unstructured interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling, data analysis using qualitative. The implementation of tourism activities in Betawi village in the form of facilities, accessibility and institution has fulfilled the criteria as a tourist attraction. Like the Lake Babakan attraction as an icon of the Betawi village. Then also the facilities provided by the government to preserve and advance Betawi villages such as zones that are divided into areas and are motivated by different concepts of each zone. Furthermore, access to the tourist attraction of Lake Babakan has fulfilled the assessment and determination as a tourist area both from the road and the direction of the guide to the location of government and citizens institutions formed by local customary stakeholders. The result of the participation of citizens in tourism activities towards the existence of the Betawi village is that citizens have a role in advancing Betawi art. Suggestions for tourism stakeholders such as government, private sector and citizens in advancing, developing and also preserving the Betawi village is to maintain the existence of the village in the midst of the current development. Such as promoting the existence of a Betawi village to Jakarta residents (millennial, companies, foreign representatives in Jakarta). Keywords: Betawi Cultural Village, Tourism Practices, Existence

Abstract

One of the city that developing in increasing tourist visits is Denpasar. In increasing number of visits, one of the ways that government had to do is city branding. In this research city branding is influenced by city image, city branding influences visit decision, and city image influences visit decision. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection techniques in qualitative and literature review. Findings of this research indicate that city branding has significant effect on city image, city branding has significant effect on visit decision and city image has significant effect on visit decision. Even though, there is relative answer, but the government of Denpasar city must realize this condition to develop Denpasar city with sustainable heritage tourism. Abstract

The Mangrove Batu lumbang as conservation areas where live so many variety of flora and also has so beautiful view. Although the mangrove has not yet defined it as a tourist attraction, there are few tourist visitors. Assets or potential have been particularly supportive to develop as alternative tourism but there are some issues about garbage and waste. Voluntourism has become one of the best types of alternative tourism to develop. Voluntourism or volunteer tourism is a form of tourism where tourists use leisure time as volunteers and donators on conservation projects in an attraction. The purpose of this study is to identify the chances of voluntourism development in the mangrove forest Batu Lumbang based communities to help the ecosystem and grow the communities also give a new experience for tourist. The study used qualitative descriptive methods. The result of this study is the mangrove forest Batu Lumbang fillup some of the criteria of voluntourism activity. The criteria of the study based on the criteria of the global tourism business industries. The limits of this research are the time to finding data due to a covid-19 outbreak. Abstract

Ijo Gading River is located in a strategic area which cuts across Negara, the capital city of Jembrana Regency, Bali. This river has a great potency to be packed as a tourism destination that can attract tourists to come. To develop the Ijo Gading River as one of tourism destinations, then it is necessary to conduct a research to analyze the internal and external factors possessed by Ijo Ga?ing River as one of tourism destinations at Jembrana, Bali. The results of the research are expected to be considerations for the community, government, and other related parties to develop the potency of Ijo Gading River. This study is a descriptive qualitative research which used observation, interview, literature research, and document study to gain data. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis which stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats coming from the external factor. The results reveals, from the internal factors, Ijo Gading River possesses some strengths and weaknesses. Its strengths are its historical value, the richness of its culture, and natural landscape which is the traditional fishing boats. Meanwhile its weaknesses are it is not organized well yet, the lack of proper facilities, and the condition of the river that becomes shallower. From the external perspective, Ijo Gading river has several threats and opportunities. The threats are the competitive atmosphere among the same kinds of tourism destinations, its function as a river is destroyed by the activities done around the river, as well as river pollution. But the opportunities are the large empty area, empowering the community, and the community's active participation to develop the tourism activities there. Abstract

Reffering to the regulation of the Lumajang Regent number 79 of 2014 about the spread of tourist destinasion, each sub-distric must has a tourism village. So with this regulation Lumajang has 21 tourism village and one of them is Pasrujambe Village. Pasrujambe Village was designated as a tourism village based on the delibration of all village in Pasrujambe Sub-distric, because the village has potentials of tourism like waterfalls, agriculturan land, grebeg nusantara event etc. But now the tourism potentials has not been maximized for tourism activities, so until now Pasrujambe village has not many tourist. The tourism potentials in the village has the oppotunity to be developed to become a tourist activity like something to do, something to see and something to buy. So to achive this develompent requires a strategies based on the avilable potentials and this reasearch does it. The development srategies fromulated iis expected to have an impact such as increased tourist visits, increased local community pasticipation and optimalization tourism potential in the village. The data used in this research are primary and secondary. In this reseacrh observation, interview and literature studies are used to collect data in the reseach location. Descriptive qualiataif and SWOT analysis were used to analyze the data in this research.This research found that potentials of Pasrujambe Village is devided into three categories namely natural-based, culture-based, and artifical human-based. The strategies were devided into four categories are SO strategy with five strategies formulated, WO strategy with four strategies formulated, ST strategy with four strategies formulated, and WT strategy with three strategies formulate. Abstract

Tourists who come to visit Bali with their families will visit child-friendly tourist villages. The goal is that the child has a sense of security and comfort when visiting a tourist village. The experience will learn a new tourist area will increase enthusiasm and refresh children from all their activities. The identification of child- friendly tourism-based tourism villages is carried out to determine the level of safety, comfort and learning that children will get when carrying out tourism activities in the tourist village of Pemuteran, Buleleng Regency. The problem raised in this study is the identification of child-friendly tourism-based tourism villages and the identification of supporting facilities provided by tourism service providers in Pemuteran tourism village, Buleleng Regency. Abstract

Cerme Cave is one of the objects of special interest tourist attraction which is used as one of the non-coastal tourism development projects by the dinas pariwisata kabupaten Bantul. This is done so that the distribution of tourists who visit, can be distributed evenly across all attractions in the Bantul regency. The decline in the level of tourist visits, limited attractions, and double levies has become an obstacle to the development of the Cerme Cave attraction, so a number of recommendations are needed to overcome and make these attractions sustainable. The research model used is qualitative through exploratory studies. The results showed that the problems that arose in these attractions include, dualism of management, the number of tourists being a priority, community participation is still low, lack of knowledge about tourism management in accordance with sustainable tourism management guidelines, do not have the intended target market, and marketing and limited promotions. Special interest tourism management strategies, including the targeted tourism segments must be clear, adequate human resource readiness in quality and quantity, facility development and accessibility in accordance with the landscape and tourist needs, promotions in accordance with the theme of tourist attraction attractions, so that the development strategy of Cerme Cave can be implemented optimally. Abstract

Sipiso-piso Waterfall located in Karo District, North Sumatra can be used as a superior attraction because it has great potential to be developed compared to other attractions around Lake Toba because this waterfall is one of the most popular tourist attractions. However, there are several obstacles on the development of Sipiso-piso Waterfall tourism such as tourism stakeholders who do not cooperate well such as the provision of supporting facilities that should be provided by the tour manager, namely the Karo District government instead, provided by the local community. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to know the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall and how much participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to To find out how to manage Sipiso-piso waterfall in Karo District, North Sumatra To find out how far the participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso waterfall. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of this research is that the community in the management of Sipiso-Piso Water Tourism Attraction at the planning stage is at the encouraged participation type, at the community organizing stage is at the spontaneous participation as well as at the mobilization stage, while at the community supervision stage is at the encouraged participation type. Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia has recently grown rapidly in one of them in the city of Bali. Bali has a very beautiful natural potential, one of the natural potentials developed is coastal tourism. Dream Island Mertasari Sanur Beach is one of the beaches that is still new but has a lot of potentials. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the existing conditions and marketing strategies that exist on Dream Island the Mertasari Beach Sanur Kauh City of Denpasar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are data sourced from direct observation to the location of the study and by interviewing informants. While secondary data in this study are data obtained from documentation and literature to complete the primary data. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the existing conditions on Dream Island Beach based on Concept 4a were still lacking. The condition of the attraction is very good but for access and facilities still, have some disadvantages that need to be improved in the future. The reality that is on Dream Island Beach only consists of private parties and village institutions. The marketing strategy at Dream Island Beach has not been optimal due to several problems such as business license constraints and lack of cooperation with promotional media. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with the quality of facilities and infrastructure in the Semarang Old City Area. Revitalization of the Semarang Old City Area is done by improving infrastructure and adding facilities and infrastructure. Good quality facilities and infrastructure can produce satisfaction for tourists who come. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data types, while the data sources used are primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The measurement scale of variables uses the Likert scale. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study are tourists most satisfied with pedestrian road and tourist most dissatisfied with bench and parking area. The condition of good facilities and infrastructure will produce satisfaction for tourists. The results of the analysis can be used as an evaluation for the manager of Semarang Old City Area.
