Abstract

Prioritas dalam penanganan infrastruktur dipilih sebagai upaya strategi terbatasnya dana yang ada. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan skala prioritas penanganan aksesibilitas infrastruktur di Desa Kumba Kecamatan Jagoi Babang Kabupaten Bengkayang.Studi ini membutuhkan data-data aksesibilitas dan kondisi infrastruktur dasar yang diperoleh dari instansi terkait, observasi lapangan dan interview. Studi ini menggunakan metode IRAP (Integrated Rural Accessibility Planning). Tingkat aksesibilitas menggunakan beberapa indikator aksesibilitas tiap infastruktur.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa tingkat kesulitan aksesibilitas terbesar di Dusun Saparan dan Dusun Sindang Kasih adalah akses terhadap sektor pasar dengan nilai aksesibilitas masing-masing 15,422 dan 15,000. Intervensi utama yang dilakukan untuk perbaikan aksesibilitas terhadap sektor pasar adalah fasilitas dari sektor ini yaitu dengan membangun pasar  atau tempat penampungan hasil di kedua dusun, dan intervensi kedua adalah penanganan prasarana transportasi berupa perbaikan jaringan jalan.

Abstract

On line monitoring in distribution system suppose to keep the operation safe and reliable. It is connected measuring sensor that placed in nodes. To minimize great cost of sensors placement, state estimator is needed. This paper proposes online state estimator using neural network. Neural network distribution state estimation solves voltage estimation by using learning approach from power flow patterns. K-matrix distribution power flow is used as analysis method. Detailed information and position of network utility is displayed by Geographic Information System (GIS), control can easily do. NNDSE was design and test for single and three phase network. The results show that NNDSE reduce sensor almost 50%.

Abstract

Perempuan dan laki-laki memiliki kesetaraan, sehingga perempuan dan laki-laki  mempunyai kesempatan, akses serta peluang yang sama sebagai sumber daya pembangunan. Kesetaraan merupakan target yang harus dicapai dalam tujuan pembangunan nasional jangka menengah dan jangka panjang maupun Millenium Development Goal (MDGs). Perempuan  tidak hanya menjadi pengguna hasil pembangunan, namun juga ikut berperan melaksanakan dan berpartisipasi di segenap aspek pembangunan bangsa. Usaha-usaha pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perempuan dengan cara pemberdayaan, yang mengandung arti meningkatkan kualitas dan peran perempuan disegala bidang pembanguan. Program kesetaraan gender yang mengintegrasikan gender dalam arus pembangunan  menempatkan perempuan sebagai subyek pembangunan. Hal ini  merupakan peluang bagi perempuan untuk berkiprah lebih luas dalam menunjukan potensi diri. Perempuan   memiliki peran-peran  yang strategis dalam mendorong pembagunan yakni sebagai manajer rumah tanngga, sebagai pelaku ekonomi dan sebagai perempuan karier. Tantangan yang dihadapi perempuan  dalam melaksanakan perannya di era digital bagaimana mengubah pandangan permisif masyarakat dan praktek budaya yang membatasi kemajuan perempuan

Abstract

GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) is a term used for the entire global navigation satellite system that already operate or are in the planning. some of them namely GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. Errors due to less powerful satellite geometry when data retrieval, in teoritik can be resolved with receiver technological advances that was able to capture many of satellite signals. Hi Target V30 is one of GNSS receivers are able to catch GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou signal, with more satellite signals that can be received are expected to improve the accuracy of positioning. From this study is known that the use of BEIDOU satellite not too influential on the GPS satellites, but will add to the accuracy of the GLONASS satellite. This is demonstrated by the existence of a reduction in average value on difference coordinates and RMS error reduce from 1,068 m into 0371 m. The use of GPS + GLONASS + BEIDOU and GPS + GLONASS satellite combinaton provide the best accuracy with the RMS value of the error remain in the millimeter, while the use of GLONASS satellites alone give the worst accuracy among the strategies with the value of RMS error visible to reach 0585 m on baseline C2.

Abstract

Bengkulu city as the capital city of Bengkulu province, in 2013 had a population of 334.529 inhabitants, with waste generated at 10,003.59 m3 / day. Coverage of waste management services in the city of Bengkulu has recently reached 33.01% or 331.29 m3 / day of the total waste. The effectiveness and efficiency waste transport system will increase the amount of waste transported and more communities are underserved. This research aims to improve the coverage of waste service by waste transportation system optimization. Analysis of optimization solid waste transportation system implemented by creating a network problem model and linear programming problem, generate the decision of how many trip of each conveyance and obtain maximum volume of waste transported

Abstract

The property industry in Indonesia is one of the areas that has been developing, such as housing. Quality management is very important to be applied in any housing development process. This study aimed to design an evaluation model of housing product quality and assess the quality of housing product in Malang City. By using purposive sampling, this research focused on 9 unit samples. Quality assessment used was standard quality measures, CONQUAS 21 and CIS: 7. The analytical method applied was Six-Sigma approach with DMAIC tools. Moreover, Pareto and Fishbone diagram had also been used as analytical tools. The result revealed that there was a low sigma level in housing product, the average was 2,18 sigma. The critical causes of this problems were unskilled labours, poor materials, and climate changes. The action plans for the improvement that could be implemented were a selection of qualified contractors, job skill training for labours, and a regular inspection according to standard.

Abstract

Prediksi beban listrik memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan penempatan dan pengembangan gardu induk sebagai langkah balancing load capacity. Diperlukan prediksi konsumsi beban listrik secara tepat untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi penempatan gardu induk sesuai pusat beban yang ada. Salah satu langkah awal adalah dengan mempertimbangkan analisis komponen spasial dalam peramalannya. Pada penelitian ini, pusat beban; topografi; demografi; geologi serta peta seismotektonik akan menjadi variabel atribut yang diolah dalam analisis peramalan spasial. Dengan adanya area pengelompokan pusat beban menurut tingkat konsumsi listrik masa depannya maka dapat dilakukan evaluasi penempatan gardu induk disesuaikan dengan kondisi konsumsi masing-masing daerah amatan. Untuk pengoptimalan penempatan gardu induk yang dilakukan, Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) juga menjadi hal yang harus dipertimbangkan. Langkah tersebut dilakukan sebagai bentuk langkah strategik perusahaan dalam menyikapi dinamika ketidakpastian beban. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis lokasi penempatan gardu induk yang optimal dengan mempertimbangkan atribut dan interaksi spasial yang mengacu pada pusat beban /konsumsi beban listrik masa depan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Spatial Multicriteria Decision Analysis melalui perantara software ArcGIS (Geographic Information System). Pemilihan lokasi berdasarkan prinsip kriteria kecocokan menggunakan metode WLC (Weighted Linier Combination). Sedangkan untuk peringkat skor dan pembobotan faktor pada peta dianalisis dengan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Peta gabungan yang berisi prioritas lokasi potensial akan diwakili oleh beberapa poligon yang diperoleh dari analisis spatial MCDA pada software ArcGIS 10.1. Beberapa lokasi gardu induk yang optimal di area Jawa Timur dipilih sebagai lokasi kandidat setelah menghilangkan lokasi dengan nilai terendah melalui AHP pada software Expert Choice. Lokasi-lokasi tersebut di rangking untuk mendapatkan lokasi yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This paper presents the flexural strength of the ICEB unit. The flexural strength is important in determining the strength of the masonry unit. About 260 units of ICEB consist three type of unit were tested on flatwise (bed direction) and inverted direction, with the different shape at the top and bottom of the ICEB. The unit was loaded at midspan through a steel bearing plate of 6.4 mm thickness and 38.1 mm width. Specimens were supported at both ends which are free to rotate in the longitudinal and transverse directions during the test. The highest flexural strength of ICEB is Wall Brick for both flatwise and inverted direction which is 2.36 N/mm2 and 2.15 N/mm2, respectively. For flatwise direction, Beam Brick has the lowest flexural strength which is 1.55 N/mm2, and in inverted direction Column Brick flexural strength is lower than Beam Brick which is 1.65 N/mm2. ICEB can be used in construction and has the equal properties as other common brick and block at the market nowadays.

Abstract

Gamelan is a set of musical instruments used to accompany an art show or ceremony that originated from Java, Bali and Lombok. Augmented Reality which was later shortened to AR is a technology that allows a computer to display the virtual objects appropriately in a real object in real time. Interest in the study the gamelan music instruments are still relatively low. Therefore, it takes an effort to introduce a more gamelan creative and innovative. With prototype samples demung, is expected to be an alternative to introducing gamelan to the public. Using the methods of action research and prototyping systems development methods in the design accuracy and speed of the model can be solved by good and with prototype samples demung, is expected to be an alternative to introducing gamelan to the public. Using a programming language javaScript prototype is expected this will be more flexible and accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere.Conclusions based on the benefits and approval UAT respondents Augmented Reality gamelan, the rating given to a prototype is worth 3,067 and 3.4 which means that the respondents considered if the prototype can be used as a media to introduce gamelan
